Tia is out of my insurance network and I still choose to get my yearly check up here. Cute, clean, friendly and extremely considerate.

Came back to Tia for my annual exam, decided to come to the WeHo location as it's more convenient for me. I love that I can get everything done in one clinic, there isn't a wait time like at other places, and there isn't a 1 month wait to get an appointment. The staff is very kind, and I love receiving gummies and apple juice after a drawing my blood. The provide I was seen by was very thorough and kind, and immediately followed up with me when my blood work results came back. The environment is just great with continue to come here. I love that it's now more accessible for more people.

I've had the most lovely experience(s) here. The office is stunning and immaculate. It feels like a modern spa, not at all cold, sterile and outdated like most offices. The staff and doctors are wonderful. Parking is a breeze! Getting appointments has been easy peasy. I could not recommend joining Tia and going to this location more

They simply asked us to call back a little closer tot he 10 weeks mark. Ok - no problem. So we did call back and - just last week - they confirmed we could join. In fact, they texted is to arrange to talk to coordinator. While their texting was inconsistent - at least it seemed we would be able to sign up. But when called to sign up we were told (surprise) no classes at all were available. In fact, no new class cohorts were even on the horizon. I have zero clue why they dragged out our expectations. No clue why they told us multiple times - even as of last week - that we could join no problem. Yet really they didn't even have classes to sign up for! Overall, this place seems very disorganized. And the people you talk to on the phone do not actually even seem to know what is going on with their own classes. They just sort of tell you "sure" and then let you down.

I decided to try a different doctor so I booked Dr. Morrisey. It took three months to get an appointment, and the appointment was to go over my test results. I would not recommend this place.

But after our first appointment with her, we knew we had to switch. She was always so kind and caring. Always taking the time to listen to my concerns, answer any questions I had, and reassure me about everything. She was always excited to see the baby on the ultrasound and thoroughly explain everything that she was seeing - she made me feel excited, even when I was feeling nervous about the whole thing. Exactly what you would hope for in an OB. Then, when I saw her at my 37 week appointment she told me that I needed to go to labor and delivery immediately as my blood pressure was reading extremely high. Turns out I had developed pre-eclampsia. I was so afraid, but I listened to her and went. I was freaking out and she made the effort to call me when I was in L&D and talk me through the entire thing. I know how busy she is, but the fact that she sat on the phone with me while I cried and expressed my concerns made me feel reassured and, in my fragile state, it was so important. We were so lucky that she ended up being on call when it was time to delivery my baby because she was an absolute star. She made the whole process seem less scary and made me believe that I could really do it. She was encouraging, but not forceful and kept the stress levels down. Even once the baby was born and I had some pretty bad hemorrhaging, she didn't let on that there was any concern whatsoever. She kept a very level head and a calm demeanor and it wasn't until I saw them carting away 12 soaked rags of blood that I realized what a scary spot I had actually been in. Not only that, but my pre-eclampsia had turned into pre-eclampsia with severe features and I'm pretty sure Dr. Hoffman (as well as all the amazing nurses at Cedars) saved my life. I truly don't know what I would have done without her. I intend to use her again for our next pregnancy and I absolutely would recommend her to anybody!

I even told him I was getting headaches and was swollen and he said that was normal pregnancy stuff (which it might be, but not in conjunction with high blood pressure) I was clearly already showing signs of preeclampsia but he didn't catch it. I am so grateful for Dr. Hoffman. She didn't end up delivering my baby but she took great care of me my entire pregnancy and her diagnosis and swift action potentially saved my life and the life of my baby.

Instead, I was fortunate enough to be paired with Dr Fung who happens to be knowledgeable and caring. So far I am 7 months pregnant and Dr. Fung has been diligent in carefully listening to all my concerns and finding answers for me, even if they do not pertain to her directly. Dr. Fung has made me comfortable though various actions, and I know I'm in trusting hands. An example of her exceptional care is when I recently wrote to my Family Dr about my disc 'herniations and disability' through a general email that all the Drs can see. Dr Fung kept this in mind following up with addressing any concerns I may have during delivery with herniated discs. What's impressive about that is I wanted to ask her but was forgetting with my "pregnancy brain" and she took the initiative to speak about it. A week ago, I switched to my husband's insurance coverage which kaiser does not accept and I am devastated to be possibly losing her as my Ob/gyn as I am very happy with her care. I was actually currently looking to see if maybe she works in another clinic apart from kaiser to continue with Dr. Fung and decided to write a review while I'm at it.

I had initially started with a different OB and I always felt rushed and my encounters were really impersonal. Since she's a family friend, I was telling her about my negative experiences and she encouraged me to schedule with Cedars. Their office staff and other doctors in the practice are great. The staff really helped me figure out my insurance, prescriptions are always easy to refill (and I like that they consider what's on my insurance instead of me having to pay a ton out of pocket for an equivalent medication), and they're always really friendly on the phone. While the other doctors in the practice are great (I tried out some of the other ones since my work schedule's kinda weird), Dr. Fung is extraordinary. She's really gentle, patient, and calm during office visits and also during delivery. She was really encouraging (but not overbearingly so) and her relaxed but knowledgeable demeanor made me know that whatever happened, she'd be able to handle it. I was sad that once I delivered our daughter I couldn't see her anymore (my insurance makes me not have her as a primary care) but happy to go back to see her for our 2nd one!

I wish I had written this years ago. If you are someone in a larger body, I cannot express strongly…read moreenough that you should seek treatment elsewhere. Dr. Rosenbaum's fatphobia and arrogance entrenched issues I was dealing with instead of diagnosing them and led her to misdiagnose me with PCOS. The diagnosis itself did not bother me but her delivery and subsequent actions were extremely damaging to both my psyche and body. More details below for those who may need to vet their doctors with much more scrutiny. (CW: Disordered eating/eating disorder & mention of weight loss and caloric count) From the time I started seeing her in my early 20s, Dr. Rosenbaum gave her strong opinions on my weight and what I should do about it. At 5'8" and 180 pounds at the time, I may have been clinically classified as "overweight" but my life wasn't affected by it, nor were any of my vitals. Her bedside manner rubbed me the wrong way but I thought it was my fault because of my weight. Her practice was close to my office and finding someone else seemed like a hassle for an appointment I had once a year even though I always dreaded seeing her and would push my appointment months to try losing more weight so I wasn't made to feel worse about myself. She was much less condescending the year I came in and had lost 50 pounds in six months, and she enthusiastically congratulated me on my effort which, in hindsight, she should have questioned instead of praising and telling me to keep it up. In the following year or two, I had put the weight back on much to her dismay and my shame, and my periods continued to be irregular as they had been since I first got my period at age 12. At that point, she told me she thought I had PCOS and had me get bloodwork. When I met with her in her office, she told me that I did indeed have PCOS as she suspected. I asked her if she had gotten my bloodwork back and she said, "I don't need to see it, I know it's PCOS." She told me I would need to lose weight and stop eating carbs and recommended seeing the nutritionist, Dr. Rahnama, in their office. She said, "Dr. Rahnama *loves* her PCOS patients. They do really well on her program because they're not... you know..." and trailed off. I can only imagine what it was I was supposed to "know." That PCOS patients do well on a nutrition program because it's not their "fault" they are fat, they aren't lazy and unmotivated like 'regular' fat people? I don't know what else she could have possibly been thinking besides some version of that. She jokingly made comments that I may need to take medication in order to conceive but that her patients without PCOS were jealous of that. I went to see Dr. Rahnama who wanted me to go on an extremely restrictive, 1,200-calorie diet of deli meats, vegetables, and protein shakes. That was the last time I engaged with Dr. Rosenbaum or her office but I have been healing the wounds of that since, putting off seeing doctors or trusting them. That was five years ago and a new doctor recently questioned Dr. Rosenbaum's PCOS diagnosis and did a new set of bloodwork and pelvic ultrasound. My testosterone levels were completely normal and I did not have cysts on my ovaries. Dr. Rosenbaum diagnosed me based on my weight and my irregular periods. If I had shown up at her office looking emaciated, perhaps I would have gotten the proper diagnosis: an eating disorder. Upon working to resolve those issues around food restriction and obsession with my weight, I have gotten my period regularly for the past year and a half and my weight has stabilized at a place I'm sure would horrify her, but I am so much healthier and happier than when I was in her care. Dr. Rosenbaum did a lot of harm and caused me to feel so much shame that I internalized deeply. I would imagine she is a decent doctor for people she believes to be in acceptable body sizes. If that is not you, please find someone who will treat you with the care and respect you deserve, who is informed in a Health At Every Size approach. I am sorry for not writing this sooner and perhaps stopping others from having the same experience that I did.

She showed up, I was having a difficult time dilating during my delivery and she made me feel incredibly safe and comfortable. So sweet and so kind. She made such a huge impact on my experience at Cedars so I knew when I got pregnant the second time around in 2012, she HAD to be my OB/GYN again. Every office visit, and every advice she ever gave me was so comforting and I trust her. I needed her when she came into my life. Let me just make say this as a side note: Sometimes when doctors treat celebs or become celebs themselves, they have a sense of entitlement. Some, not all. I myself have personally experienced this situation with an OB/GYN who use to be on the television show "The Doctors". I won't mention her name here but I will post separate review on my experience w/ her when I miscarried my first child. I mention this because it is obvious that Dr. Rosenbaum is good at what she does. She delivers babies everyday for both regular every day people like you and I, and she also delivers babies for celebs. Yet she remains the same. She treats everyone of her patients the same. With love, respect, and kindness. I had a high-risk pregnancy the second time around and she was there for me every step of the way. What I can say about her office and staff is that they are all very professional. I never had any issues over the years with billing, cancelled appts, etc. I've never been kept waiting for long periods of time for any of my appointments. Parking is easy. Absolutely no complaints!! All love.
