After doing a little research, I came across a mouth device, called Thornton Adjustable Positioner, (TAP 3), which is a mouth device much like an Invisalign. The next step would be to figure out which orthodontist would offer the device. I made an appointment to see Dr. Iyer at Dr. Segal and Iyer Orthodontics, located at 501 NJ - 73 #202 Marlton New Jersey. I can honestly say I've never been to a facility more organized, and with 21st-century technology. Dr. Iyer was extremely amazing! She was able to sit with me and educate me on exactly how the device worked and how it's going to benefit my sleep habits. I will definitely recommend anyone with sleep apnea or any orthodontic issues to see Dr. Iyer. You will not be disappointed. Without clear a reason during the very first visit, she ground that tooth & the opposing healthy Tooth #15. No temporary crown was provided for Tooth #18. While waiting for the permanent crown, Tooth #18 became infected. Finally a new crown was placed, only to find it repeatedly fell off. She bonded it, which wasn't fully seated. To fit the misaligned crown, she numbed me & extensively ground down Tooth #15. Tooth #18 later needed a root canal, retreatment, & was ultimately extracted. Now I need an implant. Tooth #15 also requires a root canal, post, & crown due to the damage. I've endured physical pain, emotional stress, financial burden & permanent dental injuries. I'm sharing this so others can avoid this experience. (Note: I have to give one star because the system does not allow submitting a review without a rating.)

When the time did come, staff remained friendly, kind, and remember the little things. And that's just the front office staff! Dr. Murray and the technicians do their best to make everyone feel comfortable and create a safe environment. My son had spacers put in in the middle of February. And then Covid hit. Because there was so much uncertainty and what would stay open and what was shot, Dr. Murray took the spacers and said we would start again. He didn't want My son to have to keep The spacers in longer than necessary. Small, little things like this, really let you know they care.
