That's how consignment works, so I'm not sure why folks are complaining about not getting much for their consigned items. If no one wants it, it takes time and discounts to move it off the floor. If it doesn't sell, I've taken things back and sold myself on FB marketplace. I just don't like doing that for everything. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and honest if they don't think they'll be able to sell something for you.

When a customer attempted to give her feedback on her business after spending a significant amount at this sale, she verbally abused her and made a scene. After attending many sales in many areas, I would never suggest shopping with her. In addition to her attitude, she just slaps painters tape on items and marks pricing on that. It's sad that she doesn't take the time to put proper tags on VERY expensive items/furniture. It comes across more as a garage-sale type situation. Very disappointing.

She took us to the Beautyrest Black medium and we laid on it and the heavens opened up as we both were cradled by a cloud. I didn't want the mattress protector for $300 and I didn't want the "free sheets". She mumbled something about not getting a perfect record and then insisted on throwing in the "free sheets". After some numbers gymnastics and another customer interrupting the process, we were told she would finish up and email the finance docs for us to sign. The invoice shows up with full price charged for the frame but I got the free sheets! The day of delivery, June 10th, we were given a window that they blew past twice. I had my bed stripped down and ready, but they tried to reschedule us. We insisted so they showed up after 10pm but the platform boards were missing from the bed frame. They had to leave the OLD FILTHY BOX SPRING under my brand new mattress which requires a leap up and jump down! We were promised they would follow up soon. They scheduled the delivery for June 19th, and when that day arrived and we called to confirm, there was NO RECORD of scheduled delivery and the boards were NOT in stock! Rescheduled to July 15th so here we are waiting for a phone call that they said we would receive this morning. Well, there we have it, just got "the" call. Now they will deliver the boards on Friday! So NO!!!!! Not a great experience!

When we got to the delivery the two nightstands were damaged so they had to order them. To be delivered the following Monday or Tuesday. They first delivered a mattress that was torn. And though they offered to replace it, they have yet to bring the new one and take the torn one away. We have been told they would be out on three different occasions now to replace the mattress and no one has shown up. When initially delivering the chairs to my dining room table two were very wobbly so I sent them back. Instead of receiving them the next Monday or or Tuesday I was quoted (because they forgot to take it off the truck) again we are at Friday July 19 and I have to return to the store again to pick them up. Now on the 19th I am able to pick up my chairs and bench I ordered. But, again they do not have my end tables or my mattress. The end tables weren't on the truck they explained. I am told the mattress is coming tomorrow. They are telling me they might be able to deliver them on the 20th but they are not sure. They will have to call me and let me know if they are able to deliver them. Again, I found out they forgot to take it off the truck. They deliver ever the same defective caris with exTra pads under the feet to fix the short legs. "They are just made that way" In summary, they have been really nice about selling me several thousand dollars worth of merchandise. And extremely nice about telling me my furniture is defective, on order, not on the truck, or plain ole not delivered when it was supposed to be. I would gladly have purchased the expensive 'kit' to get the parts I needed but these people are so customer oriented, they just gave me the bolts I needed and wouldn't accept any money for them. These grills aren't cheap, but the quality can't be beat. While I have yet to purchase mine, this is where I will get it once I am ready. In addition to grills, this shop has a large variety of high end outdoor furniture, hammocks and decorative items. The products can get very expensive, but they do have a very good selection.
