My 21-year-old sister had her car towed there because it wouldn't shut off and was stuck in park. After sitting there for a WEEK, they told her it needed a battery... and charged her $550. Problem is--that wasn't the issue. When they were questioned about it, the dealer hung up on my dad twice. They then said it needed more diagnostics (more $$$) and wouldn't release the car unless she paid. No return call from management either. We had it towed to another mechanic... and within ONE MINUTE they found the real problem: A bottle cap stuck in the transmission. Fixed immediately. No charge. There are honest mechanics out there--but this was not one of them. Just a heads up so no one else gets burned.

In the meantime, I spoke with "DAVE SMITH" who told me to my face "we would never hold a truck for $100.00." While I was waiting for my $100.00 some over the hill muscle head employee decided to get in my face to try and intimidate me. Nice try. Not only does their word and handshake carry no weight they insinuated that I was the dishonest one and wouldn't keep my word to buy the truck on Saturday. Project much.
