This is an update to my previous review: I have been a long time customer at Aberdeen Auto Collision. I have brought in several vehicles for body work in the past and each time the repairs were performed flawlessly. The cars looked like they just came out of the showroom. My most recent experience was when my wife's SUV was hit in the parking lot of an elementary school. I immediately called Aberdeen Auto Collision and asked if I could bring the vehicle in for an estimate. I spoke with Larry, who immediately told me to bring the vehicle in. Alex assessed the damage and provided me with an estimate, which was more than fair. I also asked if they could restore/recondition the vehicle's headlights as they were becoming quite dull. In addition to the excellent workmanship and craftsmanship that this shop consistently provides, the owner and manager are outstanding people. Alex and Larry are two of the finest people you would ever want to meet. Both incredibly knowledgeable, personable, extremely customer-oriented and take great pride in the work they do and, of equal importance, they proudly stand behind the outstanding quality of their work. They set expectations as to when the car will be ready and typically exceed expectations. My wife's SUV, which is 12 years old, came looking like new (showroom quality). I dropped off my RX 350 last week with a banged up front bumper and cracked grill. I picked it up today and it looks brand new again, thanks to their incredible work. Went to get a tiny edge chip fixed on the quarter panel came back with a worse damage on my hood. Left my rav4 for them to fix and it was a quick overnight job. Pick it up the next day. Didnt notice the damage to my hood because they touched it up. Saw the damage lastnight , june 24 as I was doing a walk around of my vehicle. Mind you, i got this rav4 on june14th. So when i saw it lastnight i went back to the shop to show them the damage today june 25th. The owner which is the father was there. He said it was there and its old paint. If it was old paint. There would be rust under the paint because i was chipped and dented to the bare metal. Not a honest business. Bad business. Greedy. Place is a joke This is how asians are i guess. read more

Absolutely Perfect and Professional experience. Bought a certified pre-owned Porsche that needed the hood and bumper re-painted and Aberdeen was chosen by Princeton Porsche to do the work. Alex the owner was in constant contact with updates as an unexpected storm / power outage delayed the work for a few days. The final product was a 10 out of 10. Alex called me after I took delivery to make sure I was satisfied. He also told me how to care for the car over the next few weeks before putting a clear bra on it. Incompetent, dishonest, and shady. Charged me hour and half labor for 45mins of work, and that's with complications! Broke a wheel stud, claimed I gave them incorrect size parts instead of owning up to mistake. Of course subsequent tries went in as they should. No discount for breaking my part, nor for the labor as it was finished way earlier than the hour and half "estimate". And no receipt either.... guess they don't want any record of their sleaziness. read more

I would compare this place to a hospital emergency room: It's one of those places that you wish you never had to go to, but glad they're there to help you out.. I came here twice, for two different cars, in two different accidents. The first time was when my Lamborghini got rear-ended at a stop sign, and needed the rear bumper fixed. The second time was when my Ferrari's side mirror got ripped off. I went to a couple places before this, but either those places charged too much, or I didn't trust the people with my cars. When I finally went to Aberdeen Auto, I was impressed by how friendly the receptionist was toward me and the other customers. She was no-nonsense, which I liked, because I could tell she wasn't bulls**tting me and pushing me to get more work done than I actually needed. Anyways, the receptionist has the technician, aka the car doctor, come out to your vehicle and diagnose the damage, and then the estimate is done with the customer present. They explain everything, and even offer cheaper alternative solutions. Any place that puts customer's satisfaction ahead of customer's money is good in my book! Their quality of work is grade A. They get the job done in a reasonable amount of time, and finally, the business is run by an Asian family (which is a plus! yes! haha) . I would definitely go back to this place, even though I hope I won't need to. P.S. When I say Lamborghini, I really mean pickup truck.. and when I say Ferrari, I really mean Civic.. lol read more
