I recently purchased tickets to the World Series from VIP Tickets. As you can imagine, this was a pretty decent investment and my nerves were already at an all time high. The professionalism and attention I received from coming into the store front to pick up my tickets was world class. Their staff took the time to share stories with me of the Dodgers going to the World Series in 1988 and gave great recommendations about arriving early and making this investment a unforgettable experience. The level of customer service I received from a 10 minute interaction has secured a customer for life.

I purchased 4 Clippers tickets for section PR15, row 7, at $117 per ticket for the game on April 8, 2023. 15 minutes later, I received a call from VIP Tickets saying that the 4 tickets that I bought was not available since the system was not updated. The person then offered me to upgrade my 4 tickets to a similar section PR for $175 per ticket. I can't believe they are playing this game to sell tickets!!!!! read more

OK so you cant get LAKER tickets through ticketmaster ie SOLD OUT. Or its just too hard to plan ahead of time if you can make a game due to work conflicts. This is the place for us sports fans. I heard about this place through a friend who gets tickets hours before tip off at FACE VALUE. I called them up myself and they walked me through the web site were you can see the seats you are purchasing and bought LAKER tickets 2 hours b/f tip off. VIP Tickets is amazing! I have ordered tickets over the phone, bought them off of the website, and bought them in person and their ticket brokers are always kind, considerate, and extraordinarily helpful. When I ordered my tickets online for the first time, a part of my address didn't go through to their main office. They called my house phone, cell phone, AND sent an e-mail to make sure my ticket order would not get cancelled. In addition, if you order tickets through their website and pick them up in person at one of their locations, the service charge is minimal....a far cry from StubHub or Ticket Master (or the Ticket Exchange, if you're a hockey fan like me). I will be dealing with VIP Tickets from now on when buying tickets to any of the hockey games I will be going to in the future. read more

Wow. I have been buying floor seats for years and I have never had such a poor experience. I dealt with a woman named Annie who was extremely rude and unprofessional. For a service agency, customer satisfaction should be more of a priority. I will NEVER do business with them again and will gladly pay any premium to avoid such service. read more

VIP Tickets ROCKS!!!! This is THE spot to get all event tickets. I ordered mine online thru a 3rd party and was told by VIP to go thru them and cut costs going forward...thanks for the inside tip! This is my go to place for last minute cheap Kings tickets. I usually get off of work on weekdays at 6. Coming from the valley to DTLA at 6 pm is a nightmare. What can I say about this place! Every time I want tickets this is the place I go. I have dealt with other company's and came out very dissatisfied. I am a last minute kind of girl when it comes down to tickets. I know I may not get what I want but I am always looking for a good deal. The downtown crew is my favorite. You should go in on a Lakers game, it's a madhouse but you can get in for a good price. So, I called last minute and got connected to the downtown office. Andrew was the gentleman who assisted me. I was desperately looking for Lakers tickets. He gave me all the prices but me looking for a deal and all asked him for a better deal. He said that if I came in last minute I may not get what I want but would get something, so I rushed down there. The game was not a hot game so tickets were not scarce. Came in on game day and sure enough got some tickets in the lower section at the price of a middle section. I even got a discount for a coupon code I had mentioned. See, I am connected to them on FB & emails, coupon central! Anyway, I left happy and the game turned out to be a good one. Would definitely recommend these folks! read more

Nothing is ever sold out! I learned that years ago while looking for Dodgers' tickets. They have always offered up great seats at good prices (good- meaning, it's a sold out event, so there's a price to pay for a great seat). Their ticket brokers on the phone are patient, knowledgeable, and helpful when looking for the perfect ticket. I've used the website a couple of times for tickets, but I do prefer to talk with a live person when buying tickets. Just so I know my options, courtside or next to the dugout or within the first few rows for a concert. If you are looking for tickets for a sold out event, most definitely give them a call. They will lay out all the options! read more

One of my favorite ways to spend an evening is to go to a Dodger game and root on the boys in blue! VIP is the first place I go for tickets! They have seats available all around the stadium, and their prices are fantastic, lower than Stub Hub and other agencies. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The only negative is that you need to go in and pick up the tickets, but it's on the way to the stadium, so it's not a problem. read more

If you want tickets to a sporting event, VIP Tickets is the place to go. I found out a long time ago, that rarely is any event completely sold out. But calling around town to all of the ticket agencies can leave one frustrated and disappointed with the high ticket prices and outrageous service fees. Craigslist or eBay? You take a chance that the tickets you buy could be fakes. VIP has never let me down. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for tickets to that "sold out" event. read more

I love buying tickets from VIP tickets. Easy to order, only one fee (unlike stubhub or ticketmaster) I buy Kings and Dodgers tickets all the time because there a good deal and there easy to pick up before the event. Staff is very friendly and helpful. So if you're looking for an event to go to look them up 1st cause most of the time they have a better deal than other ticket brokers. read more

I don't usually write reviews unless a service or place is amazing or horrible and I can safely say that VIPTICKETS is the WORST service I have ever had. My shipping and billing address were different for my order and the customer service personnel have made my life miserable the last two days. I even tried to cancel my order and they wouldn't let me, accusing me of fraud and talking over me as I spoke to them. I will never ever work with VIPTICKETS again. And by the way, Stubhub and SeatGeek provide less of a service charge than VIPTICKETS. read more

Love that they also talked about the history of taiko in Japan and US and they even had volunteers at the end of the show to try taiko drumming! There was also Kamishibai storytelling in the tea garden, which the kids really enjoyed. They also have Japanese Garden "I Spy" sheet for the kids to do and Clean Water Patrol activity book. This is def one of those low stress, high vibe activities that I highly recommend. Just a heads-up though, outside food and drinks aren't allowed inside, but water is ok. There are restrooms near the entrance as well as behind the tea garden. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for kids. We had such a relaxing afternoon and are already looking forward to coming back for more events at this little oasis.

We went to watch "Backrooms" a creepy movie about a dimension with endless luminal spaces. The theaters halls matched the movies vibe perfectly! After we finished the movie and walked out, It felt like we had stepped into the horror movie itself, large empty, completely silent theater that's something creepy you notice about this theater how completely silent it is other places play, soft music, especially in the bathrooms. This location is dead silent. You could hear a rat breathing.

One of the things that made this theater special was the full-service experience. The 80s movie-themed atmosphere, extensive food and drink menu, and attentive servers made it feel like much more than a typical theater. Recently, they've switched to online ordering, and it has really changed the experience. Instead of quickly looking through a menu and placing an order with a server, you can end up spending much of the 30-minute pre-show period staring at your phone. That defeats part of the reason I come here in the first place. I've also noticed that the menu has been scaled back significantly. Some of my favorite items, including the breakfast sandwiches and other offerings, have disappeared. I used to recommend this theater not only because of its movie-loving atmosphere but also because of the quality and variety of the food. I don't come here for standard movie-theater snacks. I come for the great food, good beer and cocktails, nostalgic atmosphere, and overall experience. If the new ownership continues cutting back on what made this place unique, they risk losing loyal regulars. At that point, I might as well go to AMC if I'm just looking for typical movie-theater food. I hope management listens to customer feedback and preserves the qualities that made this theater stand out.

The no-phone policy and retro, old-school movie experience made it feel like you were truly there to enjoy the film and be present in the moment. The paper menus and traditional ordering system added to that experience and helped make every visit feel special. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. Alamo has switched to QR code ordering on your phone, which completely takes away from the phone-free atmosphere that made this theater stand out in the first place. My boyfriend and I don't get to go to the movies often, so we were really looking forward to that classic Alamo experience. Instead, it felt like just another theater asking guests to be on their phones. The service also felt very impersonal. The servers seemed robotic, simply dropping off items and walking away. We were given drinks without straws, and there was very little interaction or attention to detail. The drinks themselves were honestly not good at all. I also ordered chicken tenders and fries and was surprised to learn that dipping sauces cost extra. While 50 cents isn't a huge amount, it feels odd that sauce isn't included with a meal like that. The movie itself was great, but what made Alamo special wasn't just the movie... it was the overall experience. Sadly, that unique feeling seems to be fading. I hope they reconsider some of these changes because they're starting to lose the magic that made so many people choose Alamo over other theaters.

I'm always looking for the best deals when it comes to anything and everything. I always go to VIP Tickets when it comes to sports and concerts because they have an extremely friendly, genuine staff and always has great prices. They even offer a weekly flyer where you can be informed on promotions and upcoming events. I love VIP tickets and would choose it over Barry's tickets, Stubhub and Ticketmaster because they have tickets to the places I want to go to whereas the other places say they are sold out. I was able to purchase some USA Basketball Showcase tickets through VIP Tickets when they were IMPOSSIBLE to find else where!! I definitely recommend VIP tickets, especially to those who want to go watch a Lakers, Clippers, King's game, or concerts because they are located right outside the staples center! read more

This is the place to go to if you ever have ticketing needs, especially for Downtown L.A. Staples Center events. I've dealt with VIPTickets for mostly Lakers and Clippers games, but as I understand it, they also provide service for other events as well. The staff is friendly and are very helpful to you when you walk into their office. They try to give you the best deal and make useful recommendations. They also have cool memorabilia from various sports teams, but mostly the Lakers. They are also conveniently located near L.A. Live and the Staples Center, so you can literally pick up your tickets right before the game and walk over to the venue. I would definitely recommend this place for your ticketing needs. These guys are ONE OF THE BEST IF NOT THE BEST in the business that I've ever dealt with...way better than Ticketmaster for sure and even other brokers like Stub Hub. It's a simple procedure, go into their site, search for the tickets, choose what seats you want, checkout, choose whether you want them shipped or if you will be picking up in either the SF Valley or Downtown LA, pay...bamm! Done. I have purchased many tickets from these guys, specifically for DODGERS, LAKERS, GALAXY, and SPARKS games. I will never buy any of my tickets to these events without AT LEAST checking with them first. Great customer service also! I've picked up tickets literally an hour before the event! i've been going to L.A since 2006 . my brother and I used to stay at the figueroa Hotel next door , one day we asked the front desk where we can get some tickets to see the lakers.she told us to go to this office called VIP TICKETS .So i walked in and ask for tickets but my english was very bad at that time so we were talking by hand sign or writing notes. the service was very helpful , we got 2 nice seats downstairs at a good price . i was so excited !! today i'm still getting my tickets from this office and i've never been disapointed . i will recommend this place to everybody.. read more

VIPTickets has amazing deals! They have came through every time I needed tickets to a LA based game. Parking can be tough, so have someone go with you and drop you off. However, if youre going to a Lakers game - they are conveniently located right across from Staples! **There is a loading zone right in front where you can park for 15 mins w/o getting ticket :) Also, they have great coupon codes to save a few additional extra bucks!! Anytime we need Lakers & Dodgers tickets, this place always comes through for us(even last minute stuff). They have great customer service reps as well. Advice: Sometimes you can get really good seats at extremely low prices, if you call the day of the game & the ticket owner may get desperate about selling them. It's rare, but we've received great deals at least 2 times doing this. read more

Tickets are never sold out and I prefer buying off of V.I.P. Tickets than on Ticketmaster. They don't try to sell you the most expensive tickets for there convenience. V.I.P. Tickets is an easy, honest, friendly,great place to get your tickets. My friend and I got Dodger tickets here, and had a blast at the game, because our tickets were at a great location and affordable. read more

There's nothing worst than being excited about finding tickets to your favorite event. What makes VIP Tickets my favorite are the friendly staff and awesome deals they're always willing to give everybody. You can tell they're genuine and to me that means a whole lot. I don't buy Dodger tickets from anyone else. read more

The service was fantastic. The concert I had tickets to rescheduled and the second time around I forgot my physical tickets but they still helped me. Ticketmaster and Gordon helped make the concert happen and me and my friends were able to still go. I would recommend to anyone for any concert or other venue. read more

Best place for: Lakers tickets, cheap Dodgers tickets, and any last minute tickets! Depending on the game, you WILL pay a pretty penny for Lakers--but they charge fairly and they have connections to the best seats. read more
