They were short staffed, as most places are nowadays, and I was told it would take about an hour to hour and a half, because they were backed up. Today was my only day available to have it cleaned. I was impressed that the owner (or manager) went outside and worked to help the others. My SUV was spotless inside and out. The staff were all friendly and hard working. I honestly can't say about the value because I don't have other prices/full service washes to compare the cost but I didn't think it was too high for hand washing and drying. I will be back.

At 9:45 I left a note on his door stating that we has a 9am appointment and I was disappointed. At 12:45 I got a text asking me if I was at his shop earlier. I replied yes and that I had made a special trip (26 miles each way). His reply "Sorry about that we left early to do some mobile since we havent been at the shop because I just open". Martinez Car Wash cannot be counted on to honor an appointment. I know of people that have scheduled their mobile service and Martinez never showed up but I thought it was different because I traveled to THEIR shop. It goes to their credibility, or the lack there of. I cannot give a good rating to anyone that stands me up or does not have the respect to call me if there is an issue. I cannot recommend Martinez Car Wash because of they cannot be trusted to do the work as promised. Find another car wash! I cannot recommend Las Banderas either because of their low quality work.

Customer Service was a nightmare and thee main number they showed in my area with a (912) prefix was for a motel.
