Though the lady on the phone was very friendly and kind, and the balloons were nicely chosen ones, I feel that this order was very over priced and the presentation of the flowers was not very nice. A wet spongy wrapped the stems, tied up with plastic and a rubber band. These flowers were not going to escape!! I believe it was the "treasure" bouquet.
