I've never been to a frozen yogurt-style açaí before this place, and the experience was fantastic! The store itself is very aesthetic. The layout and decor draw you in before you even know what the store is serving. The staff is friendly and helpful, and then the system to build your own açaí bowl is self-explanatory. I believe the options are organic, and there are lots of different delicious flavors to choose from. The bowl is then weighed, and then you're ready to start eating! I highly recommend. We came here on a Sunday and found a parking spot in the crowded shared strip mall lot and ventured in. There were a few others in the place waiting, but no one in line. I had no idea it was by the weight so we grabbed our empty cups and started with the acai base soft serve. I had never seen this flavor before but obviously this is their bread and butter at this store. From there, we checked out the DIY toppings bar and loaded up. There was a good selection of items, similar to a Menchies, but the fruit did not look as appetizing as it could have. I loaded up on granola and chocolate chips, but I think my favorite ingredient they had was the peanut butter. It was so satisfying to squeeze it out of the tube and make designs with it. I came accross this place, and entered about 10 minutes before closing. I was told I couldn't get a matcha! I was bummed because I really wanted to try their matcha. I was from out of town, and drove an additional 45 mins to try from Stockbridge to try it. So I decided to delay my 9 hour drive back home, after a weekend work trip, and I'm so glad that I did. I ordered the Peach Matcha, it was sweet, and peachy! I also ordered the carrot cake matcha which was 9/10! And the Banana Pudding Matcha! Which was smooth and really good! my mom likes that one the most! The shop is super cute! Although I couldn't order the night before, while open. I was glad I delayed my drive back home. I didn't incorporate everything for my first couple sips, so I got a very strong matcha flavor and a thick rice flavor on their own. Once I mixed in the mango puree, it was delicious! The flavors are balanced and complement each other well. The space itself is decorated nicely and it's a welcoming space. The seating area is open, and the seats themselves are comfortable. Needed a smoothie and this is one of the only places I could find in the area. It delievered. I got the Strawberry Shortcake with a $1.00 scope of protein. Worth it! Total was $13 and some change. I typically suck my smoothies down, but this one was so good I wanted to savor it. They had a variety of other options too, toast, of course Acai bowls, so I plan on coming back. The shopping area it is in isn't the greatest, and truth be told, even with the GPS and calling to confirm where they were located I still drove by it, but not faulting them. A cute spin on frozen yogurt oat by the pound. I like that they have three different options for the build your own bowl. They have a coconut and passionfruit I really like the passionfruit, but for some reason it made the top of my roof burn like when you eat too much pineapple so it might have a lot of acidic properties in. The staff was friendly enough. I didn't get any of my questions answered. I did say not to the side for a little bit but they were both busy and people kept walking up and ordering before I could do anything so I just ended up getting a build a bowl and the person I was with did as well. Definitely wanna come back and try and win this movie. All this movies just had something I was allergic to so I was going to see if I could substitute that. Love how the acai is self serve and there's lots of toppings to choose from. You pay by the weight and it's very reasonably priced. I got the acai and ube swirl with fruit and granola toppings. The ube had good flavor but a bit of a gritty texture. Overall very yummy and feels healthier than something like ice cream. read more

I am so disappointed. I ordered the ube mango sticky rice sundae and also got a Thai tea with matcha cream on top. While the Thai tea had good flavor, the drink was full of ice...So much ice we couldn't even put the straw through the lid. Considering customers pay $6-$7 for a drink, nobody wants to pay for mostly ice. In addition, the softserve ube base was not flavorful. Literally tasted like pure sugar with no ube/taro flavor. The rice it came with was also hard, but maybe I got an old batch. Please spend your money wisely!! read more

The only thing I would say is that the cashier seemed to not understand the loyalty program enough to explain it to me, but I don't think that's a big deal because the owner came and explained it to me. I was so excited and had been anticipating opening day and my expectations fell slightly short but I'm excited to see how the business will grow. Aesthetic: super cute, clean, open airy and light There are two base options: coconut (super light and refreshing) and açaí (a little "heavier" than coconut but still very delicious). There's then fresh fruit options to choose from (I had blueberries and they were perfectly ripe - not too tart and not mushy) and more topping such as sliced coconut, Goji berries, hemp seeds, chia seeds, etc. Some of the toppings in the back were hard to reach without risk of spilling into the front bowls. There are sauces you can add as well but I had completely overlooked them unfortunately and didn't try them. Overall the smaller bowl size ran me around $10 with tip. The quality of the food itself was 10/10 but I think there's some experience aspects that can be improved upon. Like I said, I'm excited to see how the business grows and can't wait to visit again to see how it improves. read more

My sister and I visited on a Saturday. Not too busy but definitely had a slight line. The self serve açai is a very cool concept and my sister loved it. This was her first time having Açai. The decor and aesthetic is so nice too. The reason I put it at a three star rating was due to the staff. There were two young ladies here. One of them kept calling for the other because she couldn't figure the card terminal out. I thought it was very unprofessional for her to be yelling out her name instead of saying wait one second walking over to her and then brining her to the register. She yelled out to her probably 2/3 times while I was heading to the register/ while I was standing there. Also, I understand if you sit while you're not helping customers or have no one to attend. I just do not think it's OK to be sitting down while actively ringing out customers. Just my opinion. Everything else was a good experience. I would definitely visit again. read more
