Absolutely horrific experience. I have a Detail shop in Draper and we have brought towels to them since 2019. We had agreed upon pricing but with the winter being slower, we hadn't brought towels for the last four weeks. Totally understand if they wanted to charge us a tiny bit more But it seriously isn't even a wash and fold anymore. It's just a wash. They just charge $95 for the same amount of towels. I carefully transported my blazer in a garment bag through a couple airports, only to learn upon arrival in Salt Lake City, that I had dragged it through some substances unknown to mankind. Desperately seeking an open same day or next day dry cleaner, I came across one that was near my hotel in Draper, Utah. I called, and like most if not all, they were closed on Sunday. However, I left my phone number in the hope that maybe I would get a call Monday morning, then I moved on to explore what other options I had. Within just a couple of minutes, my phone rang with Rebecca cheerfully and kindly on the other end offering to be of service. She explained that if I brought my blazer in by nine in the morning, I would have it by three in the afternoon. Wow that's all I can say. What great service. I'm looking forward to meeting her, and paying what I'm sure will be a reasonable amount for such great service. I've been using Tide for over a year now and sadly do not find them 5 stars. Friendliness and customer service is fantastic. Here's the issue. I wear a dress shirt 4-5 days a week so I've had a lot of shirts dry cleaned by them over the last year. They have ruined 2 shirts, which they paid for. Three times I've had to take shirts back with odd stains that were not there when I brought them in. If I send in 10 shirts, every time two shirts will have funky iron creases on them. The worst is when they mess up the French cuffs. It's frustrating to put a shirt on only to realize you can't wear it because tide botched the pressing. I still use them every week because of the convenience of drop off and after hours pick up. But dang Tide you've caused a lot of frustrating mornings for me! read more

First time to Tide Dry Cleaners in Draper. Upon my entering the store there were two Hispanic girls testing on their phones and talking to each other. I was not greeted when entering. When one of the girls finally approached the counter she said "drop off" and I said, "this is my first time here so I would like pricing please". Then she and the other Hispanic girl started talking Spanish and laughing and using profanity in Spanish which I understood. This was a pretty momentous occasion in my adult life as I have honestly never taken something to get dry cleaned before. Lazy? Cheap? We'll never know. I searched for dry cleaners near my work, and this one had great reviews, plus a drive through. That won me over. When I pulled up, a young lady came out rather quickly. She took down some contact information and told me my coat would be ready the next day. She was incredibly polite and helpful; I was impressed. I received a phone call early the next day to notify me that my coat would not be ready until the next day. I guess they were having some issues, but I appreciated the notice. I came the next day (not having received a call that my item was ready), around 1pm, and it still wasn't ready. I later received an email that it was ready to be picked up. So I had to make a third visit to finally pick up my coat. It appears that they did a good job on it, and it smells awesome of course. Tide is the best. The young lady who helped me when I picked it up even put it in my back seat and hung it on the hook for me! When all was said and done, the experience was good and easy. I wish I had known to expect an email when it was ready so that I didn't have to make an extra trip. But now I know for the future, and I'll definitely bring my stuff back when I need to. read more

Good customer service. I wear uniform dress shirts with epaulets for work. Tide is constantly breaking buttons and for some reason I have to ask (After being charged) to get these sewn back on. I also keep finding stains that are never addressed and fresh stains that were not on the clothing at the time of drop off. Once I was given someone else's shirt which I immediately returned and the kid working the counter would not check to see if I was charged for someone else's laundry. I left early for work so that I could allow for about 15 or 20 minutes to drive here, fill out some forms, and drop off my items. But this stop only added about 3 minutes to my commute. I pulled into the valet area, someone walked outside to greet me within 10 seconds, she took the items off of my backseat hanger for me, printed my drop-off receipt, and I was on my way. It was so fast that I even asked, "Do I need to do something else?" The reply was "Nope! You'll just pay when you pick up." Because I arrived before 9AM, my items will be done by 5PM today. I'm sitting outside of the Tide Dry Cleaners right now, on a Sunday, needing to pick my clothes up. For the third time in the past two months the "24/7" kiosk is not working and I can't pick up my clothes. There is nobody to contact, no "24/7" service phone number on their website, and no options for retrieving the clothes I need for tomorrow. The "24/7" service is the only reason I use this dry cleaner that is out of my way, but we're officially done now. If I can't rely on being able to pick up my clothes from the kiosk and have to always make sure I make it here within business hours then there is literally no other reason to use this business. I dropped off some of my WHITE comforters to tide, one down and one 100% polyester. I was able to drive up to their valet to drop off and get sent on my way. Thank goodness because I had a crying baby in the car. The gentleman that helped me quoted me 5 pm of the next day for them to be ready. The next day, I had some things that prevented me of getting it after that time so I decided to call and see if I could get it earlier. When I called, the gentleman told me that they were just folding it up and it would be ready within the hour. I headed there to pick up and it was ready and even in a nice bag for me to take home. It smells amazing and they got it so clean!!! White bed spreads are super hard to keep clean and even harder to clean if you don't have the best washer. Thanks Tide!!!! I really like the way they dry clean but unfortunately I have had so many buttons damaged or fall off that I am tired of asking them to be more careful or fix them. I have not picked up my dry cleaning yet that I have not had a button broken or fall off. I have spoken with the manager on numerous occasions and the problem still persists. I went in last week and had the manager tell me he will fix the issue and then I picked up my items on Saturday and this morning I have already had a collar button fall off and the top button is hanging on by a thread. If it was just once it would be one thing but I have had over 20 shirts with damaged or missing buttons. read more

It always freaks me out when going to a new dry cleaning store, because you'd never know if they would ruin your clothes until you've tried it out, or until your clothes are ruined. To be honest, I was attracted by its 50% off promotion at first, but it turned out to be a great experience. Don't worry if you aren't feeling getting out of your car and bring in your clothes because they have drive thru service (great news I know). First timer will have to fill out a form with your name, email, phone no. and your preferences on it, so that next time you visit, they will have all your info. The staff were nice and friendly. The service was quick. What impressed me most is that it usually took three days before I could pick up my clothes, but this place only needs one. I was stunned when the staff asked me if it's ok for me to pick up my clothes tomorrow (I'm sorry for my surprised expression to whoever served me that day #sorrynotsorry lol) Though they have good service, there's something I wish they can improve. Their ironing skill just wasn't as good as their service. One of my clothes had creases all over it, that really not bother me much, but still who love seeing their clothes with creases on it. I want to let everyone know what an AMAZING dry cleaner Tide is. We needed some dress shirts cleaned by Saturday after having dropped the shirts off on a Friday. Due to a power outage they were not able to do this at their location in Draper. When I explained that I needed to get the shirts back then and bring them to a different cleaner as they were needed for a trip out of town on Sunday, the manager of this store took the time to take our shirts and have them cleaned at another location and hand delivered them to our home that sane day! Took my winter coat in and a suit jacket of my husbands. They ruined my brand new coat. The fabric came out rough and the straps were broken AND there was a hole where the strap should have gone. They obviously knew this because the tie wrap was hung from the hanger instead of the straps. Then my husbands suit jacket still had the same stains... if they couldn't get the stains out, I understand but to not say anything & still charge full price....
