He explained everything, and answered all the questions I had prior to signing the contract. Michael was professional all around. Pricing was reasonable but best of all, the "day of" service exceeded our expectations. We booked PIPB for our daughter's sweet 16. The design Ryan created matched perfectly with our theme. The props were awesome, the picture quality was great and pictures were printing out quickly! This was a plus for me because a lot of times other photo booths take very long to print. Ryan also emailed me all of the digital copies the very next day. I will definitely be doing business with PIPB in the future.
