If it were not the fact that the tickets sold did not exist, this would be a glorified ticket scalping site; tickets I purchased through this venue were 5 times the cost of the best seats in the venue. Complete ripoff. Working in conjunction with Ticketsales.com. Purchased "high end" tickets to Hamilton three months early. Was sent an email indicating there was fraud concerns so the tickets would be "will call" at the counter of the venue, the day of the venue. 2 hour drive, planned the entire day around this event. Upon reaching the will call desk were told the tickets did not exist, in fact the entire section and row listed on the information did not exist. I was trying to buy $83 tickets and the site said that they had what appeared to be a volume discount price for 6 tickets for $374, I ordered the tickets and then realized they sold me one seat for $374!! See the tickets that I ordered are for my elderly In Laws that are super excited about the Concert that I gave them tickets too for Christmas and I would have flipped out if I would have gotten them scammed for their gift this year. Not even 24 hours after my underage child purchased incredibly expensive tickets: $ 2056.00 for two tickets - Buell Theater, Denver - Christmas Show (usually sold for $250 each - for best seating location), not even front row seats, I called the company and asked if they could cancel the tickets due to my un-authorized child making the purchase. I was told by the Lady that answered the phone that she could not at the moment cancel the order, because it was not invoiced yet, but that she would have cancelled it as soon as it would invoice. She approved the cancellation because a minor had placed the order. The day before the day of the play, Best Time Entertainment sent me the tickets via email. I called the company immediately. The same Lady answered the phone. She was very aggressive and denied everything she told me before. She said "You bought the tickets, and they are yours." I never used the tickets, because I REALLY CANNOT AFFORD THEM. I do not have this kind of $$$$. I reminded the Lady of the conversation we had, and she denied every telling me that she could cancel the tickets. I just called Best Time Entertainment and asked to speak with a Manager or a person in charge. The same Lady answered the phone. She was very verbally aggressive and told me I could not speak with a manager and that since I disputed the charge with the c/c company she could only speak with the credit card company and not with me. I purchase event tickets all of the time and I am aware that the resale agencies purchase tickets in an effort to make a profit. That is just business. I knew I would pay more than the face value and was ready to do so to get to this event. Although the emailed download of my E-tickets did take two weeks I received my tickets well in advance of the event. The seats were as I ordered. Our email confirmation showed our seats to be second tier, row a-n at a price of $157.00 each with a service fee of $108.33. We called to get the mistake corrected, but, they claimed their terms and conditions state that they can issue upgraded seats at their discretion.
