Whilst most the staff are very friendly, there aren't many of them meaning service can take nearly an hour on a busy day, there only seems so be 2 or 3 possibly 4 if you're lucky. But they clearly try their best and smile through it all.
Their allergies 'menu' is a giant folder listing every food item available, this means you have to find out from the main menu what is in the dish and check each element in the menu. And if its your lucky day (sarcasm) the manager will come sit with you whilst you decide what to eat, i dont know about you but im not that excited to have someone watching and chatting(distracting) me whilst i choose my dinner.
The food is fairly good though despite the sparse service, generous portions served with a smile makes up for the wait.
Breakfast is mostly self served, if you want hot food and its quite they will come take your order but if its busy you have to get it from the breakfast bar. Their selection isnt the best but there's cereal, yoghurt, toast, a few fruit pieces and sausages, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, and bacon (if you're quick enough and don't mind it salty).
Overall its not bad just a bit of a wait if youre hungry. read more
