Totally understand if they wanted to charge us a tiny bit more But it seriously isn't even a wash and fold anymore. It's just a wash. They just charge $95 for the same amount of towels. We've been getting washed the last five years. Their service has been embarrassing. I seriously wouldn't trust them if you want a good deal and to feel taken care of!

Desperately seeking an open same day or next day dry cleaner, I came across one that was near my hotel in Draper, Utah. I called, and like most if not all, they were closed on Sunday. However, I left my phone number in the hope that maybe I would get a call Monday morning, then I moved on to explore what other options I had. Within just a couple of minutes, my phone rang with Rebecca cheerfully and kindly on the other end offering to be of service. She explained that if I brought my blazer in by nine in the morning, I would have it by three in the afternoon. Wow that's all I can say. What great service. I'm looking forward to meeting her, and paying what I'm sure will be a reasonable amount for such great service. It's like they did the work offsite or behind walls so from the customers experience it's very clean and sterile. I like this vibe a lot. So calm and quiet. I was greeted by this low key and professional woman when was very helpful. Her name is Pam and manages the place. She asked all the right questions and accommodating of my special requests. They will text you when you clothes are ready, which I like. No guessing. I dropped off Saturday and picking up on Monday. Fast and furious! From my interaction during the drop off I have full confidence I've found my go to cleaners Great job!

I worked with Lena Goodrich at Village Cleaners and she was outstanding. Her work was done right the first time, fairly priced and quickly done. She altered 2 suit jackets, two sport coats and 4 slacks so I was able to sample a great deal of her work. I will be purchasing jeans soon and may need her help again. But they don't tell you what it will cost when you drop off your clothes...so I assumed it would be competitive with other dry cleaners in the area. Never again will I make that assumption. What would have cost me $30 at my usual dry cleaner down the road cost me $70 here. That came out to about $7 per piece of clothing. That borders on absurdity in this neck of the woods.

I went to Alpine Dry Cleaners looking for a solution and they fixed my jacket and it came back softer/puffier than its original form! Awesome! . Only thing is, I felt it was a bit pricier than normal, but overall, they did an excellent job, so I'm satisfied!

Picked the place based on positive reviews - what a mistake. Instead of dry cleaning it - this is what I paid over $30 for, the jacket was washed in some harsh detergent. The jackets color has faded; it is shedding feathers now - these what washing down jackets in detergent does; and it has 4 holes in the front now from tumbling in the dryer for hours. I would be better off washing it myself in the special down cleaner for free; jacket has a distinct food smell - this is not how clean clothes smells. They did it" - this is the response I got from the woman who runs the place - who is THEY? I wonder if any dry cleaning takes place there. The woman claims her "dry cleaning" is done on premises - I did not see anyone working there. However there was another customer there at the time whose cashmere sweater was ruined - I assume it was washed instead of dry cleaned. How is this shop allowed to operate? There should be legal action taken to stop the fraud and abuse of customers.
