I purchased tickets where Ticketmaster was the agent for me buying tickets to the USC - Penn State Football Game on October 12, 2024. I purchased the tickets on July 5, 2024, and was told after Ticketmaster took my $899.41that I would receive an email from the third party seller they represented. Never received an email, and eventually never received my tickets. I chatted with there Fan Assistant, called and chatted twice with there people (Indian based) who said I would get an email from the seller in 24 hours - never happened. I tried up until 2 hours before the event, and was on hold for hours. Don't use Ticketmaster and SeatGeek. They work as an agent, and never check out their sellers, and claim no responsibility!!! read more

Show sold out? No problem, cause Ticket Nation got em. I've used ticket nation for laker games, clipper games, and also concerts. They got the best prices. I even got tickets on the day of the event. Be prepared to pick em up tho, but their office is like right next to the staple center. I called this alleged ticket agency "business" and the person answered with a simple "hello." There was no official sounding receptionist. Very strange. Then, the person asked me if I could hold on and then I was put on hold for several minutes and she never returned. Also, strangely, while I was on hold it was complete silence, rather then either music or some other sound one would hear while on hold with a legitimate business. I hung up as this did not sound like a professional and legitimate ticket agency. I also wonder how every single review has five stars with not one any less than that. Are these simply friends?
