OMG Y'ALL. So, get this. Last night, so I drive home from work in the dark, even darker by the time I get home, I work in Huntsville, live in Grant, this time my path was 431S to Main St. I'm just turning off 431S onto Main St, left turn. And. AND, just I get to under the power lines... A BLANKET blankkkettt of bird poo, right onto my van. Y'all, I drive a van, it's a big ash window, hood, etc. Ok, first of all, why did they wait for a vehicle to be passing? Secondly, no it wasn't 1 bird, not 2, not even 3. Idk how many. It had to be like 20. Bc a seriously massive blanket of poo onto my windshield. And when it initially happened, for a split second, the first thing that crossed my mind was not bird poo, it was, did it just start to downpour DOWNPOUR? THAT'S how much. But that thought quickly left, bc it's clearly not. So much. It was a massive amount. And obviously not just on my massive windshield, onto my hood, covered my hood, and roof; which I didn't see the full extent until the morning. Oh and lemme tell you, when it happened, I needed to immediately turn my wipers on and clean it off, bc it literally blinded my view. Thank the gods I had wiper fluid. Obviously it made the inside of my car stink. I get up this morning. Do I leave early enough, did I give myself enough time to go to the car wash on my way to work? No. No. I leave in barely enough time, per usual. So, obvi my van sits in the parking lot, under the sun, btw today was a beautiful day, kinda warm, all day. So there's that. I finally leave work at 5pm, it's dark, of course, I need to get to the car wash, it stinks, even on the inside, it's still on my hood and roof, baked on at this point. I knew which one I was going to, bc I knew it was on my way home. But of course OF COURSE, with Gate 3 being closed outbound, I have to go out the heavily trafficked HEAVILYYYYY Gate 1, turn on Memorial Pkwy, and make my to Tidal Wave. It takes nearly an hour. Ridiculous. RSA needs to get their shtuff together and reopen Gate 3 outbound. Anyway. I get to Tidal Wave. The young man looks at my van with shock and awe on his face. I tell him my story, my bird poo story. He's very nice. I get up to the area where they do the pre-scrub. He goes up there with his coworker. And they give me extra attention. Like serious attention. Extra scrubs, extra sprays, extra everything. They were great!! Thank you to that young man for the extra attention and to his coworker who helped. I should've gotten his name. He was a young man, working the evening shift on Tuesday, Nov 18th, dark hair, on Memorial Pkwy in Huntsville, AL. My van came out clean!! I got the $26 clean. Thank you!! read more

I had a very frustrating with tidal wave auto spa while trying to cancel my membership. Due to financial difficulties, I needed to unsubscribe, but the process was far more difficult than expected. I first attempted to call customer service, but after being on hold for 30 minutes 5 times on different days, no one answered. I then went in person to a location, where an employee assisted me and told me my membership had been successfully canceled. However, two weeks later, I was charge again. This unexpected charge made my financial situation even more stressful. When I asked about getting a refund, I was told I need to conact customer service, but that the same issue I had the first place, as no one answers the phone. I was also advised to either speak to a manager or dispute the charge through my bank. Unfortunately, disputing the charge would cost me $30 out of pocket, which adds to the burden. Overall, it seems very easy to sign up for a membership, but extremely difficult to cancel it, This experience has been disappointing and financially frustrating. The employee said if I ask the manger for a refund he going to tell me the same thing and call the customer service because they are not about to do refunds. read more

Had a fantastic experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Muscle Shoals Al .. first time going and definitely won't be the last .. Although my experience with the cleaning was fantastic.. it was the care I received from one of the employees Jennifer she went above and beyond her Job to make sure I was completely satisfied.. thanks Jennifer for helping and overwhelmed mother and reassuring me that everything was going to be ok and I'm doing the best as a mother and you being a mother yourself that you get it definitely made my day 1000 times better .. your work ethic was a Super star rating and there isn't enough Stars I could click on if there where I'd give them all to you . Yesterday, when I opened my credit card bill, I found that Title Wave Car Wash, located on the corner of the Parkway and Hobbs, had overcharged me by four times the agreed-upon rate on two cars, one of which I had never signed up for. When I addressed this issue to the manager on duty, insisting that they refund my charges, he refused to do so and he threatened me. I left and am now filing a fraud case with the credit card company. If you are doing business with these people, be sure to check your credit card statements, as apparently, I'm not the only one they have done this to. read more

I went here after there was a mishap at shine time today. The car in front of me literally burst into flames! No joke. Anyway, this place is just as good. Vacuum stations and clothes for free. It is a little more expensive, but probably because it's brand new. read more

Came here with my parents (Huntsvegas locals) who couldn't stop raving about this place; they got in when this place first opened and secured some incredible pricing on car washes. Dad met the owner and even brings his AMG here for routine car washes (his hand wash only baby) that's how nice this place is! Really want to give 5stars, because the staff was soooo nice. The gentleman that scrubbed the dirt & grime from my SUV was so nice!! The process was easy. The reason for the 3 stars is that I paid for the most expensive car wash & my roof of my SUV was completely missed:(. It's what gets baked on & needed as much attention as the rest of the car. And, the rest of the car was gleaming & beautiful. I went to a competitor car wash & the top got cleaned perfectly. I would try to go back because the service was great, but just peeved that I had to spend twice the money. read more

This place was well run and clean in the beginning. Now, it's turned into a shit show. The wash quality has declined. The vacuums are consistently clogged or not working at all. The drying bays are dirty all the time. Music is blasting from vehicles everytime I come here. Especially weekends. It's very clear to see, there is no management around. And if there is. They should be demoted or let go. I cancelled my membership on 3 cars. I am now a member of Shine Time that just opened down the street. A completely different experience all the way around. Cost is only a dollar more per month. Each additional car in your family is exactly half price. You can go to any of their locations too. Enough said. read more

We usually visit the location on HWY 72 athens Alabama. Tam is the best. I have never seen anyone go to work on those bugs on the frontend like she does. Hard working and very nice too. I used to use this car wash every few weeks or so - very fast and efficient, at a price that I thought was fair for the time spent. Recently, however, it seems like management has instituted a rule that someone must stand at the automated kiosk (blocking you from directly accessing it) and explain the plans to you before letting you use the kiosk. It seems like this is the "stick" - the "carrot" is the monthly subscription service where you're allowed to use the kiosk as normal. I've tried a few times to explain that I know which wash I want and I don't need an explanation, but this time the lady became passive aggressive - anger is not a good way to keep me coming back to your business. Red Rocket Express car wash is right around the corner and a bit cheaper for far less hassle. If management reverts the decision to block you from using the kiosk I'd be willing to return. read more

I borrowed my kid's truck which had stayed out baking in the sun when the trees weren't covering it. I borrowed it to move a piece of furniture. They only asked that I wash it! I brought it to tidal wave and the lady working said it would be difficult? But personally scrubbed it before I went through twice! It didn't do everything (and she told me ahead of time). But it was a huge improvement. Very impressed. I will take my own car back there on their huge special Right now! read more

The staff is very friendly, but the car wash is a joke. First, after I exited the wash, my car mirror was pushed in. I exited to push it back into place, and I noticed a massive scratch. My car is BRAND NEW, and this was my first time washing it. Second, I paid for the highest wash. That was a waste. I still had to wash my vehicle when I got home. I won't be back. I recommend finding a different car wash. read more

Tidal wave in Harvest, AL keeps denying their equipment/personal broke my car part & they have video it happened while in the their tunnel after their brush guy wacked it loose. its almost a month after the incident report was sent & Mrs Carr sent me to get an estimate. needless to say, they will not keep any of our services in the future. read more

This company has been charging my banking account twice each month. When I blindly signed up for this I was told I would receive a text message, where if needed I could cancel my membership, this was the first lie. When I tried to get my vehicle washed I was told the previous employer had selected the wrong package and was asked to pay again but I would only be charged for one monthly subscription, lie number two. And then when I tried to request a refund on one of the transactions, I was informed all that could be done was cancel my membership! Ridiculous how easy it is for this company to take people's money but they're "not able" to do a simple refund. I will make sure to warn others to stay away or simply deny the membership as it is nothing but a scam. read more

I joined the $50 per month package, the promo was $9.99 for the first month, I'm still within the 30 day period. I fully planned to cancel it before my 30 days is up, but I'm reconsidering because this is literally the best car wash I've ever been to. My monthly membership is for the top car wash, ($30 per wash if you buy a single wash.). I've used the wash about 6-7 times so far this month, you can literally get the top car wash every day if you want. I swing by while I'm out and about, it's so nice to always have a clean car. I'm the queen of a dirty car, but not anymore! They have moist microfiber towels for you to use, and of course vacuums. The employees are always friendly, kinda treat you like family which is nice. The guy who owns this one and the one in Scottsboro, is named Mitchell and he is SUPER nice. He'll know me by this review because I assured him I'd be cancelling within my 30 days lol. They have a big drying buffer at the end which keeps you from having to use wipers when you leave. Just a perfect car wash and smiling faces, (keep that up!). read more
