I didn't notice it until I came home. I returned to the Greenclean on the same day around 7pm to let the workers know. They were completely apologetic and told me they noticed about an hour after I left that it wasn't working. They kept apologizing as if it was their fault to the point I started feeling bad that I came through to complain lol. However, the two young guys sent me through the washer again and told me if it didn't work this time he would get some tire shine and apply it himself. Which he ended up doing because the roller got caked up and didn't distribute the tire shine properly. Long story short I think these two guys did a phenomenal job at trying to rectify the situation and customer service was world class to be so young. I appreciate their service.

I still had to wipe the car down and not all the bugs came off hood or window. Vacuumed yourself, and they provide towels. They also give you a wet wipe for dash. No tire dressing but I have it at home so no biggie. All in all for 25.00 not a bad deal. I'd come again.

Once through the wash they have a large number of vacuums for you use, including towels and spray to clean your interior. Our monthly is a great value as it is unlimited washes. The employees are helpful, responsive and friendly.

When I arrived for my wash, the scanner wouldn't recognize my membership, and the gate wouldn't open. A gentleman who said he was the manager checked the system and came back claiming my membership had already been used that day. My vehicle was clearly dirty, yet instead of trying to resolve the issue, he accused me of using my membership to wash someone else's car. That accusation was both unprofessional and insulting. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of customer service. Rather than helping a long-time paying customer, he refused to assist or offer any solution. If this is how loyal customers are treated when there's a system error, I can't recommend this car wash to anyone.

I guess those surcharges were for the smoke breaks and phone time over the two hours it took for them to do all of this. In all reality, I was watching the clock the whole time.. they got done with the interior upholstery in about 45 minutes then kind of shuffled around for another hour and fifteen. Should have only been charged for an upholstery cleaning.

Long story short, by the time we hit the car wash here it had been several hours. We went thru the automatic and it did the best it could considering the bake period by the sun. We used some paper towels we wet with the excess water left in some clean areas on the car to get the rest off. All in all, considering what the automatic had to deal with on our car, it did a good job. Glad there was a car wash on the island! The entire car wash facility is very clean and well kept too.
