Unfortunately, we recently had a disappointing experience with Dr. Knapp. During a Monday visit, my husband requested blood work due to concerns about our dog, but we felt those concerns were brushed off and the appointment felt rushed. A week later, we were told to go straight to the emergency vet. Once there, the staff mentioned they were surprised they hadn't received a call ahead and that the records took a long time to transfer. It was frustrating because we can't help but feel that if the blood work had been done when requested, we may have avoided a very stressful situation and a $2,300 emergency vet bill. We still value the practice overall, but hope communication and responsiveness improve moving forward.
