We like the atmosphere here, clean and friendly. Some very large machines and other sizes as well. Can pay quarters or charge card. We've been glad to come up here. Also pay attention to the bakery hours next door and grab a donut. Worth the trip. read more

put in a 20 at the changer. it ate it. I'm a post collage student, and personally don't have the money for it to just be eaten and have no one to help resolve the problem. I've called more than enough, and no one has answered. I know it's just a 20 but that for me was a lot of money to have just taken. there's no warning that the machine doesn't work....or that it doesn't have quarters to exchange. so guys. just avoid this laundromat entirely. read more

Horrible place to go. Dryers start on fire regularly and started my clothes on fire. Machines are always out of order and it is impossible to get ahold of someone if you are having issues. read more

19 machines are currently out of service and they have been out service for months. There is a vending machine that has duck tape all over it, also out of service. There is duck tape on the pop machine and it doesn't except dollar bills anymore, just coins. The floors are constantly wet from machines that over flow and random unwanted clothing all over the floor. This place has fallen apart and clearly the current management doesn't care about the facility. read more

Pros: overall relatively clean and quiet. Fair prices. Cute little free library which I love. Very close to home. Cons: can't find a phone number to call (the one listed on Yelp is out of service and there's no number listed on google), change machine ate my money and there's no directions as to what to do with refund slip once you fill it out - that was all I had for laundry money as it's between paydays. (Thank god could use cards but even that was $20 to start - hopefully will have updated total sooner rather than later so I can have my money back). many machines are out of order. Air conditioning is nonexistent and it was cooler outside (it's 80 out right now) than it was inside. It also does have sort of a mildew smell in there - not surprised as all of the washers are closed so they don't get to air out. At the end of the day, I won't be returning here, plenty of other laundromats I could go to. read more

This place is horrible I walked in and felt like it became 1988 -- the establishment look run down with antiquated broken machines. Bring lots of money for quarters because your going to need them for the dryer. I had three loads on for 40 minutes and my clothes were so damp. It's so hot in here as they only have one fan. read more

This is a nice laundromat. Plenty of machines, working change dispenser -- and some of the larger washing machines even take credit cards. No shortage of carts or folding tables. It's also nice to have Han's Bakery right across the parking lot. read more

I had my wallet stolen ($227) from a laundromat customer. I waited 3 hours after my laundry was finished for the management to come and lock the doors at 11PM. But, the doors locked on a timer. I wanted to see the in-store camera surveillance video, but owner/management doesn't return my numerous phone calls. I also left a note on management door w/my phone number, but management never called me. I called Anoka Police before I left and filed a theft report, but police refused to contact the business keyholder for me. I have suspect info and a license number of the suspect. I guess it's true Anoka has its dirtballs. read more

Went here to wash a queen sized feather bed. The place was clean and the employees very helpful. They had enormous machines that did a good job washing and drying. Free wifi and the machines took credit cards, so you don't have to bring a pocket full of quarters! read more

I love this laundry mat, plenty of all size washers,and quick drying dryers,also is kept very clean, ad attendants are very friendly.

Used this laundromat for the first time today. I was so impressed by the spaciousness, the tables, great selection of washers and dryers. The lady that was working this afternoon was just lovely. She was helpful and pleasant. She helped me load the machines properly. Washed 4 comforters and other assorted bedding. Used the largest machine and several of the next largest. When I pulled the clothes out at the end of the cycle, the smell of mildew and general stink flooded out of every machine. I used multiple dryer sheets hoping to mask the rankness. It didn't work. I've used laundromats for comforters, etc. forever. I've never had an experience like this. Spent nearly $45 and now I have to drag them to another flipping place and start over. Of course, my nicest, comfiest, plushest, got it the worst. Not only does it stink, but it came out of the largest dryer with burned patches and all the fluffiness is gone. I didn't use the highest setting, either. Needless to say, I'm really bummed. There's no way they're going to assume any responsibility. I've got a front load washer at home and you're always supposed to keep the door open when not in use. It helps to keep the mildew smell away. These machines also need to be cleaned at the end of the day. Either they don't clean them, or we were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Never again. read more
