This was a mistake I will not be repeating....I got a Shelack mani and reg pedi...everything was ok…read moreuntil it was time for my manicure...the nail tech who did my mani was not the same as the one who did my pedi. First of all the girls had no clue how to do gel manicures... First she took way to long to put the color on because she kept correcting extra color on my cuticles with a brush so when i took my hand out of the uv lamp there is cured polish outside of my nails and so she tries to correct that with and cuticle trimmer and acetone...major problem after this she still applies a second coat of color and tries to repeat to correct it again at which point i tell her that it doesn't look good and they need to redo everything, since this is gel they make me re-soak and try to buff of remaining color which scraps my cuticle skin off, eventually the girl who did my pedicure jumps in and tells me "she is not sure what happened and so she is taking over and is gonna finish my manicure" needless to say a hour for mani/pedi turns into a 2 1/2 hour ordeal. I would not recommend this place. I will be going somewhere else for my mani/pedi in the future.

(Only negative--she could have brushed all the hair off of me after!!) ------------------ October 2015 2 months later; I was in town for a HS homecoming game and thought I'd get a touch up. Since the first cut in August from shoulder length to above the collar--was shorter than I've ever worn it and a brand new look/cut for me---it just needed a little tweaking. I wanted my 2 front cow licks to lay right after blow drying & the sides (by my ears) not be so heavy (I showed her) She seemed distracted because I shouldn't feel rushed--and that I don't have her undivided attention---but, I did. The tweak? To "me", my hair looks exactly the same--doesn't flow. I was in and out of salon in 20 min tops. Not sure, I will go back. Sad. I came in from out of town and wanted to treat my grandma to a manicure. They advertised that they…read moredo SNS dipping powder but when the lady started she told me she wouldn't do that and tried to use the SNS powder and liquid like they do for solar nails. My nail technician was not gentle. Almost all of my fingers were bleeding at the cuticle and hurting during and after. I get my nails done often and can tell the difference between occasional discomfort and the lack of awareness she had speeding through the service. I had also asked several times for my nails to be cut shorter and she said yes but would not cut them. Once she put a clear coat on top my solid blue color I noticed white spots all over them. I pointed this out and she said it's just the color. I asked to see the original example and it was not at all what I had. After the discomfort I experienced and already disappointed that I did not receive the SNS dipping powder like I asked for I did not want her to try and fix them. I will have to go somewhere else to have them fixed during my vacation and spend more money. I was looking forward to spending time within my grandmother and getting our nails done together but this was not a great experience.
