I am not a happy camper, but this place very expensive bracelet. My husband bought me turquoise stones falling out within two days of gifting it to me . I. have a video. The owner tried to say a crack in the turquoise wasn't there when it really was the video proved it . wanted to charge even more for the repairs since then another stone has fell out . Rude. Definitely rude. altogether my husband has bought me two rings pair, earrings, and a bracelet. One of the rings is crap. Cheap cheaply made you can tell.. the band of the ring bent within a month . Everything is expensive. Honestly, my complaints could be a lot more. I'm so upset. My husband spent $700 on a bracelet. I can't even wear. read more

Staff are very rude--I picked up a figurine from a shelf with no signage and promptly got yelled at by not one but two staff members. There are lots of shelves with signage saying "don't touch these," but this wasn't one of them. The huuuuge variety of goods from different cultures around the world should've been my first tip-off that it was not a good place. No store can maintain truly ethical sourcing for THAT many indigenous products. Plus it didn't take long to notice that most of the staff are blindingly white. And they were playing an obnoxious right-wing talk radio station. Even if I condoned such beliefs, why risk alienating customers when you could just, you know, play music like a normal store?? read more

Visited this place with my daughter and, OMG! They have the best handmade, authentic, Native American items! The Alpaca bears and the rugs, soooo soft! The moccasins, so pretty! The baby ones are adorable! The employees were super nice and told us a little of the history of all the items we looked at. Oh to have more money to buy the all stuff I loved. Is some of it really pricey? Yes. But the quality, the fact they are authentic and made by hand and that you are supporting the incredible tribes that make them, totally is worth the cost if you can somehow swing it. I pulled over on my road trip because of the sign for Buffalo jerky. That is pretty hard to find. It was 6:38 and the girl outside putting the signs away asked the owner if they would sell me the jerky even tho they were long past closing time. I'm so grateful for the delicious pepper salmon jerky I also grabbed because it looked so juicy. Delicious treat for my 9 hour drive. Nice couple and when I asked for a specific totem they knew exactly where to direct me. Beautiful jewelry dream catchers and blankets as well. read more

I will never return to this place. I visited Crescent city on March 30th 2019. I walked over from the shark store accross the street. My son had a sucker in his mouth we bought him from the shark store. As I approached the store, I examined the store windows, door and entrance for any sign that said " No food or drink". I did not see one , so we went in. My boy had his sucker in his mouth. We shopped around for 15 minutes. In this 15 minutes, the employee with a patch on his eye seemed nice and greeted us. Then things went south. I asked a young 20s employee with black hair about there smoked jerky and the price. Very rudely she tells me " If you want to know the prices, it is written on the packaging ". I told the employee I didn't see prices. She tells me with a big huff and puff ( sigh) and sharply " Its by the pound, its by the pound." I figured she was frustrated and skipped the smoked meats. Next thing I know, 2 customers were following us around closely everywhere we walked and seemed to be shopping. After about 5 minutes my wife and I realized these 2 young females were employees " Hawking" us as if we were shoplifters. We would had never known they were employees until the guy with the patch eye called upon them for help. My wife and I both knew then , they were acting as shopper's and even had props in there hands to pretend they were items they were gonna buy. I felt creeped out. Then all of a sudden a white and gray haired lady in her 60s comes up to my son and ask sharply as if he was her grandson " is that candy in your mouth?" As parents, my wife and I replied " He does". The lady tells us rudely we couldn't be in that store and eating candy at the same time. Im cool with that. NO PROBLEM..... But people can't read your mind. There was no sign asking people to have no food or drink in there store. Plus they sold candy there ownself and the employee with the patch eye was chomping on bubble gum. I will never return to this store. In my 43 yrs, I cant recall being called out infront of all the other customers as this place did. We promptly left the store and decided to not buy no Moccasins from this place. I'll never set foot in this place again. read more

This place was very nice, and had a lot of interesting things to look at but this wasn't enough to makeup for all the negatives. While walking through the store I felt very uncomfortable because the workers wouldn't leave me alone... Almost like they thought I was stealing.
