Let me start off by saying, Hunter is great. Any-who, I did my research and found the bed I wanted…read morebefore going to the store on 4/23/2020 a Thursday, to purchase. Got there and asked for David, because I had spoken with him on the phone. Got everything squared away and was told I'd receive a phone call on Monday to setup delivery. Fast forward to Monday around 4p.m., no one called so I decided to call the store. I was told they're were still working on the schedule and someone would call me before they closed... No one called... The next day, I received a called saying they would bring the bed out on Thursday. Great news!!! Bed was delivered on Thursday, got ready to put together realized there were no slats ‍!!! Then I also noticed the scuffs and wood chips on the "new" bed. I was willing to look over that if they rectified the problem. I called them about 5:50(that's when we realized it) the lady asked did I receive three boxes? Well nothing was in boxes, that's how I know it wasn't new. Well I was told someone would call me back... No one did.. I called Friday morning and was told they would bring them out... No one did.. Same thing Saturday, I was told the owner would call me back...The owner didn't call and no one showed up with the slats. On Monday 5/4/2020, Hunter(warehouse manager) called me and said the slates were at the store and I could go pick them up or have them delivered. My choice. Well I decided to go get them because I was tired of sleeping on an air mattress and tired of being lied to. Got there, picked them up, got back home and realized they weren't the right size. At this point I'm over it. Just as I realized that, Hunter called me, I explained what was wrong and he said he would send someone with the correct slats that evening. He did. We put the bed together. Oh yea, we bought a mattress and foundation(both pieces of the foundation had stains) for the bed. When they delivered it, I did think the foundation was too thin(I had never seen any like this), but I thought maybe the bed was high and that was the reason for that. Nope, got the bed up and we saw that the dang on mattress wasnt even reaching the bottom of the headboard, there's a huge gap. I've been trying to contact them to fix this, no call backs or text. I mean for almost $1500, I shouldn't be having any of these problems. 5/7/2020 spoke with Sandra at the Columbia store, she told me to call Hunter at the warehouse and tell him I needed a high profile foundation instead of the low profile one they brought out. I called him and he let me know they had some in and they were behind on delivery, so I could come to pick it up myself if I wanted to. Of course, I said I would. No time to be waiting. 5/9/2020 here to swap out the foundation. Hunter and my husband are chatting it up.HUNTER IS AWESOME. Always responded, if I called and he didn't answer, he would call right back. I probably won't buy from them again, but Hunter is a great person. Very helpful.

I do not recommend doing business with furniture direct. The minute you walk in the door the sales…read morepeople are hounding you and never give you a minute to actually look at the furniture. They are worse than used car sells men. Even though I do not care about the sales tactics I purchased two recliners. At a decent price. The store would not sell me the two on the show room floor. No big deal. The informed me that the one I ordered would be in the following Saturday the 18 of April. The original purchase date was the 16. Wen I arrive I waited 2 hours to find out that recliners where out of stock. They had also sold the two they had on display. After I was told they could not sale the display. I do not recommend doing business with these people.
