Five stars for hard working women! They did a really great job at Happy Feet in Crossroads. It's not medical massage or The Ritz, so don't come here expecting that and then low star them later! We got the 1/2 feet 1/2 back massage, 1 hour total for $55 each. Evidently it was $60 each bc that was the deal Yelp offered. But I guess they went down on the price - and that is refreshing. They weren't highly skilled in the art of reflexology or massage. But they worked really hard and actually ended the 1 hour massage at 1 hour and 15 minutes. So many places end it at 50 minutes to "give you time to get dressed." That is really annoying. They seemed really careful with being clean. Everyone wore masks and they brought in in heavy tubs of hot water for our feet to rest in while they started the massage on our heads. Once they got to the feet, they didn't come back to the other areas until they had washed our feet, taken out the tubs of water and washed their hands. And I didn't leave smelling like a Big Mac or cigarette smoke, like I have at medical massage, so that was nice. They also used hot stones for no extra charge. The only negatives, and really for the price, no one can complain, but the massage tables were cheap and choked us both bc the cushioning was off for the face. The lotion was thin and unremarkable. There was quite a bit of hair pulling and muscle popping going on. And if we were supposed to get true reflexology, that wasn't it. I studied and practiced it myself, so I do know how it's supposed to go. Also the English was limited to "Ok?" But overall, definitely worth coming back to and way better than more expensive places we've used. read more

This is a great reflexology spa place. Easy to get an appointment and the lady that did my massage was awesome. Ask for Lucy she is a sweet lady that really focus on areas that needs work. My back and neck feels better. The 1hr foot and back massage combo was only $55 not bad. read more

Alright! This is going to be an honest review, This was my first time here and I actually enjoyed it for a while, but whoever did my massage was very very harsh with me. I told him that it was hurting a bit, but I don't think he heard me, but it was okay because we were already done with my neck area. I left the place feeling great and even tipped but when I got home and took a nap I woke up in great pain and couldn't move my neck. I ended up having to go the Baylor Medical Hospital (ER) and they told me I had Torticollis due to harsh trauma to my neck. I was on pain medications for a good 5 days.. This place is the absolute best. I've been going here since they've opened and I've left SO much better every time. They are so kind, so intentional on taking care of you, and give the best service. I always get a full body massage 1hr & 30 minutes deep tissue and never once have I left feeling dissatisfied. I've had Lucy & a few others there who are absolutely outstanding. I have been to other places and have always felt like I wasted money, but NEVER have I left Happy Feet feeling less than grateful and refreshed. 10/10 recommend. Moving from Cali to Texas it's been Hard finding a massage therapist that massage good . Being a massage therapist myself and a healer it's great when u find someone that u don't have to tell them what's wrong and they know exactly what to do . I love Lucy and I will keep coming her and will request her every time . She is good and she knows what she is doing . I understand the massages are cheaper but please tip , cause they work hard and they deserve it . Lot people don't realize that when u go to a chain the therapist don't get the full amount some only $10 to $25 per massage which makes TIPPING so important . I had seen this place many times but never understood if it was pedicures/foot massages or just massage, so decided to walk in today and see what they offered, as I had an hour to kill. My experience was 80% awesome, 10% awkward, 5% painful and 5% ticklish. Let me explain: 80% awesome - prices are great, they have a "foot massage special" for only $35 and this includes 15 minutes of back/head/shoulder massage, and 45 minutes of foot/leg massage, which included hot stones on feet/calves. People were nice and you get to be massaged in silence, other than light Asian style music. I didn't have an appointment, just walked in on a Monday around 4. Place was clean and they give you a bottle of water when you leave. I enjoyed the massage and deep pressure. 10% awkward - there is zero English spoken here, which if you know what you want then it's no big deal, but me walking in and wanting to talk about service options did not work. I ended up finding the board which showed what they offered and after some pointing, I was led to a room. I am a little curious how making an appointment would work. I may have given a 5 star review had there been a slight ability to discuss the process and ask questions. The other part that was awkward is that I wasn't really prepared for the experience. They massage your back/upper legs over your clothes which was actually fine, but be prepared and wear light comfortable clothes. I would suggest wearing a tank top with capri length leggings or athletic shorts, with flip flops. Do not wear makeup and do not have your hair fixed. Even after reading what my service choice was, I didn't realize my face would be massaged, so having makeup on for that was not great. You are in a room with door slightly ajar. Normal lighting (not dim). 5% painful - my experience was very deep tissue. I liked it, but if that's not your thing then beware. 5% ticklish - one part of the foot massage and one part of the back massage was very ticklish. But for the most part it wasn't. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL --- UNLESS YOU WANT TO LEAVE WITH INJURIES YOU DIDN'T HAVE WHEN YOU CAME IN !! I am a healthy individual who runs regularly for exercise, and had an appointment with this Crossroads location on 2-13-23. I requested a back and feet massage (did not request legs). The massage therapist was very rough which was somewhat OK on my back. She also did not speak much English, which made it a bit hard to communicate. The worst part was ....... at the very end of the massage when I was completely relaxed and lying on my stomach, the therapist raised both of my legs and firmly jerked my feet toward by back until my knees cracked. It hurt my knees and I told her so. However, she then proceeded to cross my ankles and, once again, firmly jerked both legs toward my back. This time it really hurt the outside of my knees. Following the appointment, my knees have continued to be in pain and have had a large amount of swelling. I have visited two doctors so far and undergone x-rays & MRIs of both knees. I am now doing physical therapy on both knees and hope this will not be a lifelong condition. I called/visited three times and asked the owner/manager to please call me to discuss. However, he/she has not called. I guess the manager does not care about customer satisfaction. Needless to say, I will not re-visit or recommend Happy Feet to anyone. read more

I'm a regular massage person and typically go to spas. I do on occasion when I want a massage right at that moment I will go to a location like this. I just recently moved to the area and my husband was getting his haircut in the same complex at sports cuts and had an hour wait- so I went and got a massage. I wasn't planning on a massage and wasn't really dressed for it. I told the front desk that I'll just get a foot massage due to my attire. The receptionist told me they have a private room and female therapist so I could take my top and bra off. I jumped on that option. My therapist was wonderful. I like a deep tissue massage and she provided it. She would check in on pressure, but that was the only time she talked which I enjoyed. I don't like to carry on a conversation while getting massaged. I would definitely recommend this spot. read more

60 minutes of pure bliss! After the first ten minutes I was completely relaxed... the atmosphere was nice... low lighting and they had soothing melodies playing for background noise. The environment was clean and the lady that massaged me was really friendly. I got the foot reflexology and the full body massage. The first thing she did was soaked my feet in a wooden bucket of warm water with some kind of scented oil. Overall , it was a pretty good deep tissue massage and the pressure level was perfect for me... I feel less tensed, more relaxed and my back feels amazing! I have been having a lot of tight muscles in my neck and legs. Needed some quick relief and checked out this location for relief. The location was a little hard to find because it blended in and the signage didn't stand out but with a quick phone call, was able to get directions and find the location. Received a very deep massage. The room was clean and the woman who provided my massage made sure to check in to make sure that the amount of pressure was good for me. Very thankful for the massage and it helped relieve a ton of tension. The hot stones were also a huge plus. Would definitely recommend this location and will go back again. read more

This little conspicuous spot in small town Aubrey Texas is a hidden gem. I've been to several places like this. I've had hundreds if not thousands of massages. This place is great. It's not the fanciest place but simplicity has its benefits. They have a lovely fountain and a nice comfy couch. They have a few rooms with two beds but also private single rooms too. The music is Asian inspired relaxation music. The massage beds are low to the floor. It was nice not to have to kind of jump up! I soon found out the other benefit of this. The small statured massage therapist actually got up ON the table with me! It was a first but I soon felt the benefit of this. The leverage she gained was impressive. The massage was deep and she clearly could tell where I was needing more focus. She never asked me where I had issues but it's like she knew. She didn't try to chat with me (I'm not sure she spoke enough English to do so) which I appreciated because when you are only covered in a towel - chit chat with a stranger is NOT how I relax! We did the full body massage, hot stones, and wet hot towels. It was TOTALLY worth the $60 and we tipped them additionally. (I say we because my wife surprised me and treated me and we both went but didn't share the experience. We had separate rooms. Next time I want to try the reflexology and foot bath. But this was wonderful! The atmosphere is what you would expect from a little hole in the wall. It's not a 5 Star Spa but it's close to home and it's my new favorite place in town!!! read more

OUTSTANDING!!!! My wife and I stopped in without an appointment. They were able to get us in right away. We were in the same room, which we liked. The massage therapists were excellent. However, neither spoke English. When they were done my wife and I glided out and had to sit in the car for a minute to get us awake enough to drive. The Combo seems to be the best deal. Reflexology massage for 30 minutes and a 30 minute body massage for only $55. I have paid much more for a massage and have gotten a lot less. I look forward to next week when I go back for another massage. read more

This place is amazing! There are different packages you can choose from. I chose an hour combo massage with 30 minutes feet and 30 minutes body.
