They made my life a whole lot easier. In a time of stress and uncertainty I was able to give them a call and they did all the work for me. They always communicated to me what was going on and eventually got my case dismissed. Was recommended them by a friend and I will definitely pass on the favor to all my friends as well, thank you!

I don't write many reviews, but after the outcome of my case, I felt David Russomanno deserved one…read more I am an attorney myself, so I am extremely particular about who I trust to represent me. This was also not an ordinary legal matter. It was a highly contested dual restraining order case with significant personal and professional consequences for me, and the outcome was extremely important. I was the person who originally filed for a restraining order. After my petition was filed, the other party filed a competing restraining order request against me. In my view, the other petition essentially took many of the issues and allegations I had raised, mirrored them back against me, and created a false and misleading narrative portraying me as the wrongdoer. Suddenly, I wasn't just pursuing my own restraining order--I also had to defend myself against serious allegations that I knew were not true. Being an attorney didn't make that easier. In some ways, it made it more difficult. When someone is making false statements about you and your reputation and career are potentially at stake, your instinct is to respond to everything and immediately correct every misrepresentation. This is where David's representation really made a difference. From the beginning, David had a strategy and a plan. He understood that we couldn't simply react to every accusation the other side made. We needed to take control of the narrative, establish the chronology of what actually happened, identify the inconsistencies in the competing petition, organize the evidence, and present the complete story to the court. As a lawyer myself, there were certainly times when I had my own ideas about how we should respond or what we should emphasize. But I also recognized that I was personally invested in the case and needed someone who could remain objective. I trusted David's judgment, followed his guidance, and allowed him to execute the strategy we had developed. That trust paid off. When it came time for the hearing, we were prepared. David was able to cut through what could easily have become a confusing "he said/she said" situation involving two competing restraining order petitions. David was able to join the cases before the first hearing date. Then at the hearing he first succeeded in modifying the other party's temporary orders by presenting the evidence and sequence of events in a way that allowed the court to understand what had actually occurred and see through the false narrative being presented against me. After David modified the temporary order the other party wanted a 2nd call to speak to David and he persuaded the party to drop their restraining order. Looking back, I have an even greater appreciation for David's strategy. He wasn't concerned with winning every small argument or reacting emotionally to every allegation. He was thinking several steps ahead and positioning the case so that when it mattered most--in front of the judge--we were ready. As a fellow attorney, I understand the difference between simply knowing the law and knowing how to strategically litigate a difficult case. When you're personally involved, however, maintaining that same objectivity becomes incredibly difficult. David provided that objectivity while also understanding just how important the outcome was to me. This case had enormous personal and professional importance to me. I put my trust in David Russomanno's judgment, preparation, and strategy, and he delivered the result we were working toward. As both a client and a fellow attorney, I highly recommend David. If you are dealing with a complicated or highly contested restraining order matter--particularly one involving competing allegations--you want someone who can look beyond the accusations, focus on the evidence, develop a strategy, and effectively present the true story to the court. That's exactly what David did for me.

I hired David after a California domestic violence restraining order petition was filed against me…read moreby a family member. I live out of state, had never been in this type of situation before, and was terrified--not only because of the court process, but because of the possible professional consequences if the case went badly. The first law firm I hired reviewed the facts and essentially concluded that I was probably going to lose. I then found David, and from the very first conversation, it was clear he saw the case differently. He did not minimize the situation or sugarcoat anything, but he immediately understood that there was more going on than what appeared on paper. He had a command of the procedural issues, the courtroom dynamics, and the strategy in a way that gave me confidence when I had almost none left. What stood out most was that David was not just technically excellent--he was creative, strategic, responsive, and genuinely caring. He understood my state of mind, took my fears seriously, and explained his plan in a way that made me feel protected rather than judged. He was always available when I needed him and treated the case with urgency and humanity. In the end, my mother and I did not even have to fly to California or appear remotely. David appeared for us, spoke directly with the other side at court, and by the time the matter resumed, the petitions against both of us were dropped. That result was an enormous relief. I went from believing I was about to lose everything to walking away with the case dismissed. David is the kind of lawyer people hope exists when they are scared and overwhelmed--the kind of lawyer you see in movies but do not expect to find in real life. I am incredibly grateful that I called him and trusted him.

Worst Customer Service ever. Buyer beware. Find another firm to represent you. I would give 0 stars…read moreif possible. I called to discuss their services for a speeding ticket I got. The person who answered asked me a couple questions and then told me they would charge $450 to represent me. I asked for an explanation of how it all worked, how things generally go, etc.... Typical stuff when hiring a firm to provide services. She answered my questions decently well but without much detail. At this point I am about ready to contract them and asked her to please email me their template contract along with the details we had discussed verbally in writing. She says they don't do that and there is no contract. Just a receipt after I pay..... And no she cant send me a voided receipt so I can review the terms on it. Strange!?! I ask if she can just email me a brief description of what I could expect (basically just putting our verbal into writing). No but she transfers me to someone else who I could discuss with. Transfers me to Ari (I think that was his name). Ari tells me that all I can get is the verbal explanation and no he cannot take a screen capture of the terms on the receipt(whole 5 seconds of work) but reads it to me. All CYA legalese saying no refunds for any reason, no guarantee of success, etc. So if their lawyer blows my case through incompetence no recourse. Awesome. He then tells me that attorney-client relationships are based on trust, my questions tell him I don't trust them and he doesn't have the time to answer them (this would be my first interaction with them and trust is earned). Because of this they aren't interested in representing me, go find another attorney. I told Ari that this was a horrible customer service policy and if this was the company standard? No answer. Goodbye. I should add the entire conversation was under 5 minutes. What a terrible way to deal with new customers(which cost 10 times what it takes to retain an existing customer). I am in a high dollar service industry and if one of my employees treated one prospective Client this way they would be fired that day. Oh, I also am an exotic car nut who knows many other exotic car nuts. We like to go fast and get tickets as a result. Say goodbye to my network. Sad as you are actively making a push for this market if your social media strategy is any indication. Ticket Cleaners, because of this atrocious customer service stemming from me asking for something in writing describing the services I would receive for $450 (you know, basically the standard in every industry besides drug dealers); you have lost my business and anyone who will listen to(or read about) my terrible experience. Ari should be terminated for cause based on this incident. I wonder how many other new clients he has lost for you. I am available to discuss this with someone in management should you so desire. In Response to their note: - Classy... (Not so veiled) threats of litigation against me for posting an honest review of my perspective. -All I wanted was an email which explained the scope of services in writing and to see the Terms/Conditions which would govern our business relationship. Standard Stuff. They wouldn't provide anything in writing. - The conversation with Ari was the 5 minutes I was referencing. Balance of the time was with initial lady I spoke with and time on hold/etc. - I believe they are absolutely correct that they have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason (such as me asking for the scope of services in writing). Just like I have the ability to accurately report my experiences with a business on Yelp and other forms of social media. - Karen from Ticket Masters called me yesterday and asked me to take down the review. I told her I would consider it if she emailed me what was being done to resolve the situation internally. She also issued not so veiled threats of litigation against me. - I was waiting on Karens response and then would have likely either softened or removed my review based on their response. Option is still open. A very wise and accomplished businessman once told me two things; "the Customer isn't always right but the Customer is always the Customer." And "Never let attorneys or accountants run your business or you will soon be out of business."

Okay so I'm not the best driver in the world. I had received tickets from making wrong left turns…read morein Pasadena and I also had some speeding tickets under my belt. They put my license on hold and I was desperate to drive. As a student, I have drive to my school and back daily so my dad found these guys to help clear my record. Basically the only info we had to give them was my drivers license and date of birth. It took about 10 days for me to get my license. The only bad part is that its a pretty lengthy process waiting for the tickets to be cleared. They called me and let me know as soon as it was done. We got lucky because this whole process also prevented my auto insurance from going up.
