Horrible Service. Online help and password recovery is closed on the weekend so good luck if your show is Saturday, Sunday or a holiday. No help after and from event management even though you have receipts of bought tickets FROM the official ticketleader emailer and visa statements that charged you already. Horrible service. Emails take weeks. They give you an account number when you call to request assistance. The account number doesn't work. No one can help at the front gate or box office. They rudely tell you to move on. Will never book online with them again. We booked our tickets many months ahead. They are incompetent with inefficient technology. read more

I attend 72 shows a year that range from major stadium shows to smaller venue shows. Of that a small portion of those shows are tickets sold through Ticketleader. I used to like them better than Ticketmaster but they have gotten just as band as them in the past 3 years. They're service charges are actually at par or more than Ticketmaster with no real customer explanation. I tried to call to get a break down of this and nothing. That $25 show ticket for the Vogue turned into a $42 ticket at the end of the day. Secondly they charged me a service charge to print my own ticket at home using my own ink, paper and computer? Same bad practice as TM. Good luck trying to sell your tickets as they only issue hard copies 48 hours before the show in most circumstances. My friends like hard copy tickets for scrap booking. Due to a funeral (wake) that I attended a few years ago I was unable to make it to a show and wanted to just give it to a friend, however, due to their BS the tickets got unused. If you get your tickets at will call, you don't actually get tickets but rather your name on a list and then crossed out, therefore, you go home with no ticket evidence at all that you even attended said show. read more

I bought tickets for a concert through Ticketmaster but ultimately was sent to Ticketleader.ca to purchase the tickets. When you purchase from most ticket holding sites, you receive a copy of the tickets right away, or you have the option of sending them to someone else (transferring) if you are not able to attend, in the event that you need to sell them to someone else. I am not able to attend the concert I bought tickets for next month, so I tried to find an option online to transfer the tickets so that I can sell them to a friend and they will have a copy of the tickets. The website has options for that but for some reason when you buy through this website you can only receive the tickets 48 hrs before the concert, making the transferring option useless. Also, when I log into my account it doesn't even show that I bought tickets in my order history or anywhere in my account. - sketchy. I emailed the company about the problem and they literally told me "You can't receive the tickets until 48 hrs before, try going on social media or googling how to sell them". Moral of the story, don't buy tickets from this company unless you are positive that you will be going to the concert. Personally, I will not buy from this company again. read more

Ticket leader are disgusting. I would rather buy tickets off craigslist then deal with them again, and I will think twice before attending anything at the Pacific Coliseum. The booking fees are insane, the tickets aren't released until the last minute, I was sold a full price ticket with an obstructed view and never told, you can't use debit cards unless you call them... But that leads me to my main gripe. The customer service is appalling. I have brought several different tickets through them and they have always have been bad, but this latest encounter is the final one I will have with them. This week, I found out when my tickets were sent that one was missing. So I called up, stayed on hold for 15 minutes and waited to talk to someone about it. Turns out, I had gone over the ticket limit, fair enough, I didn't realise and my receipt said 5 tickets and I was billed as such. It does say on the website that tickets can be 'cancelled without notice' - but that doesn't make it a good policy, and they should inform customers. But the staff didn't want to hear any feedback about this, and just repeated the 4 tickets policy at me, they did not have any understanding or compassion, told me I was 'on watch' and that I was the reason limits existed. 'Customer service' were rude, brash and unhelpful and clearly did not want to be helping people. After all this yelling I was able to book another ticket anyway... It's a sad day when ticketmaster has better service. read more

I guess they're a really young company. I had to pay more for a ticket because of waiting for THEM to fix THEIR issue. Back and forth 15 emails and running after them through all social media and still no solution and just basically got screwed over by them. There was a venue change a few weeks before the concert so I requested a refund because the new venue was a downgrade. They emailed me back and said they cannot do a refund because the venue and time change were "insignificant" read more

I bought on line tickets to avoid line ups, and to expediate my entrance to the event I wanted to attend. The PDF would only print one ticket, despite trying everything to get it to print all tickets. Lousy technology. I called Ticket Leader and got told to go to their office at the event, and stand in line to get the tickets. Fail! read more

this was the most horrible experience I have ever had in Canada. It began with an effort to get tickets to the Honda Fireworks celebration on line from California. the site refused our credit card but the bank accepted the charge so it tied up funds on our RBC credit card. When we called from the US to Canada, the people on the phone were quite nice but said it would have to be cleared up by a manager who was not there on Tuesday. He would call Wednesday. Well no call. So Thursday we called back. Nothing he could do, but try on the phone. Once again their system refused the card, but the bank accepted it (now we have two sets of tickets according to the bank) The guy, Jules, said pick them up at the office when we get to Canada. We asked where and he said at the stadium. When asked if this was the new one he said yes. So we get to Canada, take the sky train to the stadium and no office. So we asked at the only office nearby, a vet hospital, and they were able to locate it, printed a map and gave us explicit instructions. We walked, caught a bus, walked down a street where the address was supposed to be, Hastings, and found the building on Renfrow. Go figure. We got there and checked the windows, All said Closed. We checked again, and then my friend checked a third time before walking down to human resources at the stadium. I made a call at $2.00 a minute to find out what was going on. A young lady came out of the building and said we are open. Suddenly one window said open. When we went up I asked why it wasn't opened before, the older woman snarled that she was here the whole time. Well, it was not true. I said laughingly well, I guess I can't read open. She snarled back well I guess not I've been here the whole time. Then why didn't she say something as we walked past three times. Obviously reading the signs. When we went to buy the tickets, we asked where the venue was located. She said you will find it there is no address. We asked for a map,and she said to look it up online. I mentioned how hard it was to find them, she said well it might be if you don't know the area. Duh, I'm from California, do I know the area? I have never dealt with such lack of customer service nor rudeness. Never again. I won't go to an event if I have to use this looser outfit. Never in Canada have I been treated like this. What a terrible disappointment and what a poor representation of Canadian manners. I would name her, but unfortunately we missed the name. Anyway, be aware of misguided directions, rudeness, and generally an Un-Canadian attitude. By the way, Laurie was very helpful - she was the one on the phone. I'd recommend she find a new place of work as she was totally different from the others. read more

Back in May 2012 the PNE decided to get rid of Ticket Master as the ticket agent of choice and they created their own ticket agency called Ticket Leader. One would think that they would have reasonable "convienience fees but no they took it the next step beyond that. They regularly charge more than ticket master if you can believe that. At first they said that the extra charges was to cover the cost the the processing the tickets. but if you have ever bought tickets to see the ghost train or santa train you will notice that they do not have surcharges from 20 to 25% of the acutal tix. I mean the cost of a tix is fixed if it was the santa train or a Concert the cost of actually producing the tix should be the same. but Ticket Leader is just a money hungry entity of the PNE. With their large surcharges one would think that they have top of the line servers with cloud backups as most companies in that business. But it appears that they do not and the system they have of course get overwhelmed and crashes cause people to get ripped off and purchase more expensive tickets even though cheaper ones are available. It seems the true colours of the PNE are alive and well with Ticket Leader. read more
