We have two cars for unlimited washes. For literally months they have not been able to get our account correct. One of the two cars has always not shown on the account. Now bear in mind they've always managed to deduct my membership fee from my checking account for two cars but they're never quite able for some reason to provide the service for two cars. So they're real good at collecting money not so good at providing service for it! This last time I said well try to find me he says well we could try to check my credit card but you have to call our IT department to do that I don't work for them. I'm not calling and having discussions with their it department! This is absurd and massive incompetence and poor management! No one knows how to do anything down there! Following that line of thought you one thing that they did manage to do was confuse my account and my father's account and charged me for his cars on my account and when I caught it and I told them they said oh we're sorry and they took his cars off of my account I guess the money that I paid was just a donation to their bottom line. We have been monthly subscribers for this car wash for several years. The initial cleaning and spraying machines do a great job as you go through the wash. When you get to the vacuums, that is a different story. Many times the vacuums are broken apart, not working, or clogged, making them inoperable. Often the wash clothes and spray bottles are empty or the spray bottles don't work properly. I don't know what the small blue spray gun is for at the vacuum. None of them ever work. Ever. This car wash started out very effective with things working. Now it is hit/miss for the vacuums and sprays. The constant turnover in staff indicates a systemic , management problem. read more

went to the tidal wave in pace on hwy.90 a few days ago and my car came out really clean! i was greeted as i pulled up to the kiosk and he was very polite and helpful! The lady and gentleman that prepped my car did in amazing job smiling the whole time and made me feel welcomed! The vacuums worked very well and there was plenty of towels and spray bottles! I'll def be back! 10/10 read more

This was my 2nd time visiting the tidal wave in pace and i have to say its way better then the one in pensacola! Both employees were very helpful. The lady that scrubbed my truck went above and beyond. Ill definitely be back. It was well worth my 27 minute commute there. read more

This is one of the worst car washes I have been to. The customer service was not there. No one was friendly. I paid for the third option thinking it would help clean my car which was quite dirty. I pulled into a spot to vacuum and deeply clean the inside- the exterior of my car was just as dirty as before. The people who are supposed to go over the car beforehand barely scrubbed a thing. The rags provided to clean were wet and baking in the sun causing them to smell of mildew. You go to a car wash with a dirty car expecting to leave with a clean car and this was not the case. They should change their name to "Rinse and Go Auto Spa" I literally paid 26/27 dollars for a rinse and go. I was still left with marks dirt on my car. Unacceptable for almost 30 bucks for the best option they got. read more

The staff has always been great. The store is always clean. The issue I have is the wash equipment. Twice in 4 days the dry cloth roller at the end of the wash has ripped my drivers side windshield wiper off of my jeep. The managers have been great and agreed to repay me for the wipers but still. The equipment is at fault. Corporate needs to remove that piece before it does worse damage to someone else's car. I have cancelled my membership with this company. read more

I just want to mention that weeks after writing this review, I've yet to be contacted. It always says VOLUMES about a business when they let poor experiences rot on social media. So sad, this place didn't even TRY to salvage my business and now I pass them multiple times a day poking fun at them for their inability to operate in the most sensible way. Sad sad sad. read more

The automatic car wash is pretty thorough, moved through it quickly, and I was very pleased with how clean my car was. The free vacuum section is AMAZING though-Very strong suction. And they provide complementary cleaner and microfiber cloths for detail cleaning. I will definitely be returning. read more

I have both of my vehicles lined up for unlimited car washes at Tidal Wave. The price is ridiculously low. What a good feeling knowing I can go any day of the week and have my car looking great!!. Never been an easier way to keep my vehicles looking spotless. I used to clean them myself, but as I've gotten older, it's gotten so much easier to just ride through the wash, not to mention the time I save. Super fast, and my vehicles get dried, the wheels are cleaned, and even the tires come out shiny too. And with plenty of vacuums, Tidal Wave takes care of my OCD needs too. I give it 2 stars because the wash itself is good. The place started out great, as did their competitor down the street. They are just losing lustre for me. They never have towels out anymore. I have to go through the used barrels to get one. They use to prescrub your vehicle, now it's maybe every 3rd time. The drying roller that comes down on your car at the end works every one out of four times.Now recently,they closed it down while they're there without explanation on a Sunday, my only day off. Was yelled at by one of your employees. Everyone has bad days but this guy should be fired. Check your employees out and make sure they are courteous to your customers. We pay for your families to be fed and don't deserve to be yelled at. This guy yelled at me because I wasn't fast enough getting on the conveyor belt. Completely ridiculous. I visited this car wash a year ago approximately , I had a bad experience! I tried to contact them directly, hoping it could be resolved. Management would not respond, so I posted about my experience on BBB, they replied to my comment, right away, they apologized for not contacting me sooner. During my visit, the attendant was on cell phone, not paying attention, as a result my tire was punctured, however I did not realize it right away. The attendant had half way directed me off of the mechanism that your park is parked in. We proceeded through the wash, attendant said tire seemed fine, & as we pulled out, we pulled directly into Smoothie King's drive thru, by the time we pulled up for drinks, we KNEW we were riding on the rim!!! So, obviously it had popped when I landed on it into mechanism that pulls car, it truly could have been avoided if the attendant had directed me properly, that is literally his job! It happened on a Friday afternoon, they were very busy, I had several lined up behind me, it was a bad situation that could have been resolved! I truly wanted the best for them their customers! I wanted the guy to know how important his job was, & hoped he would pay more attention. I was told to get 3 estimates, they would reimburse for the tire, or avg cost, which seemed reasonable, but I never received the money, they never bothered replying to my messages after I had changed my review to show the issue had been resolved satisfactorily. I truly changed my post to not show details & only mentioned I had a minor incident that they fixed quickly & to my satisfaction. Obviously their concern was only for the review, which I just realized I haven't changed, but I will definitely be updating it so others will know how they treat & value their customers. read more

Warning back at Christmas time they offered a special. All the car washes for a certain price. I paid for that. Three days before the contract was due to renew I went to the car wash and canceled it. I ask the man to verify that he had canceled it. Guess what? I just went to get my car washed and he said I didn't need to pay him because I had auto pay. I told him, no I had canceled that. I came back home and sure enough they've been charging me since Christmas, $42 a month for car washes. I went to the car wash twice since I had that contract. Each time, I paid the $25, the second time I found out that I had this contract that I was not aware of. I just contacted the company and they said they couldn't refund my money because I used the service! But I paid for each wash when I used it! So altogether they've cost me $109! Check your account. If you bought this from them and you wanted to cancel the account make sure they do it. Get it in writing. The woman even admitted to me that the manager that canceled the account did not do it right and yet they are still charging me for two months despite that I paid for those individual car washes.
