Racism alive here as ai asked another person so for help. They acted like I was invisible accept a slight glance my way. I'm a white 51 year old woman simply who asked for help of a young dark man. Being friendly didn't matter. The app didn't work, so now I have $10 on the app I may use someday at another location. The machine did not disperse the soap into my laundry. Some Asian women were very helpful and I saved another Asian woman who was about to use the machine I did after I was done. I offered my concern. I filled out card to have them be aware of machine concern. We'll see if they check the box the box to put cards in. If so, I will have another $10 on the app that I hope will work somewhere someday. I only went their to use a large commercial washer for my mattress topper. I believe the washer would have done an amazing job if it dispensed my soap. Very clean location! They need to replace paper towels at the sink!

There is an app, but even a tech savvy millennial like me couldn't get it to work so I ended up using my credit card instead. There was one employee who maintain the area. The atmosphere was quiet, which was nice. AMENITIES: There were vending machines available for snacks and sodas. There are about 7 laundry cart and folding stations. Lots of benches and seating area. They have soap vending machine available, change machine, and ATM. Restroom is also available. They have outlets with USB plug-in throughout seating area. They also have an outdoor vacuum to clean your car while you wait. Decent amount of parking. Wash took about 26 minutes for a $12.00 machine and dryer took about 31 minutes for a $4.00 machine. 4/5 stars because there was mold-like when I retrieved my wash. I checked the others, it didn't look dirty. It may look that way because it was wet. Overall, I would come back for large wash. So I looked on Yelp and found this laundry mat that said it takes card payments. It was a relief for me because I didn't have to drive to the bank to take out money. When I got there, I tried 4 different washing machines and all 4 did not work... I decided to just take cash out the ATM which charged me $3. I don't see a point of having machines that take card payments when they don't work. Other than that the place was clean and they have one bathroom for people to use.
