The sea foam ceramic one which includes tires... just got another free one for sending 2 other people a link to get free ones themselves! This company rewards those that help them! If you want to throw your money away, then by all means join the car wash membership that you don't even ask for and get bombarded with text messages. Then when you realize that you've been charged for a membership and call customer service for resolve the issue, if it's past 7days... we'll good luck. You're better off just not going at all, then chancing it. read more

I have a membership there so I go multiple times a week. I have never had a bad experience but the only thing I hate is that the tire shine does not do a good job. It never gets the whole tire. If you're a member and go multiple times a week then it eventually will but just one time it will not. If that can ever be corrected, then it will have all 5 stars for me. read more

Tidal wave is too expensive to be an express car wash. Their entry level basic wash is $10... That is ridiculously expensive for a car wash. Yeah it's new, but there are other nearby washes that charge $10 for Unlimited car washes. read more

Very new, I'm not afraid of their machines ruining my car, the staff is very friendly and polite, they let you use their towels and sprays for the car, definitely worth it and I don't regret signing up for a monthly membership here!! read more

It was easy to drive up use the machine to pay for my wash and come out with a sparkling clean car! Derek was very helpful from the start. He informed me about the unlimited wash monthly rate and that I could upgrade for $9.99 more. I did not get the upgrade this time but I sure will next time. I had lost the key to my car. I believe I sat it down and during the process of clean it out accidentally threw it in the trash or worst vacuumed it up. I went over to Derek and he immediately handled the situation. He looked in my car. He turned off the vacuum cleaners went through the dust pipes. When my key still didn't turn up, he literally dug his hand in the trash until he found it! This is true consumer service. I am grateful for his helping hand. It's unbelievable as a member of this car wash, i finished washing my car and I had a lot of stains/ dirt from my tire and I needed to wash my hands , only to ask the young girl managing the car wash if she could open the bathroom so I can wash my hands , she informed me it's not a public bathroom and wouldn't be able to open the door for me , i explained and showed her my hands covered with black dirt from my rims I even told her she can hold the door or leave it wide open all I needed to do was wash my hands but she refused !!! But I pay $49.99 a month and can't simply wash my hands , I had to speak with a gentleman who happened to be over the tidal branches I believe he even ask me why won't she allow you use the bathroom!! I told him what she started not a public restroom he said I'll let you in and went to her for the keys which she had no option but to give him the keys !!! I have been a member of this carwash since it opened, I have two cars registered, therefore two memberships. I went to wash my car this morning and when approaching the gate didn't open because it did not scan my tag. A worker approached me and said to him, I don't know why is not scanning I am a member, so he went to his computer and checked. He came back and said your credit card did not accept the charged on last payment due, that's when J realized my wife had canceled all credit cards transactions due to a home refinance that we are currently doing. I explained that to the guy, and unfortunately I did not have my wallet on me to pay for a single wash since I was just at the gym. by this time about three or four cars were behind me and I could not back up to exit. So this guy tells me that he will open up the cones that are posted just before you enter the carwash bay so that I can exit the carwash. I did not mind leaving the car wash , but making me wait in back of three cars to then let me out right before the car wash bay I think is bad customer service, after all this nothing more than recycled water and soap. I will definitely not be renewing my membership here after my closing. They lost me as a customer. read more
