I was very skeptical at first. I've read both good and bad reviews, with the bad reviews accusing the good reviews being friends/family of the company and not actual clients. Some of the bad reviews overall made me skeptical. I decided to give it a go for two tickets because I didn't have many options and I'd at least heard of this business before. They charged a reasonable price that is really as cheap as it gets (I shopped around a few other businesses before going with this one). I'm not going to say my price because every case is different, but it was for 2 speeding tickets. Literally all you do is sign a docusign over email and that's it. They'll do everything else including sending a lawyer on your behalf. You don't even need to think about the ticket again until they eventually give you the decision. They also send you text updates anytime there is an update in the case, which takes time. Keep in mind this isn't one of those "services" that just charges you to do a trial by declaration for you. They actually have a lawyer appear in court on your behalf. I don't remember how long it took for the decision to come back, but it wasn't too long just a few months. If you see the attached image, that's my ticket being dismissed. It's only the one and I'm still waiting for the other, but either way overall I'm very satisfied with this service and I encourage anyone looking into them to use them. As for the bad reviews, I just think some people cannot be pleased. This isn't 100% going to work, but based on my experience it's most likely your best shot. One review says "I know it's not guaranteed" then proceeds to give a 1 star review. This business is legit and if you were skeptical like me, then let this review be what helps you decide. Ok, so they got my ticket dismissed which is worth 2 stars. It was a misdemeanor ticket so I needed a lawyer to represent me. That said, it was $1250 and a lot of tickets were being dismissed due to Covid, so who knows how much they actually did... The communication was HORRIBLE. I never received an update without me asking (begging) for it. Tons of unanswered texts and phone messages, and then every so often I would get some super vague generic response. This happened for a year and a half. I was worried like some others had mentioned that they never actually appeared or filed extensions and I would have a failure to appear. Just a simple confirmation would have been really nice, but I could never get one. After they finally told me the ticket was dismissed, I had to call and text several more times over the next 4 months to get some sort of letter stating as much. They told me several times that they sent it, and it never came through. I have never had issues receiving emails from anyone else. Finally got that today after 4 phone calls over the last 2 days. I definitely would NOT use this service again. EDIT: To reply to the owners response. I have screenshots of unanswered texts. And yes someone always picked up. When I say messages, I left a message for my "case manager" to call back. they NEVER did. I also asked for the closing letter on the phone in December when i was told the case was dismissed. Again in January, February, and yesterday. Why would I need to ask for this anyway? Shouldn't you send it when the case is done? No one ever told me to call or text another number. Your guy Jason who picks up the phones even told me he had no idea why it was so hard for me to get this some sort of proof from you. I was caught in an unlucky situation and received two citations for speeding within the span of a week on my way to work. Since I work 36-48 hours a week and I didn't want my insurance rates to go up, I sought out help from Ticket Dismissers after a referral from a friend. Unfortunately I did not get the result I was hoping for, I ended up getting traffic school for both tickets, however both citations were eligible for traffic school from the beginning. DO NOT retain this company to help with any legal matter. My son, with a spotless driving record, made this mistake after receiving a reckless and careless driving citation for excessive speed on the New Jersey Turnpike. Here's a summary, and just a summary, of their services: * Their lawyer missed the first court hearing, claiming he didn't know about it. Even though TicketDimissers says they are available 24/7 to "fight" on your behalf, and they take your money without hesitation, they claimed since the case was on a Monday, and they were retained the previous Friday, they were unable to act in time. * At the time, we were told to speak with Ryan, who was a case manager but not our case manager, who wasn't available. Ryan kept emphasizing they would "FIGHT" for us. Despite our repeated requests in the following weeks, our case manager never called, nor did anyone from the company other than Jason, who repeatedly represented himself as "just an operator." * During the second hearing, about a month later and, unlike the first, was virtual, the lawyer had to leave his office to pick up his kids. He forgot to take the log-in information so he had to reach out to my son, his client, for it so he could log in from his phone. That hearing was a mess, and the case was continued. * As we approached the third hearing, scheduled for 10/24/2023, we did not hear from the attorney so we reached out to him a few days before. He claimed he didn't know about the hearing and could not attend. We told him this was unacceptable, so he said he would reach out to the court to attend virtually while my son needed to attend in person. We also told him this was unacceptable. * The attorney managed to move the hearing to the morning of 10/25/2023 so both could attend in person. He supposedly "negotiated" with the prosecutor for a few minutes. When they went before the judge, my son was so unprepared to answer the judge's basic questions that she chastised the lawyer and asked them to leave the courtroom so he could better prepare his client. Additionally, the lawyer could not answer my son's repeated questions on the basic rules of evidence for these cases. * Ultimately, his reckless driving charge was dropped, and he was convicted of careless driving with 4 points, a $210 fine, and a 15-day license suspension. Knowing numerous people who have gone through the same thing, with a clean driving record, who did not use a lawyer, they achieved the same outcome. * After the hearing, the lawyer could not get out of the courthouse fast enough - A quick handshake, and he ran away. * Of course, promises to call us to discuss the outcome have yet to be kept. Bottom line, TicketDimssers did next to nothing, didn't care, did not provide adequate representation, and delayed and neglected the whole case, which will be the basis of our grievance complaint to the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics. read more

Warning long story I just had to give this review to prevent other people from being scammed cause all the reviews this company gets are FAKE especially the google reviews 98% of those reviews are fake Do not go through these people I regretted it to the fullest. I got quoted $1000+ for driving on suspended and driving on carpool lane I paid $350 they set a court date for may 11th and requested the hold on my license removed so I can get it reinstated. After few weeks i called alameda court house to see if I was put on calendar they said no so I called ticket Dismissers to see why wasn't I put on calendar yet and they said they will call me back so they did the next day and told me my court date (may 11th) so I waited and the second payment was coming up and I called to tell them that I won't be making that payment until April 30th cause I'm on unemployment and Edd was having issues with my account, ticket Dismissers said that it was fine and just call when I'm ready to make the second payment. It's may 11th I waited the whole day hoping I get a call for an update on my case and never received a call so the next day before calling ticket dismissers I called the court house they told me my attorney never showed up and my court date got pushed to October and I asked about the request ticket dismissers sent through mail to remove the hold on my license the court house said they never received a request from the attorney, at this point I'm pissed off so I called ticket dismissers and ask for a refund cause everything they said they was gonna do was all BS Besides putting me back on calendar the rest was all lies. Through out the whole phone call I was getting yelled at and was being told I didn't know what I was talking about basically calling me stupid and won't refund my money. Today (may 19th) I called the court house too see if they received the request to remove the hold they said no they haven't received anything and told me that I can put in the request myself and gave me an email to request make that request. I am a very busy professional with an excellent driving record who received an extremely unjustified red light ticket for turning into a driveway. I sought out what I believed was another professional business to fight this ticket on my behalf. From the onset when I called and the person who answered sounded as if I called his personal cell phone and did not even identify himself as a business, I should have known this business is likely a fraud. After several phone calls and communications initiated by me, I literally had to ask them if they even wanted to know the details of what happened assuming they were actually going to argue my case on my behalf. Yet they were very quick to ask for, and receive my $300. They never once even bothered asking for any details of the event except to request a picture copy of the citation to be sent to them. After finally setting a court date 15 months after the actual infraction, once again I heard nothing from them as to the result. The first call afterwards, I was told someone would call me back- never happened. The following week after I made another phone call, I was told I would get an email and no information was given over the phone. When I finally received the email, it literally said "Congratulations! You are eligible for traffic school." Someone apparently showed up on the court date on my behalf, pleaded guilty and requested traffic school for me. Seriously?!?! I was eligible for traffic school to begin with from day one. So basically I paid them $300 to argue on my behalf for something I was eligible for anyways?!?! In the meantime, I spoke with two separate officers that patrol the area of my citation and they both independently stated that the ticket should have easily been rescinded. When I called again to get an explanation, Ryan informed me that he would contact the case manager to find out what happened then call me back the next day. Now a week later, I still haven't heard anything. That's what forced me to take time out of my busy schedule and write this review. PLEASE save your money and if you feel you received a citation unfairly, go represent yourself but do not hire anyone from this business- you will have an equal chance of dismissal on your own. Don't be fooled into thinking you are hiring an attorney to defend you and argue on your behalf- what attorney would go argue a case without even consulting with the client about the details of the event? Ticket Dismissers will do nothing for you except show up to court and maybe hope the opposing officer does not. That is probably the only way they win any cases and get your ticket dismissed. If you don't believe me, go look at their C MINUS rating on the Better Business Bureau- something I wish I had done prior to wasting my money on them. read more

Communication was HORRIBLE you won't be given any update as to what they're actually doing during your trial I mean who knows if they're just sitting there representing you and just filing for an extension WHO KNOWS! cause they never say anything.
