We called the 24 hour emergency number and Matt came right over to help us! He patched us back together so we could safely drive until we can get a more full repair. He was competent, he was kind, he was helpful, and he was funny ... he took a bad situation and made it as good as we could've hoped for. This is a great and honest and kind man! I paid $25 for a full service wash which was supposed to include exterior, interior, vacuum, windows and freshener. Needless to say all they did was a crappy vacuum of the carpets in the front and back, nothing else except run it through their wash and dry. When I brought it to their attention they told me that because it was an SUV it would cost more. I didn't even get the air freshener. There is still bug splat on the windows, dirty cup holder, sand in the gears. It all comes with travel, but hey that's why I was paying them?
