I have attended Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens for two summers in a row for Rolling Loud music festival, and each time I have been enthralled and incredibly impressed with the stadium's surrounding landscape, and complete attention to detail in the festival's functionality and decor. I have never been inside the actual stadium structure, only the area surrounding the building, just to be clear. But it is a truly impressive piece of real estate. The bathrooms are great, there are water stations at every corner, medics always in sight, and as a regular festival-goer, there is not really much else I can ask for that Rolling Loud at Hard Rock Stadium does not already provide. The times I have had here have been unbelieveabely amazing and high in energy. The place is quite vast and it can be easy to get confused directionally, so a map is essential. The only notably bothersome thing is the process of getting to-and-from the stadium. There are no public transportation options that take you anywhere near the stadium grounds, as Miami Gardens is located more inland from the coast in a random section of town. Getting to the area via taxi includes to-be-expected traffic and at least $20 in your pocket if you're coming from the east. But getting home is a complete nightmare. Your only options are Uber, Lyft, or a taxi that will charge you $200 to take you 15 miles to Dania Beach. Every night of the festival, when 12 a.m. hit and everyone would rush to get out and call their Ubers, the Uber and Lyft apps were successful in getting absolutely nobody home. For hours it would be like this. The apps didn't work because of so many people using them all at once. On one of the nights I was in attendance, the show ended and my friend and I walked over 3 miles away (hoping our odds of finding a ride would increase the further away we were from the place) from the stadium on 2-foot wide sidewalks past 12 at night, searching high and low for a taxi sitting stationary in the surrounding neighborhood traffic that would be willing to take us to our hotel in Hollywood Beach for a price lower than $180. Once we were in the car, it was standstill traffic for miles until we got home. All of the taxis we came across before this either already had passengers in the car or were simply unwilling to take anybody at all unless we would pay an absurd amount of money. There isn't much advice I can give regarding this issue, because unless you are okay with leaving the event you paid for early in order to beat the congestion, there's not a lot you can do except hope you win the rideshare lottery for the night. Expect to pay a pretty penny and have your patience tested, while also carrying home some amazing memories. read more

We were staying in Aventura and we took the free shuttle from the Brightline Station to the stadium parking lot which took about 30 minutes + a long hike to the stadium. There are houses in the area offering parking in their drive way for $40 if you had a car. Ride shares don't drop you off/ pick you up at the stadium. They had 3 drop off locations which are nowhere near the stadium, They weren't giving free water to spectators like they did in Boston. Miami is hotter and more humid than Boston. The staff are less friendly. We were here for the Norway vs England quarter final match. There were fans who didn't pay for category 1 tickets but had the audacity to sit in the 100 sections! Nobody was checking tickets. There's a lot of food options at each section. There are no restaurants right outside the stadium. The stadium is also open and no shade from the sun unless you're in the nosebleed section. Around the stadium is the fan zone. We got our free souvenirs: bracelets from Bank of America, Coke cups from the Coke stands, and cups from Michelob. There was a super long line for the big FIFA store. Some people grabbed 5-10 match scarves so there was none left for everyone else. Entertainment included Ellie Goulding but the audio wasn't working properly so you couldn't hear her. Went to Hard Rock for the first time for FIFA and man, it was an experience. This big stadium with a capacity of 65,000 was a visual treat. The layout was convenient. Plenty of stalls for food, drinks and other conveniences. The multiple check points made me feel very safe and it was very well organized. We could see the Fan Fest from the top floor and the beautiful sunset after the game was a nice treat. We got good seats right next to the media center which made the experience even more pleasant. read more

Hard Rock Stadium is great for the biggest events. Miami Open for tennis, Miami Dolphins games, I've seen Beyonce and The Weeknd play at this venue. The parking will always be $$$$$ but depending on where you park it's just an easy overpass to the actual venue. We had an amazing time seeing the 3rd place World Cup match between England and France! We rented a parking space in a local family's driveway in a nearby neighborhood and thought we could walk to the stadium, but the police on the street directed us towards a nearby casino where school buses were shuttling people to the stadium. It was quick and efficient with buses coming one after another and their own designated traffic lane. The view from level 3 was still so clear and easy to see the players, finding our way to our section was easy with all the signage and staff around to guide you, and getting into and out of the stadium was somehow very smooth and efficient despite the nearly 70k people. Water bottles were $6 and a beer was $20, crazy prices but expected for an event like this. The stadium and staff can definitely handle a large scale event like the World Cup. The hardest part was the traffic after the event which is expected with that many people in one area. Overall had a blast! read more

Attended F1 and although the traffic was insane the experience inside made it worth it. This is an event to stay super hydrated and enjoy responsibly. The staff are very helpful with pointing you to the right areas and there are mini restaurants everywhere. Store pop-ups to browse and the set up really shows you mini Miami. read more

Went most recently yesterday for the Bills/Dolphins game. Even though the game didn't go as expected (still recovering from that one), that's not on the stadium. Everything about the experience was smoother than I expected. We ubered to the Hard Rock Hotel Lot 70 and took the free shuttle from there which was super convenient and helped us avoid a ton of traffic. The drop-off point was close to the entrance, and the ride back was just as easy, though better signage and a few more staff directing people correctly would've made it even smoother. Lines for drinks weren't bad, and while prices were definitely steep, that's just stadium life. Overall, it was a great time, minus the heartbreak of losing to one of the worst teams, lol. read more

OK I'm giving Hard Rock Stadium 5 stars for the actual venue and sporting experience. Getting into the stadium for the College Football Championship was challenging due to high security, but they had it under control. Watching the Indiana Hoosiers win their first national championship was priceless and the empty ladies rooms were incredible!! What needs serious work is leaving the facility and Lot 44 rideshare. OMG it was a total nightmare. Someone has to do something as there were hundreds and hundreds of people just waiting at 1am for rides.... and that's after walking for a looong time just to get to the lot. Something is very broken with that!! We were stranded and traffic was horrible. We wound up leaving the lot and finding our uber driver on the main road. Losing to the Dolphins is the most frustrating thing ever. And that disdain as a Bills fan will always live in my memories. And as much as I hate to give out compliments, I'd have to give it to this stadium. It's hard not to like anything about it. We had a tailgating experience and had a police escort right into the parking lot. We parked at the west entrance and it was about a 6 minute walk to get from our bus to the entrance. The game had just started so we were waived on thru security and tapped our tickets to enter. After walking up the ramp to get to section 110 we stopped for drinks which even though was long, it went by relatively quickly. Prices are always high but you go in expecting that. Seats were a little tight and you became buddies with the people near you due to how on top you are on one another. But it added to the atmosphere. Fans on both sides were friendly and respectful which is how it should be. It started to rain and we were slightly covered by the tarp that overhangs the stadium. If you're in the first 20 rows you'll definitely get wet and if you're on the visitors side you'll definitely get all the sun. As per other reviews, getting out of the stadium is chaotic. Best to take a bus or have a post tailgate to wait it out. It took 30 minutes just to leave the stadium parking lot. read more

Been here for concerts, Dolphins game and Capital Bowl games. Also got to work here and sit outside during Super Bowl with J.Lo. It was just cool being present during Super Bowl even though we didn't get to go in. The energy was UNREAL. Went to The Weeknd concert with my oldest recently. I stand by what I said before about Hard Rock Stadium, it's a really amazing stadium!!! With that said, everything is ridiculously EXPENSIVE!!! I know you have to expect to pay outrageous money for parking, food and drinks but we paid $60 to park at The Weeknd concert. SIXTY DOLLARS!!! For parking alone. I was so mad about that but honestly at that point, we didn't know where else we could park. It was in the Yellow Lot across from the stadium. After the fact, I almost wish we just took an Uber/Lyft to the concert but I know the traffic for that was crazy also. Sigh. When we arrived, we checked in on the SE side and they gave us an LED bracelet for the show. We waited in line for merch because my daughter wanted a T-shirt. The line was about 50 people deep on the first floor upon entering. Let me tell you, $55 for a damn T-shirt. Jeeeeeeeezus!!! After waiting for 10 minutes, my daughter's friend who was also at the concert called her to let her know the line for merch on the 2nd floor was non-existent and they were fully stocked. So I stayed in the line we were at and my daughter went to the 2nd floor to check. She called me about 15 min later to let me know she got the shirt. Woot woot. We probably would have been waiting 30-45 min more in that original line. Ugh. For food, there was a variety of options and we ended up getting chicken tenders for her for $25 with tip!!! I saw Talkin' Tacos and was stoked because I love their food so I ended up getting birria tacos. Another $25 with tip!!! No dipping sauce on the birria, it was just ok and they gave our order to someone else who ordered after us so we waited a bit longer. Funnnnn! Got a High Noon for $15 with tip. We got the aluminum water for $8 with tip? Everything = EXPENSIVE!!! The Weeknd show in itself was PHENOMENAL!!! The stage production was on point. The concert was better than I anticipated and I knew more songs than I realized. Lol. The performance was done well. The openers for The Weeknd was DJ Mike Dean and Playboi Carti. Don't know either. Lol. He also had a special appearance by Future and everyone lost it. Lol. I have to say the ladies in red with masks and The Weeknd in his black attire and mask totally gave me Handmaid's Tale vibes!!! I know you see it too. Ha. Great show. We had a fabulous time. Cost us and arm and a leg but at least my daughter was happy! Getting out was pure chaos and time consuming. So be prepared! Everyone just wants to get home at that point. Ha. read more

We took a little across the country trip to watch the Bills play the Dolphins. We parked in lot 95 and took the park and ride bus to the stadium. We purchased a parking pass but I think we were scammed because no one scanned it, so who knows. But it worked out because our seats were close to the entrance/exit. We had good seats-they were under the roof which worked out lovely when it started pouring for about 20 minutes. My negative about the stadium is that the seats are tooooo close together. Way too close if quarters when sitting with strangers. There were plenty of Bills fans in the stands which was fun but the Dolphins won the game and their fans weren't obnoxious about. But you definitely know that they love their 'phins' We decided to wait a bit before we headed back knowing everyone was catching the bus back but whoa it's definitely a well oiled machine. Super fun arena to watch the Dolphins play with excellent club level seats. Been to several games and concerts here over the years. The name of the arena has changed multiple times but seems to have settled in as Hard Rock Stadium which is the best name thus far. The beer and food is pricey unless you purchase VIP tickets. Parking without a pass is insanity and Uber drop off is costly and almost just as horrible. Pay the extra cost to get seats under the shaded section of the roof, its well worth it. The gift shop is usually packed with a frenzy of customers dishing out several hundreds of dollars for authentic team jerseys and other apparel, but Amazon is the best bet to grab a great deal. read more

As a lover of football, and well all things sports...Hardrock has yet to let me down. I'm currently a Dolphins season ticket holder. I've even attended concerts here. From a variety of food vendors to the shops, I enjoy myself each visit. The Miami Open being no different. Came here for a concert for the first time (have only been for Miami open previously). I have some pros and cons to this stadium: PROS: -parking seems better and more organized than loan depot (easier to get in/out) -parking is pretty close to stadium (don't have to walk far even in the further lots) -lots of entrances, bathrooms, etc -spiral walkways and escalators to get you to the upper levels CONS: -no a/c unless you have club seats -not too many stalls in bathrooms, so sometimes there's a longer wait -no closeable roof (it's hot and rains often so not the vibe) All in all, I do like this stadium and how big it is. I just hate how hot it is. Definitely get club seats if you can so you can have a break from the heat and have access to AC and private bathrooms/food/drink areas. read more

We had a great first-time experience at Hard Rock! The staff throughout the stadium was very kind, and the bathrooms were impressively clean. We parked in Lot 70 by Hard Rock Hotel and took the shuttle over. To my surprise, it dropped us off right in front, inside the stadium on the race track it was super convenient and much easier than I expected. Getting back, however, was a bit more chaotic. People were pushing to get on the buses before they filled up, so a little more organization in that process would make things smoother especially since many guests have been drinking. Great concert venue, but prepare for the heat We attended a Coldplay concert at Hard Rock Stadium in late July, and while the overall experience was great, be prepared: it gets HOT. It was manageable at first, but once the seats filled in, the heat became intense -- there's a canopy over the stadium, which blocks sun but also prevents any breeze, making it feel a bit stifling. There were plenty of food vendors open, but most offered variations of the same limited options: chicken sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, popcorn, and pretzels. It worked for a quick bite, but don't expect a lot of variety. One thing we highly recommend if you're going for a concert: take a shuttle. We booked one from our hotel and it made getting in and out completely effortless. Based on everything we'd read in advance, exiting the stadium after an event can be a nightmare -- and it's located kind of in the middle of nowhere -- so the shuttle was 100% worth it. We were allowed to bring in a small handheld fan, which saved us in the heat. While the stadium website didn't say anything about allowing fans, we took a chance -- and had no issue. I also brought a clear purse, and surprisingly, no one even checked it. Security and entry were quick and smooth. All in all, we had a great time, and the energy inside the stadium was electric once the show began. Just come prepared for the heat and plan your exit strategy -- and you'll be set for a solid experience. read more

Bathrooms also had no air conditioning. After checking out seating area and meeting up with friends we had to get a drink for hydration as it was horrible hot and humid. Was there last night for Shakira's Las Mujeres ya no lloran tour We arrived around 6:30 pm and parked immediately in the yellow zone without any issues and best part we parked right by the stairs. We waited a bit at the Stadium entrace until doors opened. The merch line was not so bad compared to other concerts. We were hungry so headed to the concession bought hot dogs (sad plain hot dogs) and tequeños for $49 plus another $40 for a couple of vodka seltzers and a couple of waters. Vodka Pineapple Zeltzers were amazing! Love me some tequeños they were baked not fried so yay Security was at its best and well organized event. Came here for a concert, Taylor Swift. This place is massive. They were very organized. They had merchandise sales at a certain part of the stadium. It was a long walk, but it's a way to get my steps in. LOL. The concert was great. The food however was not. I order a burger from the food stand. It was very dry, premade and sat for a while bad. Took a few bites and threw it away. It was crazy expensive, though. I was still hungry, went to get some pizza. That was edible and ok. The food is expensive to buy, and the quality is horrible. Hard Rock stadium is home to the Miami Dolphins, UM, Formula 1, concerts, soccer, Miami Open, Miami Hurricanes, and various global events. Hard Rock Stadium is a cashless, non-smoking stadium with a clear bag policy. Security is very strict about their policies. Be sure to Google their policies. I bought a special see-through crossbody bag. Parking must be paid ahead online. They do not sell parking passes on-site. I was not happy about how this was done. We went to the Dolphins-Raiders game on Nov 17. I went online to buy my parking ticket and the prices started at $50, then went to $72, and by the time it was my turn, I paid $116 to park! We took the shuttle to get to the entrance. I can't walk that far. I doubt that I will be going to anymore games. Plus add the ticket price, food, and drinks. We had good seats though and had a good time once we were in our seats. read more

Who doesn't like a lil sports or entertainment. The hard rock is a interesting stadium when it comes to parking you have to be aware of what color your ticket says to park in be aware that when it says yellow and it shows you an exterior section of it, it is a Walmart parking lot just so you know and this usually happens for large events like Dolphin games or the Miami open. Once inside the walk isn't too bad if I'm honest navigating the stadium isn't very confusing, either hin the box seats and in regular chairs really depends on comfort level for a concert. It just gives you way more space and the hard rock does it well. For a dolphins game be aware of where you sit if it's a day game because the stadium is meant to shade the home team and place the opposite team in the sun. Overall always a great experience at the Hard Rock, except when it's the soccer related that's another story. read more

Attended the Orange Bowl and sat in Bodaga Suite. If you have ticket for front row seats you can see well. Couch seating you can not see beyond the 15 yd line nor can you see the Jumbotrons. You have to watch on TV which does not show all the replays the game boards show. The food is tacos- pretzels- nachos- popcorn and ice cream. Included drinks are water- soft drinks- beer and wine. Mixed drinks are $22 each. The stadium itself is very nice. Outside Fanfest area is large with picnic seating. I would not pay for suite seating next time. Hard Rock stadium is home of the Miami Dolphins and hosts a lot of other events and concerts. My most recent visit was for a Miami Dolphins game, commuting from the Fort Lauderdale Metro. To save yourself some driving headache and money, I suggest taking their complimentary shuttle service from Hard Rock Casino Hollywood. You can pay a small fee for parking on their lot and then lots of shuttles are ready to drive fans over to the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens. This is great to avoid drinking and driving, and to avoid bad traffic on the way in or out of the venue. This location also hosted Taylor Swift Eras Tour for her Miami shows, and it was said to have been so chaotic for fans who drove or ubered - this is a situation where I would definitely take advantage of any other commute alternatives and shuttles if they have any! read more
