I gifted my sister a gift card not knowing it had to be used at this location...ok fine. We have used this location before, but this has been the worst experience. My sister was already tense when got there and was looking forward to a relaxing massage. She got everything, but that. The therapist wouldn't stop talking. She talked about her family, where she was born and politics. Politics is the one subject in this day and age not to discuss. This only stressed my sister out more. I have been going to this location for a couple of years. The staff is extremely courteous and attentive. I have had the same therapist who knows just how to give me enough but not too much pressure. Elements Massage Massage and Facial session What can I say except I LOVE LOVE Elements Massage in Frisco. Everyone here is so nice and friendly. They recently added facials to the list and they have two certified aestheticians now. Work has kept me busy but I try and come at least once a month. I signed up for the monthly membership which I am glade I did. I had Cam this last session and he was great. Very professional and knows his stuff. The pressure he was using is exactly what I needed for my brick wall back. Did I mention the hot stones he was using to? Guys hot stones are game changer in my book. Most likely will be adding to every session now haha. I am still sore after 48 hours which is a good thing. That was only a 1 hour session. I did 90 min last time. They offer 2 hour sessions as well. Facial session After the massage cam gives you a robe and you move to the next room for your facial. Kaitlyn was the aesthetician on site that day. She is wonderful and makes you feel so relaxed. You walked in and she asked about your skin and what you are looking to have done and then gives you her recommendation treatment. I asked many questions and she was very knowledgeable with everything I asked. After that it began and it was just so relaxing and my face was a little irritated earlier that day but after the facial my face looked so refreshed after the hydration treatment. Can't wait for my next session. Products I bought for home use I bought these two products below and after a few days I love it. The lemon cream scrub feels refreshing on the skin and not dried out and tight. The exfoliant pads a great too. Just make sure to moisturize your face after using the pads. I have to give a shout out to the owners Nish and Cam of Element massage. They are the nicest couple and hard working. Shout out to all the front desk staff too. You are all amazing. I truly hate to give one star reviews, especially since I had enjoyed my previous visit here, but feel this is warranted. I purchased a 90 minute massage on Groupon. After purchasing, I called to schedule the appointment, and told them that I would be paying with the Groupon certificate. They asked me for my name, phone number, and a credit card to hold the appointment time. All standard procedures, I assumed, so we were good at this point. I arrive to the location 15 minutes before to complete my intake forms. Again, I give them my name, and fill out all the required forms for the massage. At this point, I've both given them my name and told them I'm paying with a Groupon certificate twice. No mention of any trouble still. After the massage is finished, I return to the front desk to pay. At this point, they inform me that their system had a hiccup, and they did not realize I had already had an account created from the first time I visited this location. Apparently, their rule is that Groupon certificates are only allowed for 1st time customers. They attempt to make me pay the non-member price, which is double the price of the Groupon certificate. I responded that I would never have booked the massage at the non-member price, and that their system malfunction should not result in a negative consequence for me. Eventually, their final offer to me was to pay the member price, which was still 50% more than the Groupon certificate. I felt like they had tricked me, as I'd given them my name and mentioned I'd be using the Groupon certificate to pay two separate times. This was a terrible experience and I will definitely not be returning to this location. read more

I just completed a drive of 700 miles in one day. You can imagine the body aches and pain that I had during the beginning of my time with Michael. Michael is truly a gifted, caring, and skilled massage professional. I could fill my body relax, knots dissipating as he worked. This was my first visit to Elements-Frisco and the staff did not disappoint! My little sister and I both came for 90 min massages while she was visiting from Michigan. Cam and Pam were both very professional. I opted for Aromatherapy and Himalayan Salt hot stone add-on... Game changer. I'd gotten out of my regular massage, self care routine but the experience and relaxing massage (especially since I have a back issue), reminded me to prioritize this going forward...I joined the monthly option which gets me ~$60/month savings on a 90 min luxury massage experience. The rooms are dim lit and the table is warm for your comfort. I also noticed, I get the full 90 min (my sister said the same), where some spas reduced the time of service by 10-15 min for prep/dressing. Quality service, excellence, ambience and getting more value for my money...I love this place. read more

Having written hundreds of reviews on Yelp, I have never once felt scammed by a business until now. This franchise location is fraudulently charging me for unused sessions. I was unable to cancel my membership remotely despite no longer physically living in Frisco, and it wasn't until I started disputing the credit card charges with AMEX that Elements Frisco allowed me to cancel. However, as a result of these back and forth dispute investigations, I've been charged a total of 9 times or $621 since July 2021, but only used Elements 7 times. My current account balance is only showing 1 massage credit left, despite paying 9 times for it. I can do basic math so being charged 9 times minus 7 uses and 1 credit left does NOT equal 0. I've been monitoring the credits on my account and because of the dispute, Elements Frisco Stonebriar took away 1 of my massage credits. When the dispute was reversed in their favor, my massage credit was NOT reinstated. Scamming me out of $69 is a terrible ROI. I had to rush to get multiple massages in 1 week just to use up my credits before they expired. None of this was communicated to me when I signed up for this membership. I was not informed of the "you have to be there in person" to cancel the membership policy, AND/OR the expiration of credits. This is a predatory and fraudulent business practice and I will continue to contact the nationwide offices and American Express because this isn't right. read more

UPDATE- what great customer service!! I posted my concerns about my visit which was tied to the service-Again the staff was great. The owner reached out within hours to apologize and see what could be done to fix the situation. Not only did he give a great resolve but was just plan out genuine! He explained the situation and was able to recommend a masseuse that would provide the service I would be looking for. We get that companies aren't gonna always get it right ( no one is perfect) , but it's how they acknowledge and respond that shows their true colors. So def would rock with them again and excited for my upcoming massage!!!! read more

After having to reschedule my original appointment because the therapist had something come up on Wednesday, I had to call and reschedule my appointment today due to being sick. They still required me to pay a $55 cancellation fee. I understand that that is a policy, but I also can't control when I get sick. Furthermore, why can't I be credited $55 for when the massage therapist had to cancel? I would highly recommend going elsewhere. read more

The reception team was friendly and the new owners at this location were so welcoming and kind. After a great first-time session at their studio, I signed up for their membership so that I can treat myself to a monthly routine of much needed self-care. The studio, waiting area, therapy rooms and restrooms are clean, spacious and very peaceful. Nashua was my therapist and she was sweet, attentive and skilled at her craft. I had such a great massage with Vincent! I had received a massage ~2 weeks ago (somewhere else), and I was already feeling tight again (old injuries as well as stress will do it!). I came in with a ton of issues and in 90 minutes, I left feeling refreshed and much looser. It was so great that I even signed up for the membership! I'd highly recommend coming here (and have even scheduled appointments for my brother and cousin)! Also, in regards to some of the other reviews, remember that everyone is having staffing shortages. As a business owner myself, I can totally understand that sometimes things are beyond the control of the business owner. We could all use a little more kindness these days! read more
