Moving from Cali to Texas it's been Hard finding a massage therapist that massage good . Being a massage therapist myself and a healer it's great when u find someone that u don't have to tell them what's wrong and they know exactly what to do . I love Lucy and I will keep coming her and will request her every time . She is good and she knows what she is doing . I understand the massages are cheaper but please tip , cause they work hard and they deserve it . Lot people don't realize that when u go to a chain the therapist don't get the full amount some only $10 to $25 per massage which makes TIPPING so important . My lil gem in a haystack .. request Lucy u won't regret it . Also Tip her she deserves it .

    Affordable prices!

This massage place is wonderful. They are so friendly and the massage was great!!! I was so relaxed. I love that their hours are so convenient and they're easy to get too. I thought I'd asked for a 30 minute massage and about 40 minutes in, I realized I had pointed to the wrong one on the menu. I was happy to have the longer one. I will be back as often as time allows.

60 minutes of pure bliss! After the first ten minutes I was completely relaxed... the atmosphere was nice... low lighting and they had soothing melodies playing for background noise. The environment was clean and the lady that massaged me was really friendly. I got the foot reflexology and the full body massage. The first thing she did was soaked my feet in a wooden bucket of warm water with some kind of scented oil. Overall , it was a pretty good deep tissue massage and the pressure level was perfect for me... I feel less tensed, more relaxed and my back feels amazing! I will definitely be coming back here!

Nice little fountain and complimentary cold water.

The service prices are reasonable and the quality of massage is excellent. The spa offers therapeutic massage and a very clean environment. However I wish that someone had mentioned something about the quality of their massage services To start, I got the combination foot and body massage. I would recommend the foot massage only and here is why... Here's what was nice. There is nice ambiance, tender music, and soft lighting. They offer a good foot massage, warm foot soak, hot rocks, everything you could ask for. My issues started whenever they were working on my upper body They utilize a lot of general deep tissue techniques but it is evident that there is not a lot of knowledge of the body and particular muscles that need attention. I'm a thinner build, so many of the techniques they use were especially rough. The movements were very fast, did not feel intentional, and it felt more like my body was being moved around by there hands than any deep work on my muscles. I can already tell I'll probably be sore in the morning. Take that as you will. I would much rather pay more money for a more professional massage. I think having a softer massage that is more intentional in working out the muscles would be worth much more than having thumbs and elbows driven into my neck and back... but that's just me. *Updated* This is the morning after my experience. I'm starting to develop light bruising in my upper back. I definitely do not recommend any body massage from this establishment. But I do acknowledge that they are trying to make an honest living. If you are going for a foot massage you will not be disappointed!

This place has been open for many years and I've gone there for many years. I'm finally writing a…read morereview because of my last visit. It's always been hit or miss. Less than half the time I go it's great. Like, 30% of the time. The other 70% it's strange or ridiculous. They have frequent customer cards which I have never been able to redeem. Whatever is explained to me, with pointing to the card, I do not understand. The employees will carry on conversations out loud rather than respecting the 'relax' part of the business name. You can clearly hear everything from the mall. When I once did get a table massage the 'therapist' left the door open. I could hear the sounds from the mall and there was no music. It was horrible. My last visit I asked for a 20 minute chair massage and 30 minute foot reflexology. Halfway through the chair massage they changed therapists. The next one's only technique was to crush muscle with his elbow. I asked if he would do the other side of my back- which hadn't been worked on, and ended up getting charged an extra ten minutes for that. Foot reflexology normally consisted of foot massage and then pointed pressure on each reflexology point. What I got was my feet slapped and then scraped, which hurt on the arch of my foot, with a stone. The worst part was that the therapist did not follow draping techniques as taught by the Texas Health Department's Massage guidelines. I was wearing a shirt. At the end of the session my therapist bent one of my knees and pressed it across my other leg (in yoga this is a stretching twist). He allowed my butt to be exposed and didn't bother to move the blanket/towel to cover my backside. At all. At the end of the session he pulled the towel by the corner as he walked away, exposing me since my skirt was up to my crotch- thanks to the stretching. I felt like they'd made me into a joke. They DO NOT practice massage therapy techniques approved or taught by most licensed massage therapy teachers.

It's definitely not a "spa like" environment. It's in a much older building and the walls/ceilings definitely show the wear. The facial started okay; however, quickly became very unrelaxing because my esthetician was talking to someone else through the door. Then, she left the room to go chat with this person and the "walls" of the treatment room are so thin, I could hear everything. Next, she does the microderm, which was slightly uncomfortable, but that's just part of it. Some of the liquids she put on my face afterwards burned a bit, but I stayed quiet assuming this was maybe just the normal stuff. I requested some extractions and she started them immediately - no steam, no prep for these. This was extremely painful and it felt like she was literally using a needle and then squeezing with her fingers. After all was said and done, she said she had really gotten after the extractions and that I should just put a little alcohol on my face later. I left and had dozens of bloody little dots all over my face! My face was on fire for the whole day and I spent my entire afternoon slathering my face with aloe vera and coconut oil to stop the burning. I emailed Groupon and received a partial refund, which I still believe should have been a full one. Either way, this place was on the low end of being professional, was in a dark and borderline creepy shopping strip and damaged my face. I spent no less than four days babying my face with different creams and oils just to reduce the redness. It was even longer before scabs formed on all of her extractions. Such a frustrating experience! I'm all for supporting local businesses, but this is one that disappointed. Stick to the larger places in a bigger town.

I called 4 times and left messages…read morevia the web site and received no response when trying to make a reservation the first time. I had to contact Groupon to file a complaint before she responded. The facility is not a "spa" atmosphere. It is a large room with curtains partitioning the different treatment areas. The foot reflexology area sits in the middle of the room with no privacy curtains. The therapist is unfriendly and abrupt. The treatment itself was careless and clearly performed as something she "had" to do rather than a service she wanted to provide. It was a run of the mill foot massage, not a true reflexology detox session. No special pressure points or organ areas are focused on. 1/2 hour of the session is spent with your feet wrapped in warm towels, so you are really only getting a 30 minute treatment. Scheduling the second appointment was easier, however, during the session she was chatty and it was not relaxing. When I called for the third session I requested a date and time. She said she would call me back to confirm. She never called back to confirm, and on the day of the proposed appointment texted me to tell me I had missed it. I called her as soon as I received her text but it went to voice mail. The therapy and environment are not worth my energy to argue to reschedule the third appointment. I'll be taking my business elsewhere where they actually perform reflexology.
