My custom-designed railing (64 linear feet) was hot-dip galvanized and took about six weeks from start to finish. Paul recommended a matte black finish because the hot-dip process can leave slight irregularities, but it ensures the metal will never rust. He was absolutely right--the final result is stunning. The railing was installed the day before my birthday party, and we made it just in time. All of my guests and neighbors were blown away by how beautiful everything turned out. Was told over the phone that they were sold in 4x4 sheets. Got to the store and they said they could only sell it in full sheets of 4x8 (not a big deal). Ended up paying to have the 4x8 sheet cut. Got it home and realized the ends were even and the center was off by 1.75" (not even close to being straight), it was dome shaped. So 4" were wasted and I had to make two additional cuts to get it straight. Then brought it to my fabricator and it turns out it isn't even what I had ordered. It's flattened, not standard like what I ordered and confirmed (didn't know there was a difference). Came back to get the correct stuff and they said there was nothing they could do about my previous order because they had cut it. $180 down the drain for a piece that was not what I ordered and not cut straight. Not even a partial refund or anything on the next correct sheet. Had a good relationship with a few of the employees but this is the last time I do business here. UPDATE: Spoke with Shelby who provided great customer service unlike the female I had previously dealt with. Ultimately, a refund was issued and the mistake was corrected. Very disappointed that it took a bad review for them to finally correct their mistake, but am happy with the outcome.

It was extremely hard to find someone who could fabricate a latch out of aluminum that would fit…read moreinto the glass on an up/down window. I needed to find a duplicate latch for several galley windows on our 30 year-old boat. The old latch had failed. I contacted an engineer in China prior to contacting many, many businesses here in the United States to try to find a latch replacement, but didn't have any luck. Chris is a true craftsman. He was able to take apart the latch, remove the spring, and adapt the plastic latch so that it could be made into an aluminum one. The result was very, very impressive. The original fabrication didn't quite fit and Chris went out of his way to make the necessary adjustments so that the latch fit perfectly. I cannot recommend him highly enough for a project that most would not want to undertake. In my opinion, it was worth every penny that I paid. Thank you again!

"Which color, we have lots of choices." When it was done being coated Chris told me he could deliver it. They did a fantastic job and the 3 pieces are really great looking. I tried to install it this week and my drill bit quickly got used up. I sent Chris an email asking if he knew of someone who could install it. He immediately responded and said he would install them. Later that day I got a call that he was at our home and asked if it was OK for him to install them even though we weren't home. We got home an hour later and they were installed. I emailed him to find what what I owed him for the installation? He said, "Nope". This company is amazing. Great work, great customer service and a happy crew of workers.
