Company uses online SEO baiting to lure consumers into purchasing tickets from them. They're website mimics the week-known and trusted TicketMaster site. They claim to be reselling tickets from others. However, the company who originally purchased them is actually a sister company owned by the same person. I waited days to receive my tickets that were supposedly all ready purchased and available. They were 3x the price that I should have paid. Basically they are ticket kiting - preselling tickets they don't have yet. The seats that were confirmed on my receipt were NOT the seats that I received tickets for. Stubhub or Ticketmaster is were to go. Ticket Galaxy charged ticket face value + 18% fee per ticket "fee". Website was clean of any branding so I assumed it was the venues site. I feel tricked. When I got my tickets, they were from Ticketmaster. I looked on ticketmaster and same section, better row 30% lower cost. We are talking a savings of over $300! Called Ticket Galaxy and was told "all sales final" . Will avoid Ticket Galaxy like the plague. In the future will use Ticketmaster direct or Stubhub as they tell you upfront if they are a reseller, or direct. Didn't choose to do business with these guys but bought tickets from SeatGeek and Ticket Galaxy was the reseller that was offering the tickets I purchased. Tickets were sent via fedex to a location near Madison Square Garden and I was told they would be available for pickup either Saturday or Sunday in advance of a 1pm Sunday Knicks game. I showed up 20 minutes before tipoff and found the FedEx location closed on Sundays. Called Ticket Galaxy and after a ten minute hold was told that there was nothing they could do and was given a refund. Poor customer service. I was left totally high and dry. Thankfully I was able to buy tickets from Stubhub that delivered direct to my phone and the entire day wasn't a disappointing waste. read more

I won a VIP experience last October at a Major League Soccer game (Los Angles Football Club) with Ticket Galaxy. My Son and I attended the LAFC game on Saturday, October 21. Our experience included a VIP stadium tour, Field Access, Benchwarmer Access (watch both teams warm up 5' from the field), greeting the players on their way to the field and field level tickets. Got some last minute tickets for the Yard Goats from Ticket Galaxy. I didn't get the tickets immediately, like it was promised, so I called them, upset and ready to flip out, after reading these reviews. Talked to a Chelsey, who pointed out that I had misspelled my e-mail address, and that's why I wasn't getting anything! In any event, she ended up e-mailing the tickets directly to me, and I showed them on my phone, got into the park with no issues. Plus the tickets were like half price because it was the day of the game. Pros: Easy ordering, Almost no hold time, and pretty accommodating people. I gave the website a 4 mainly because the event I was looking for was in September which required that I scroll down and then go through several pages to get to the actual event. It would have been nice to be able to enter a date as well as the event to eliminate the search. As far as the process after finding the event, it was seamless. The fact that you could hit the seating area to see how many tickets were available in that section as well as the starting cost for that section made the process much easier than any others I have worked with in the past. I got tickets to a theater production at The Pantages for barely more than the price of a movie ticket. I will admit that I panicked when I checked to see if the tickets had arrived at the location that I was to pick them up (a Walgreens near the theater) at noon on the day of the production. However, when I called Ticket Galaxy, they assured me they would look into it. They provided excellent customer service and the tickets arrived a couple of hours later. As of today, three hours before game time, I had no tickets and called again. Spent 45 minutes on the phone explaining that if we were going to go we had to have tickets in hand per guarantee. TicketNetwork refused to refund my money and advised that I drive to the game and wait for my mobile tickets. Tickets were sent 10 minutes before game time. This company doesn't actually hold any of the tickets themselves and has no real way to verify their authenticity. Ticket Galaxy charges insanely high service fees ($50+ per ticket) for the use of their site, and you only find out about those fees at the final stage of checkout. They offer absolutely no refunds on your purchase regardless of the circumstances or how quickly you call them to reverse the transaction. Call within one minute? Does not matter - they will not provide a refund. If the tickets you receive are fake, they will put you through hoops to try to get your money back. The 100% Authentic Guarantee on your tickets is baloney - because they are merely a middleman between a seller and a buyer, they have no way to authenticate the tickets and do not stand behind their ticket guarantee. I had a NASCAR experience last November at PIR (now ISM Raceway) with the folks at Ticket Galaxy. My dad and I went for the races on both Saturday and Sunday and had various race weekend activities to attend along with watching the race. The staff, especially Jenna, went above and beyond expectations! They made sure we had plenty of time to get everywhere we needed to be without missing anything! The track staff and Nascar staff that helped were also superb! I definitely recommend this company. That weekend was one of the best experiences of my life. I ordered Paper tickets for a Yankees game and paid extra for expedited shipping and a higher price for the paper tickets. But I was sent digital tickets that I could not use. After calling the Ticket Galaxy and stating I specifically ordered Paper tickets and could not use digital ones. I was told by Emily T. tough luck there are no refunds even if the website has the listing wrong. Emily T. then suggested I loose most of my money be reselling the same tickets on their website. I had a very negative experience with this company and will never order from them again. I was looking for theatre tickets over two months in advance and decided to purchase from ticket galaxy because Amex had a promotion so it seemed like an unbeatable deal despite their overpriced fees. I ordered tickets in a premium section valued at almost $200 a ticket but received tickets in a section that were worth about $60 a ticket. I contacted them and they seemed very responsive and helpful I emailed the tickets to them with proof of the error. After a week they said they were working on it, after another week the manager Doug said he was working with their vendor to get me tickets in the correct section, two more weeks pass while they keep on reassuring me they will get me the correct seats and they inform me they can't get me the seats. I was disappointed that it took them a month of telling me they will get me the correct seats and then not being able to and now the section is sold out. I looked at their other sections for a possible exchange but all of their prices were very overpriced compared to ticketmaster and stubhub that even with the $100 Amex promo it was not worth it and my trust in the company was gone. They did offer a refund (compared to the other reviews I guess I should count myself lucky for that) I asked if I could email them scanned copies of the tickets because they are just e-ticket print-outs from ticketmaster (not actual tickets like I paid for) and they said no I had to mail them. I feel like they just did this because they are trying to avoid the refund. I mailed the tickets and they received them on the 11th of the month but I did not receive the refund until the 24th because they kept on making excuses, it took several phone calls to get the refund processed. - So long story short save yourself time and effort and go with a reputable company. read more

Purchased 2 sets of tickets for Lions football September 28,2017. I was then on an extended vacation. The tickets were for November 12,2017. When I got home the tickets were not in Flash Box. I called the company. They were rude with poor customer service skills. I even spoke with the manager Doug, who also was rude. I was told one set of tickets had been sent to the wrong email, their mistake. The other set of tickets were sent to the wrong email, my mistake. They told me what might work for my mistake and that the tickets from their mistake would be sent to the correct email. I tried their suggestion for my mistake but I ran into problems. I then called Flash Seats who were very helpful and they were able to get my mistake tickets sent to my email. No their mistake tickets in my flash account on friday. Flash Seats told me to tell them to recall the their mistake tickets. On saturday I called back and told them what Flash Seats had said. They told me the tickets had been recalled but they were in a locked mode and they were trying to figure out how to get them unlocked. Again I was reassured the tickets would be in my box by saturday evening as the game was on sunday. Not there on Saturday, not there on sunday. 6 of the 12 people went to the game the other 6 had to settle for TV. I called again on monday to get a refund and was told Doug the manager would call me back. I never received a call back. Today I went to my bank and filed a complaint to get my money back. The bank called ticket galaxy and was told they could not find my file even though they had no difficulty on monday. The bank was not pleased. The really sad thing is my sons are disabled and have to work extra hard to earn their money and now this company wants to screw them.
