Waste of my money and time! I won't ever go here again. Drove into the car wash and as I get to the kiosk there is a sign that says, "Stop - Wait for Attendant". After 2 minutes or so I decided to leave when an attendant didn't show up, but someone pulled in behind me so I was blocked in. Finally the attendant came out and showed me the list of car wash options. The cheapest option was $18. After the attendant processed my credit card, he then ran ahead to the car wash entrance to to the pre-wash prep and spray. (All this while another customer is waiting in line...waiting for the attendant). Seems to me that there was only 1 person manning the entire car wash. After the car wash and dry I drove around to the vacuums. There were 6-8 vacuums out of service without a hose. The vacuum that used was barely working. I might as well been using a drinking straw to suck up the debris on my car floorboards. read more

The machine at this location damaged my car in April. I was told I could not file a claim. I then contacted Zips via Facebook and was told to go back and try again. I did. I filed a claim and it was denied stating the damage was not due to a machine malfunction. I have been dealing with the district manager, Daniel, the site manager Devin, and a rep from corporate named Ashley for months with no repair in sight. Do not use Zips. Most of the time you will have fair results, but if and when the machine damages your car, you will be left holding the bag. read more

For the wash I paid for being the most expensive wash to come out with dirt and dust still all over my car. Soap not fully rinsed off vehicle. Pull back through to be told they will run me through again but there is nothing they can do about the way it washed. Don't waste your money here people. On top of it free vacuums offered have zero to no pressure. Don't give this business YOUR money. They don't deserve it. After being talked into a near 50$ a month carwash I ran my truck threw the wash . Got to vacuum to get out and look at my truck only to find dirt and missed areas all around my truck and no tire shine . I was inform because I have a truck half the brushes are turned off and they really don't have tire shine that they wish zips would quit calling it that so I told them to cancel that service I wouldn't be using it . Opted for the ultimate wash and wax after my debacle at Top Gun. Cost $25.00 but worth it in the end. The wash and wax corrected the spots and blemishes from Top Gun. It was a little busy for a Saturday, but they kept the line moving. Guys were running to get to the next car.. That's service! Free vacuum in the shade was a bonus. I'll go back. These little workers got a nasty attitude especially when your barcode isn't scanning correctly to your companies choice of system. It doesn't seem to pick up the signal and I've back the car up a little than I pull it up a little bit more try to see if it will read the barcode and then a workers telling me It's my fault when in reality is your barcode just not picking up the signal. and then you got the audacity to argue with me. Our account has been hit with two charges of $20.00 each and a new membership charge of $37.57. I have called them several times and left messages but no one will return my call. Just got my car washed. I purchased the top car wash for $20. It did an ok job washing my car. The rinse didn't get all the soap off, and the air drying didn't get my car dry. My car is mostly clean though. The vacuums did a good job getting all the sand out of my car, and I like using the paper towels they have. Drove out to Fort Pickens after the rain and loved it... except for driving through a few miles of salt water. Figured we should get it washed underneath and all around. I brought my truck in to get washed up and I always use zips. This time I pulled into a lane where the card reader wasn't working, the gentleman told me since I was blocked in that he would lift the arm and run my card inside. I just got a new bank card and I guess it wasn't activated so when he returned my card I tried to give him my other bank card, he told me that's it was ok not to worry about it, I assumed because there was cars behind me. But still he didn't have to do that, and totally Went above and beyond. Just canceled my monthly subscription after way over year no matter what car wash I go to they're not proficient. The pace store which is so convenient for me has something in the wheel shine that slings up on your car like tar so your car is dirty 2 minutes after you wash it I just stopped at the Davis highway store had to wash the whole back of my car my wheels are not clean the vacuum had no suction wouldn't even suck up to the the machine itself . I wouldn't waste your time. The wash was ok. About what you'd expect from an automated wash. I wasn't expecting a perfect clean and it did the job. The vacuums at this place are just ridiculous! They have very little power. It took me over an hour to do my 4 door car. I wanted to vacuum my car out before leaving Pensacola to drive back home to Texas and I really wish I had gone somewhere else. I don't know what they need to do, but the system they have now doesn't work. My whole point in coming was to vacuum my car so it was a complete disappointment. Car wash is expensive and the guys barely scrub the bugs and I noticed they are using DAWN detergent soap which strips off the wax in your car and when I said something to them they just shrugged their shoulders. I'm done with this place. Ever since they bought Ronnie's they have completely gone down the drain! I tried them again this morning only to have the attendant smear some dirty water across half my windshield and one side of my vehicle (I guess the other side didn't need brushing). Then I was treated to mostly high pressure water and a drizzle of soap followed by a blow dry that maybe removed 10% of the water. Then to cap everything off the vacuums have been turned down so low that they hardly removed a single French Fry from under my seat! Terrible experience! If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I had the monthly pass for two weeks before I couldn't take it anymore and quit it. The washers don't take all the soap off and the dryers don't work at all. The tire dressing is disappointing to say the least. When I called to quit, the girl didn't even care enough to ask why or how she could keep me as a customer.
