My daughter and I pretended to be in the ocean, then getting attacked by an octopus, and coming out the other side of the Hsaw Aknow aka Wonka Wash. Once finished, we parked for a free vacuum. It's an interesting setup because you have a vacuum on either side of you, each with a different attachment. There were two bins, marked "clean" and "dirty" for what I presumed was supposed to be for towels. I didn't have any and my scan of the other bins were the same story. It was quick and efficient. I wish they didn't usher us into the wash so close to one another. I know it's quicker and more cost efficient but if makes me so nervous! Many times your car is being sprayed and pelted to a point where you can't see anything. What if the person ahead of me brakes unexpectedly?What if there's a malfunction? Yeah, yeah it didn't happen but I still think about it! Nonetheless, fill up the bins and I'd be happier with the experience.

I have never had an issue with other employees at this location until 12/3/25 when I unfortunately had the pleasure of having him walk up to my car window. I had my kids in the backseat and they asked why he was mean. Goes to show his professionalism and his demeanor when he initially walked up to my car. After going through the car wash I processed what had happened and went to ask for my sticker back so I can use my membership for the month I paid for and he said no. I will admit I did use some language that I'm not proud of in the moment BUT I was taken back with how he spoke to me when I was in my car with my children. I left a review on google and a response was left with a number to call to resolve this issue. When I called the number Jeff answered the phone. He showed no remorse with how he acted and when asking to talk to someone else and said he "gave me a number to call" which was the location he works at. As someone who has 10 years experience in management I am taken back by the lack of professionalism this company has, especially this location. You need better training for your management staff.

There is no information on their website where you can go to cancel. I was finally able to locate a separate website where the cancellation step was listed. I send an email to cancel my service and received an acknowledged. Then I was asked for the following before they could cancel: 1. Date of the purchase and the amount charged. 2. First five digits and the last four digits of the credit or debit card used for the purchase. 3. A copy of the receipt or, Credit Card/Bank statement showing the charges that clearly show your name, amount and date. 4. Correct RFID 5. Exact location of the car wash site? All of the additional information on top of my written request to cancel the membership. This is insane.

Not to mention the bird poop. My baby was being neglected. Finally decided today, with little sleep behind me, to check out Tommy's Express Car Wash. Max was great in explaining everything, including the policy for military discounts. He was as courteous as all the staff I encountered and seemed not to be bothered as I got to know the lay of the land in using the vacuum cleaner. It was free to use, and I really needed to restore my Accord to her former Diva status. Thank you, Max. I know that I will be returning again to have my chariot washed. Unfortunately, the same issue reoccurred, and I had to recontact the company again. The second guy was very professional and told me once again that he would resolve this issue. Today, I noticed only one of my vehicles were active, in oppose to two. So reached back out to the company on Raeford Rd, Fayetteville NC at 3:14pm and this guy was extremely rude!!! He treated me like I was nothing and completely brushed me off! As I result, I have cancelled my subscriptions! I'll send my money elsewhere!

The dog hair was still on the other seats. I would highly recommend to take out any thing of value. I did notice finger prints on my Ray Ban (it was empty) and Coach case (regular eyewear). The item was still in case but why did they have to open it? I had placed my sunglasses on and removed my eye glasses. I also had change in a designated area and it was gone.

The price was not bad at all. $15dollars for car wash is ideal, plus 5 dollars tip. They also have different rates say for basic, or inside cleaning, and vacuum. When I came I was the next in line, so I don't really know how the wait time would be if it gets crazy busy. There was only one guy working in the line when I came, and he did it quickly, and properly. I am satisfied with the service. They have waiting areas outside and inside- enough seats to accommodate rush hours. They also provide basic car maintenance and repairs, I think. Call ahead to inquire though.
