We purchased a monthly wash subscription at Tidal Wave. It's nice to just pull in, have the gate open and get in line to have your car get it's pre clean before running through the actual wash. Once through the wash they have a large number of vacuums for you use, including towels and spray to clean your interior. Our monthly is a great value as it is unlimited washes. The employees are helpful, responsive and friendly. read more

I've been a loyal customer of this car wash for over a year and a half and recently renewed my membership on a month-to-month plan. When I arrived for my wash, the scanner wouldn't recognize my membership, and the gate wouldn't open. A gentleman who said he was the manager checked the system and came back claiming my membership had already been used that day. My vehicle was clearly dirty, yet instead of trying to resolve the issue, he accused me of using my membership to wash someone else's car. That accusation was both unprofessional and insulting. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of customer service. Rather than helping a long-time paying customer, he refused to assist or offer any solution. If this is how loyal customers are treated when there's a system error, I can't recommend this car wash to anyone. read more

$16 for a basic wash is way over priced. ModWash is down the street and way cheaper for the same quality of car wash.

How lucky are we to have a car wash right by the beach? It's in the same shopping plaza as Publix and I anticipate this will be a good thing after leaving the beach and with the salt air. I happened to get a free coupon for a supreme wash valued at $30. I tipped the girl at the scrubbing station for a little extra scrubbing incentive. I know this might be weird to say but the car went through very smoothly. No jerky moves or rocking side to side. The vacuums that are supplied for the patrons truly suck. And I mean that they actually do an amazing job that you might lose your keys or small children in the suction of the hoses! I'm curious to see how it will hold up after the first beach season we have to come. read more

We were visiting the area for a few weeks last month and stopped in to get our car washed. The clerk working the line mentioned that they were recently opened and was offering a special of a month's subscription for the cost of one wash. Since we were there for a few weeks we accepted the offer. I specifically asked if the subscription would only be for one month and not renew and he said "don't worry, I will make sure you don't get charged again. I took his word for it and used the car wash a few times during our visit. Today I got a notice that my credit card was charged $53 for an additional month. I contacted the service address explaining the problem and got an email that stated that they require 7 days to cancel and they will not issue a refund. BEWARE of this subscription scam. The sales people can tell you anything to get you to sign up and the corporate office won't make it right. This is an outright fraud. I'm contacting my card issuer to report them but please beware that they behave like this. read more

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon, CLOSED, stopped during the week and closed...went to AMERICAN CAR WASH up the road, highly recommended. Do not waste your time going to Tidal Wave in Sebring as they appear to be closed even though a "help wanted" sign is out. read more

Initially double charged for the "family plan" but they also forgot to mention that the first month was $39.95 and every month after would be $101.95...horrible customer service (management). WOM is everything, especially when you rip people off. I would highly recommend Mod Wash next to Harris Teeter any day. I would give negative stars if it were an option. read more

While the wash is great, the dryers are the worst!!!! I've taken three different vehicles through on several occasions and EVERY time water drops were left all over my cars! Especially on the hood, windshield, and rear window! They have a cloth buffer at the end that they use on some cars but not on any with a luggage rack! I'm sure that would fix the problem but they won't use it! I go to car washes so I won't have to wipe down my cars but here you alway have to if you don't want spots! read more

You guys wanna talk about customer service? Well, you're gonna hear about it anyway. This place busted out the red carpet to care for our poor rental car that spent the weekend mudding with us while we enjoyed a local land preserve. Our clerk told us up front that they might not be able to get all the dirt off for us but that they were going to give it their best shot. First, a two man team hand washed the outside with brushes and pressure washers and then they passed us to a young man who literally used a small hand sponge to get spots on our mirrors. The actual car wash took over after that giving us its best as well. To top it off, the car wash then surprised us with having the ability to actually buff the car from front to back. There was very little dirt left over considering what we put the rental through. But, as I stated the service was unlike any other we have experienced at a car wash. read more
