There is a snack cafe on the way out to the gardens where you can purchase drinks & light food items. There is also a museum store and a theater inside the museum. I do recommend that you visit the museum as early as possible to have the best experience with fewer people and cooler temperatures. However, the real showstopper here is Roji-en (Garden of the Drips of Dew) - the 16 acre Japanese garden with over a mile of accessible walking paths to explore and enjoy. The original museum building (the Yamato-kan) measures approximately 2,000 square feet and is set inside the garden. There is a huge pond in the garden as well, and plenty of nooks and crannies to discover/ When driving into the museum grounds, you experience part of the 200-acre Morikami Park, which includes pine forests, nature trails, and picnic spaces. You can definitely continue to enjoy your day surrounded by nature in the park once you've toured the museum & garden. Upon a recommendation, we decided to use Lisa to book our honeymoon and it was the biggest mistake we made in our entire wedding process. My husband and I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism, disorganization, and blatant disrespect. Our first call seemed promising as we were looking for someone who would take control of planning our honeymoon while we were busy planning our wedding, but after she saw that our budget was flexible and started getting our deposits, her entire demeanor and business approach changed. She even got as bold to talk bad about us over EMAIL, which one of her employees then replied to us on the thread not realizing we could see the communication. When we approached her about it, she made up a lie about one of her clients being stuck in Europe (this was her excuse multiple times when we had called her out for something she did). Unfortunately, at this point she already had THOUSANDS of our dollars, so we tried our best to power through. Multiple calls included her being rude, aggressive, and yelling at me and my husband over the phone. There were several calls of her thinking we were going to Europe rather than Hawaii, calling me the wrong name (I have the VM proof), and spelling both mine and my husband's name wrong on reservations and with airport pickups. As we progressed in planning, she gave us no guidance on any of the islands or where things were located. Most restaurants and excursion suggestions were over AN HOUR AWAY from our hotel. Only some had transportation, but she didn't bother explaining which until we asked. She also claims that it will be black car pickups to go with her "luxury service" - they are not. My ubers are nicer. The only accommodating thing she did (4 days before we left and after 6 weeks of pressure) was cover our cost to rent a car that we needed for one excursion and hire someone to drive us to the rest. Which she only did to save her ass because her and her incompetent staff royally messed up the excursion locations. For one excursion, her team booked the helicopter tour from the wrong airport, when I calmly called to ask her about it, she YELLED at me to relax and then hung up the phone. This was 2 hours ON MY BIRTHDAY that we wasted trying to figure out her mess and decide if we needed to rent a car. For another excursion, she attempted to keep our refund when we were unwell and had to cancel. We reached out to her first to help us cancel with the tour guide, where she proceeded to lie to us and say that she spoke to them and they said no refunds. Coincidentally, the tour guide called me 20 minutes later to confirm our pickup, to which he said no one had contacted him and a refund was no problem. That was another hour she wasted of our time on our trip. There are so many other points where she was rude and unhelpful, but we all only have so much time. She advertises herself as a luxury travel service, she is everything but; an absolute FRAUD. I can't emphasize enough how terrible she made our ENTIRE experience - STAY AWAY!!!! Honeymoon planning should be exciting and she made it so stressful, we never want anyone else to go through what we did. I only wish I had asked around because apparently this is a trend with the way that she works. She prides herself on using an app that is your "bible" during the trip. It sounds great in theory, but they don't update it correctly and everything is out of order or incorrect. 0/5 stars - she should NOT be in business. This entire process, she was either unresponsive or extremely aggressive. She does not know how to treat or deal with customers and should not be in the customer service industry.

Sophie schemes to find her dad once she reads her mother's diary and learns that Bill, Harry and Sam were her suitors. Sophie invites each of Donna's three would-be fathers to her upcoming wedding, much to Donna's chagrin. Critics called it a silly amd unbelievable play but we enjoyed it. The cast got a standing ovation. Parking is not easy in that area so we ubered over there. Being stress-free always works well for us. We plan to go again soon.

We rented a…read moreparking space in a local family's driveway in a nearby neighborhood and thought we could walk to the stadium, but the police on the street directed us towards a nearby casino where school buses were shuttling people to the stadium. It was quick and efficient with buses coming one after another and their own designated traffic lane. The view from level 3 was still so clear and easy to see the players, finding our way to our section was easy with all the signage and staff around to guide you, and getting into and out of the stadium was somehow very smooth and efficient despite the nearly 70k people. Water bottles were $6 and a beer was $20, crazy prices but expected for an event like this. The stadium and staff can definitely handle a large scale event like the World Cup. The hardest part was the traffic after the event which is expected with that many people in one area. Overall had a blast!

They had 3 drop off locations which are nowhere near the stadium, They weren't giving free water to spectators like they did in Boston. Miami is hotter and more humid than Boston. The staff are less friendly. We were here for the Norway vs England quarter final match. There were fans who didn't pay for category 1 tickets but had the audacity to sit in the 100 sections! Nobody was checking tickets. There's a lot of food options at each section. There are no restaurants right outside the stadium. The stadium is also open and no shade from the sun unless you're in the nosebleed section. Around the stadium is the fan zone. We got our free souvenirs: bracelets from Bank of America, Coke cups from the Coke stands, and cups from Michelob. There was a super long line for the big FIFA store. Some people grabbed 5-10 match scarves so there was none left for everyone else. Entertainment included Ellie Goulding but the audio wasn't working properly so you couldn't hear her. Steve Aoki performed at halftime for 64,478 fans.

Well the Boca Black box, a small and intimate venue on Glades Road in Boca Raton is a hidden gem to say the least. The Black Box hosts some of the greatest country, 60's, 70's and 80's cover bands! Many are national acts that find their way to this wonderful little venue and light the place up. The owner, Randy is warm and inviting. I believe he did some standup comedy in his younger days, as he does a few minutes of comedy in the stage before each show. The venue seats only about 280 people. There is regular auditorium type seating and my favorite, personal tables along the perimeter that seat up to 8 people each. The ticket prices are very good and well worth it! The service is excellent and you are never left without a cocktail before and during the show. The waitresses are always walking around checking on everyone. They are friendly and friendly warm. Randy must be doing something right as I have been going to shows there for 3 years and the wait staff never changes. I know most of them personally now and always receive a warm welcome. There is noIt much in the way of food there, so enjoy a nice dinner before or after the show at one of the many restaurants located right near the venue. Give it a try! Relive your youth with some of the greatest cover bands in the USA. Party safely and enjoy life!

The Balloon Museum is a pop up museum at the Mana Convention Center in Wynwood!…read more We booked our tickets far in advance to try and get the early bird discount but the process to redeem the discount was super confusing and my cousin ended up buying all of our tickets at full price. Definitely pay attention to the different types of tickets and try to see if you can get a discount. I ended up getting my boyfriend's ticket the day of and there was a FL resident ticket that ended up being cheaper than even what we paid for months ago. As for the museum itself. It's easy to find since its at the convention center. There is parking on-site right in front of the museum but it's $30 all day parking, which is pretty steep. We ended up parking at the street metered parking and paid half the price for an hourly price. Try to do street parking since it's a lot cheaper. It wasn't too hard to find either which was surprising since we came at 3pm on Saturday. Entering was super easy and the museum was a lot bigger than I was expecting. There were a ton of rooms and many photo-worthy moments! We came with my group of cousins and my cousins' two-year-old. It was a great time and I think it was one of the most extensive and immersive museums I've been to in a while! They're here until September 27 so definitely check it out if you have time to!

While each installation was fun in its own way, a few were genuinely immersive and left a lasting impression. Her Joy in particular is one I won't forget anytime soon. It was beautiful, thought-provoking, and just a little haunting. If you're looking for something different to do for a couple of hours, whether it's a date, a family outing, or a day with friends, I'd highly recommend it. It's creative, playful, and a refreshing reminder that art doesn't always have to be observed from a distance.

The dinosaur exhibit outside was such a cool experience, especially seeing the different species, including some we had never even heard of before! The life size replicas were really impressive and made the experience even more fun. The shark tooth sandpit was another cool thing and if you find a tooth it's yours to keep!!. The LEGO exhibit was also fantastic. It's amazing to see how much time, creativity, and work goes into creating those incredible sculptures! There was some construction going on during our visit, but there was still tons to explore. Inside, there were lots of cool science exhibits and interactive things to check out. We didn't bring our bathing suits, but there's also a splash pad, which would be perfect for cooling off on a hot Florida day. We'll definitely be back, and we can't wait to see the expansion once it's completed! We're especially hoping to see even more science exhibits added. Definitely a fun place to spend the day and learn something new along the way!

On this visit, we came to see the BRICK PLANET LEGO® brick exhibition (May 17-September 27), and it was absolutely incredible! The displays were stunning, with so many tiny details that both kids and adults could admire for a long time. Funny enough, this visit wasn't even planned. We originally spent the morning at The Breakers, but the children's play area was under renovation, so we had to quickly find something nearby before the rain started. We remembered our favorite museum, and it turned out to be the perfect backup plan. By the time we arrived, a heavy Florida downpour had started. We got a little soaked running inside, but it was completely worth it--we ended up spending almost the entire day there and had a hard time convincing the kids it was finally time to go home! The LEGO exhibition was amazing, and my girls especially loved the interactive building stations where they could create their own designs. After that, they spent a long time exploring the hands-on science exhibits with magnets, liquids, and other fascinating experiments. One of their favorites was building sculptures from colorful flexible rods, and of course they couldn't leave without visiting the Ball Factory, which has recently been updated and is now one of their favorite areas in the museum. There is also a wonderful playroom for younger children, although my older kids still enjoy it every time we visit. Once the rain stopped, we headed outside to explore the museum grounds. They have updated many of the outdoor exhibits since our last visit. Previously there were dinosaur displays, and inside the museum there was a fun detective-themed exhibition with puzzles, secret codes, and interactive challenges. This time we found Ice Age animals, including a giant saber-toothed tiger and a mammoth, along with several other impressive sculptures. Outside you'll also find a splash pad, giant acoustic dishes that let kids talk to each other from surprisingly long distances, food trucks, ice cream vendors, drinking fountains, and plenty of space to explore. The museum is always clean, the staff is friendly, and there is truly something for every age. Whether your kids love science, LEGO, hands-on experiments, or simply discovering new things, this is a fantastic place to spend the day. People put so much work and effort into this festival. We totally appreciate it. The things we love about the Florida Renaissance Festival is you feel like you've been lifted out of this regular world into a whole new place and everybody makes that happen that works there. The beautiful ambience of the park the decor all around, the awesome artworks that people create, the costumes. The music is one of my all-time favorites. It's part of the reason why I come here every year. Also you can try so many different types of foods that's always so exciting. I love dressing up, wearing costumes and walking through the park talking with other like-minded people. We enjoyed so many shows this year from the Washing Well Winches, to the guy playing the Bells, all the different Irish bands, like Celtic mayhem, one of my favorites is the band from Italy Rota they are awesome especially when they play in the street and we can dance all around so fun. Also jousting and horsriding competitions and cannon & trebuchet firing.There was Archery, Axe throwing, a maze, sword fighting and instruction, cobbling, jewelry making. A variety of activities for kids as well as adults. Especially adults who want to be kids...like me! Lol Souvenir shops with items that you don't see every day, like a dragon egg candle that once melted reveals a baby dragon just like in Game of Thrones! Also good food and drinks throughout the park. I didn't think I would spend that much time here but I spent the entire day practically without even realizing time had passed! A great time to immerse yourself in a world of fantasy, merriment & amazement! I truly enjoyed everything here!
