This place is amazing. I have a monthly membership you can go as much as you want. Literally every day if you choose to get your car washed, the vacuum is always work. Great you can stay there detailing your car using many towels as you want. No one bothers you and it's right off the highway and for $44 a month love it was so worth the money. read more

I loved this car wash when it first opened. After 8 years, I am canceling my subscription. The property is not clean and has not been maintained. At certain vacuum stations there is standing water you have to wade through. Often there is no staff for the dry & shine service. Even though I purchased the dry & shine service monthly and they close at 8:00 pm, the dry & shine area closes at 7:00 pm. I canceled my subscription and moved to another car wash.​ read more

We were longtime members of the Dry 'n Shine plan, and when that option was discontinued in March, our membership was automatically "upgraded" to the Ceramic Super Shammy plan at $45.97. After noticing the unexpected increase, we visited the location on 3/25--just one day after being billed on 3/24--to understand the change. At that time, we downgraded to the Hot Wax plan and then returned again in person on 3/26 to request a further downgrade to the Simply Clean Plan. We also followed up with an email through their website to ensure the change was processed. Unfortunately, despite making these requests both in person and in writing, the downgrade was never completed and we continued to be overbilled. This was frustrating, as we made multiple good-faith efforts to correct the issue promptly. We hope management can improve communication and staff training with regard to follow through. Unfortunately due to this and the unsatisfactory response we received when contacting the company directly and speaking with their representative we would not recommend this business. I like this car wash establishment, I find it 80% better then the one on New Garden Rd next to Sheetz. That car wash has changed it's name 2 or 3 times in under 3 year's. At Tidal Wave, the vacuum always work, the cleaning process is wonderfully awesome, pull around, detail and vacuum my vehicle in 3 hour's. I use my own cleaning and detailing agent's. read more

Went there for the first time. it was my understanding that if I gave the attendant my phone number I would get a discount on two washes. They put a sticker in my window. They sent a message to my cell phone. It turns out that I had actually signed up for their $25 per month car wash plan and they began charging my card (which I had swiped) each month. I got charged for 5 months of washes or $125. I called corporate and they would only reverse the charges for this month. So, I'm out $100. I only ever got the first wash there because they didn't do a good job. Judging from the other reviews they don't do a good job in general. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! In July, I purchased a single car wash, but without my knowledge or consent, the employee enrolled me in a monthly recurring subscription. I was not informed about the subscription or the charges. When I called customer service to cancel, they said they would cancel my subscription but they refused to refund me. This practice feels deceptive and like a scam. It seems "auto" in their name might stand for automatically signing you up for things you never agreed to. Will not be returning. read more

The first guy told me he liked my necklace which I thought was questionable and then i go up and to the next guy and he goes "flip your windshield wipers with your beautiful self". Went today for a wash including tires. Asked before purchasing if the tires included hubcaps. Was told that it did. The hubcaps were not clean. They said that they were clean to their standards. Their standards are not clean. I rubbed my finger on the hubcap and it came away black. Either be honest that you don't clean the hubcaps or clean the hubcaps. read more

Quality of staff varies greatly. But leans heavy to poor performance of wipe down after wash. Wash system needs attention, My wheels are never clean after coming out of the wash area( faulty machine) looking for a new car was to sign up to. read more

This was the worse experience at a car wash/ interior cleaning place I have ever been. I made an extra trip to said business to have my car interior quick cleaned . After waiting over 45 minutes after my car wash I found the manager, who was doing his best, and told him I was going to have to leave this was ridiculous- the wait. I demanded a refund which he understood. Tried to make it right by getting someone else on the car who moved slower then. A turtle ... leaving my floor mats with chemicals and sprayed the chemicals on my interior and carpet as well. It was a nightmare and I had to go to another car place to correct their problem. Such poor service and absolutely no attention to detail . I will never go back or recommend this to anyone else . read more

Twice now! Paid $13 for a wash and towel dry. Got home and my white car was just as dirty as when I went! Had to re wash it at home. There were still suds places. How does that happen? Maybe there's a technical problem with the actual car wash..... but how does somebody towel dry and not notice a white car with BLACK splatter down both sides? Shame because they do an all you can use monthly package, which would be great if the car actually got clean! read more

The car wash hardly touches the car, tire shine doesn't work- the most impressive thing about the experience was the light show during. We moved from Greensboro on December 3rd. These people are charging our credit card $39.99/month WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. My husband used that card to get his car washed. They are using it without our authorization. We have been unable to get anyone on the phone to satisfy this. We live 3 1/2 hours away and are in our 70's. read more

This is a good car wash with a human touch and lots of options. Monthly membership is $20, I believe, with free diy vacuums and an upgrade package to have them vacuum it weekly for $5-10 extra. read more

I have a monthly pass due to the convenience of this location. I had belonged to Wiki Wiki car wash prior to switching to this facility. I was very pleased with Wiki. Tidal wave does not do a good job cleaning your car. Two major issues. One, they do a very poor job rinsing your car. Two, they do a poor job drying the rear of your car. Combined this means your car is not very clean and is totally full of water spots. This being said, your car will be cleaner than before the wash. It is also reasonably priced, so I do not find it a waste of money to be fair. Just do not expect a clean car. read more
