My wife and I were using Rain Drop car wash, and their equipment was always breaking down, so we came to Tidal Wave for our monthly service, and they do a great job. Only thing is, they did NOT push our sideview mirrors in, and we have to do that on our own, I guess. read more

Basically I had to re-wash the whole truck because it was still too much soap and liquid wax stuck on the truck. To me it really caused more problems. For the price of the wash was a little bit higher than others. Quality of the wash is shown in the picture, very poor results for me. read more

Right now things are hard for businesses, and I saw that first hand while visiting Tidal Waves twice this weekend while visiting my hometown for spring break. The first time the team only had one staff member but he was working hard as heck to get the job done. Unfortunately, my mom's first wash wasn't that great and she also has a jeep which is hard to wash. We returned two days later and I asked about the wash experience and asked about getting my car on the family plan, as well as, options in Atlanta. The manager, Nick, was super knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time, gave me all the information I needed, fixed everything up for us, and even helped wash out car. I would say in tough times this business is really doing their best and was super friendly and for that they deserve all 5 stars! Very good professional car wash, they have their employees show you the different washes they offer, which is a plus. I just relocated here so this will be my go to car wash, I may even join their monthly club, so I can run my car through for a wash whenever I want, especially since it's white. I will never visit Tidal Wave again . The young man that directed me on the track for car wash , didn't have my tires on right . I went through the car wash and got stuck inside . my car kept jerking until it jumped back on track . When I exited the car wash ,my car was still full of soap so they had to send me back through again. After vacum and drying my car off I pulled on to Hwy 72. As soon as I pulled out of the lot I heard a noise . I immediately turned around and went back . I alerted the attendant Tam that I heard a noise . she walked around my car but didn't see anything. she said I may need to go somewhere and get my tires checked . I left and the noise got worse . I decided to go to Pepboys to get my tires checked . The assistant manager checked my car and my tires went all the way flat while in Pepboys parking lot . I called Tidal Wave to alert them but someone in Georgia answered the phone .The tech took the tire off and showed me where the tire was burst . I took picture and went inside to pay for a new tire. After leaving pepboy I immediately went back to Tidal Wave to let them know about my tires bursting . Tam took a incident report and said she would talk the manager and he would get back with me. She also said she noticed my tire going down when I pulled out of Tidal Wave parking lot after I asked her to check for the noise and she knew exactly which tires it was. The manager never contacted me and I had to go back up there twice and he finally decided to tell me that they weren't responsible. Even though the manager is the one who sent me back through to rewash my car because of my tires jumping track inside of the car wash . I will never go back there . I canceled my membership and made sure my love ones did too. They will lose more money from my family members membership alone than he would of paid to replace my tire . If I could give zero stars I would! I will not be back. Probably one of the worst car washes I have ever been thru. When the car wash was finished I still had soap and wax all over my car. I had to go home and spend two hours scrubbing my car to get it clean. The machine sprayed the soap but didn't even rinse and then sprayed the wax on top of the soap. I had soap suds all over my car when I left. I won't be back! I would have been better off donating the money and cleaning the car myself. read more

It's not if your car gets damaged, it's when. This came out of their "onsite leaders" mouth when I came to view their camera footage of them damaging my car, which they claimed did not occur. I videotaped him explaining that this happens a lot and that they damaged 11 vehicles in a row one day before investigating what was causing the damage. My wife had been using the for over 6 months before I bought my car and decided to get the service as well. We loved them and told everyone how awesome it was. I thought I would have no problem with them because I was such a valued customer. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. They are about the bottom line and not their customers. read more

My boyfriend always washes his Audi S6 here, there was a struggle at the beginning when they first opened, but they've definitely came a long way. We came in his F250 and they recognized us and told us about the family plan so we added the truck and my Jeep. The customer service is amazing and the car wash usually takes off all the bugs, especially on the Jeep and the truck which are bigger and a little harder to clean. I'm not much of a car wash person but because of the service here and how friendly everyone is i would definitely recommend! read more
