This caused me to get into a near fatal accident on the highway. On top of that they tightened the lugs on my tire so tightly I cannot even change the tires. This is probably because they stacked the pads and had to tighten the lugs very tightly to even mount my tires. Do not come here if you value your safety. I will be seeking legal action.

I got an estimate here for my car repair. That was fine. Took a few days to even get that but…read morethought it was a god sign because they were busy. Took over 6 weeks to get an appointment slot. They said that they would have my car for 8 days. My insurance did not cover a rental car for various reasons so I had to pay for rental out of pocket. I called the shop on the 7th day to receive a status update. I had called and emailed on at least 9-10 occasions to receive an update with no replies. On this day I was informed that my car was "disassembled " and would not go to the paint shop until another 5 days..then after calling and speaking to supervisor Daniel, was told that my car would not be ready until the 17th, making an 18 day service period total all the while I am paying for rental car..and after no courtesy call for an update on the repair. I asked for my car back and they said it could not be done. When I offered to pay for reassembly I was then told my car would be ready for pickup in 2 hours --indicating to me it was never even started for repairs... Poor service/ bad communication/ am not taking my car back here..please be aware.. Then--when I picked up my car since they would not have it done on time...there was a nail with a washer in my tire! I know that I didn't bring my car in with a nail in the tire! I noticed because it was making noise as I drove away...so I immediately brought it back to the shop and it was denied...

If you have a bad experience with the staff I hate to say it but its probably your own fault while they are extremely helpful and polite They have a lot on their plates. Cooperate has procedures that they have to follow (some of which are ridicules) and may cause them to come off as being short with you. That is actually far from the case though. Rims and Tires is a big Investment and once you sign the contract they are yours. If you made a rash or quick choice and later regret it that is not their fault its yours. I recommend everyone start on their website looking through everything they have available not just whats in the show room then go two steps further and google the name brand of rim that you like and go to the manufacture's website and take a look around. On the manufacturer's website such VCT's website you will find a configuration tab which will allow you to put rims and tires on a car same year make and model as what your driving possibly even same color with or without a lowering kit. Giving you the chance to see what those rims would look like on your ride. Then follow that up with a call to the store to see if they have them or can get them. MAKE SURE YOU WRITE DOWN THE MODEL NUMBER, SIZE, AND NAME BRAND plus the year make and model of the vehicle they will be going on. example: Revolution Racing R-7 20" for a 2013 Dodge Avenger. I purchased the vehicle from D&K auto in person on a credit card. 10 days after I bought the…read morevehicle, the transmission completely stopped working. I later took it to a different mechanic, who told me that the transmission was completely shot, which differed from what D&K Auto told me (D&K said they had replaced it the year before and had a warranty on it). The mechanic also said that questionable work was done on the AC, which caused all of the freon to leak out. This caused me to look into the business, and I discovered that both their Dealer License and Tax ID were not current or valid. They sold me a broken used car illegally and pocketed almost $1,000 in taxes! They refuse to take my calls or answer my emails.
