When it came to photography, we already had Kara and Denis (Kayden Studios) in mind. Kara and Denis had shot a wedding that my husband and I attended in October 2014 and we were blown away by the quality and the beauty of the photos. As our friends began to share their, "sneak peeks" on Facebook, I immediately headed over to the Kayden Studios page and liked it. Each photo was more stunning than the last and I simply couldn't get enough. Needless to say when it came time to select a photographer for our wedding it was a no brainer! We met with Kara and Denis and booked our wedding date. After meeting with Kara and Denis my husband and I knew that they were the perfect choice! They spent well over and hour sharing samples of their work, package pricing information, and just chatting with us. It was apparent that not only are they both incredibly talented, but they make it a priority to really get to know their clients and support them in any way possible. Kara provided me with continual support and advice as I planned the wedding, and Denis was always there to talk baseball with my husband while I asked Kara an endless amount of questions. (Ummm, awesome right?!) In addition to being amazing people, Kara and Denis provided many helpful tools that made planning the wedding and staying organized so much easier. Once we had met with our venue and the day of coordinator Kara worked to complete a day of photography timeline. This timeline was KEY. It allowed us to capture all of the photos that we were hoping for and it kept our wedding day moving along seamlessly. In addition to the detailed and super helpful timeline, Kara provides each of her clients with a detailed planning form that is easily submitted online. The form asks questions about everything from the wedding colors and the bride's style of dress to which photos the couple wants to make sure are captured on the big day. The form was extremely helpful and allowed me to really organize my thoughts and ideas. After I had submitted the form, my husband and I met with Kara and Denis one more time, a few weeks prior to the wedding, to go over every last detail and finalize our plan. Me being and incredibly Type A person, the timeline, planning form, and detailed meeting prior to the big day really put my mind and heart at ease. Kara and Denis shot our engagement photos in April 2015 and our wedding photos on November 14, 2015. The photos are simply INCREDIBLE. On the day of our wedding, Kara and Denis arrived early and ensured that everything ran according to our timeline throughout the entire day. They even stayed late to capture a few extra special shots of my husband and me in the barrel room. We never felt rushed and each special moment was captured flawlessly. Their level of expertise and professionalism is simply off the charts. We recently received our wedding photos and we can't stop looking at them. They are so beautiful and the perfect representation of our wedding day. My husband and I along with our bridal party were so comfortable around Kara and Denis that all of our personalities shined through and were captured in each photo. Our family and friends have been freaking out over how stunning the photos are and even my dad, who couldn't care less about photography and pictures, keeps saying how unbelievably beautiful they are. I HIGHLY recommend Kayden Studios for any special event or occasion. They will forever be my go to team for photography. Hands down, they deserve a 5 star rating. I've heard great things from my guests about Quynh herself who was running the photo booth. :) Quynh was so easy to work with and was able to take some of my wedding details and designed a beautiful & customized template for the photos. She even made sure to print extra copies of each of the photos to create a scrapbook of all our guests who used the booth, which I adore! They're team is really nice, professional and easy to talk to. In my experience, they usually pretty early to setup and are pretty responsive. The owner helps with all questions, can call or text anytime. For a friends wedding -- it was over 200 guests? Corporate event -- over 800 guests at a convention. Friends baby shower -- over 40 guests at a friend's backyard. Not much more to say? Cause they're awesome!! I have been meaning to write this review for a while so here it goes…read more I email for some maternity pictures when i was pregnant and i never got a respond. it wasn't until a few months after my daughter was born that i received an response apology for not getting back in time. I was offered a free session and i was completely blown away and felt that my memories that i want captured are validated. Due to having to reschedule on my part a few times we were unable to get a session in. The reason for the 5 stars was because Everything Captured was completely understanding when we had to reschedule and never made me feel like it was such a big burden. I appreciate even reaching out months after and explained what had happen and offering to make it up when in reality didn't have too. To me that shows his truthful character and can be trust worthy. Looking forward to scheduling a session in the near future.
