I paid $25 for a full service wash which was supposed to include exterior, interior, vacuum, windows and freshener. Needless to say all they did was a crappy vacuum of the carpets in the front and back, nothing else except run it through their wash and dry. When I brought it to their attention they told me that because it was an SUV it would cost more. I didn't even get the air freshener. There is still bug splat on the windows, dirty cup holder, sand in the gears. It all comes with travel, but hey that's why I was paying them?

I had 50 miles of range remaining because the last 2 stations I stopped at were doing the same thing. All we needed was fuel so we could stay out in front of the storm front and evade the hail and high winds. We chanced it and drove on. Lucky to make it to a different fuel stop that didn't turn the pumps off. Kwik Star, do better. Don't strand people and lock them outside during a tornado.

I stopped at this carwash while driving through town in Jan. 2023. The brushless wash was so…read morepowerful that it rocked my Jeep and I was worried about dents in the body of my vehicle. As I was leaving the carwash, going through the dryer, I caught something fly off my Jeep in the rearview mirror. Once outside, the door to the wash had closed and I couldn't go into see what it was, but upon inspection of my Jeep, I noticed the light at the top of my hatch had been blown off. I immediately reported the incident to the owner, Brian Laufenberg, who was in the office area out front. He went in and retrieved my broken light. I informed him of my concerns of the overly strong pressures, and asked for his insurance info and contact info. He just gave me his phone number. Long story short, I FINALLY was able to get what insurance they carried out of him through numerous calls and finally an email, but now their insurance is dragging their feet on the claim. Brian was now saying that my Jeep was damaged before I brought it into his wash, which is not true at all. I also tracked down the other owner and he was rude and argumentative. It's under $300! Do the right thing and reimburse me for the repair.
