We used the Tide Dry-cleaners in Mason, OH for the 1st time last week. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience & will not be using them again. We took several pieces of clothing in to be dry cleaned. There were 2 golf polo shirts made of cotton. We always have these dry cleaned to keep them from shrinking & to preserve the color, fabric, etc. We double verified with the sales person that they would be DRY cleaned & not laundered. We received them back & they had been laundered & are now shrunk several inches in length. We took them back the next day & were told the Manager was not in & to leave the shirts & he would call us the next day. We went back yesterday, one week later, after receiving no communication from the Manager, or anyone, from the Company. The sales person gave us the shirts back & said the Manager fixed them. Unless there is some new technology that we are unaware of, shrunken clothing can't be returned to original state. The one shirt had only been worn one time (it was purchased in Nov. 2013). Tide dry cleaning is expensive so we expected that they knew what they were doing & if a mistake was made at least take responsibility for it! Very bad business practice in my opinion. read more

We have been taking out dry cleaner to tide for sometimes. Last time we took 3 big bags of clothes and they lost one of our big bags. Also, they refuse to search for them or do anything to locate them. Their staff are not reliable and they can be very rude if you ask them to look for things. I am very sad as I am pregnant and I really donot want to go and spend more money on pregnancy clothes but they lost all my good pregnancy clothes. I think next time I will go to smaller facility as I find them more helpful and more friendly. read more

Asked to locker up my shirts......couldn't accommodate me ......poor service, very unhappy with how I was treated. Won't be coming back. Let's face it they aren't the cheapest place to get dry cleaning done and you expect better service at these high prices. read more

The quality is OK most of the time. What Tide lacks is constancy on pricing the individual items. I recently had about 15 items cleaned. Upon picking them up the guy came to the car and said it would be $84.00. I was shocked, to say the least, and he went in to see, why so much. He came back and gave me a breakdown that included two dry clean charges of $8.00 each. I said let's go inside and see what I had. They found all the shirts and sweaters and he he said it's these two. They were 2 cotton flannel shirts. I asked why are flannel shirts so much, almost triple a regular shirt. A girl stepped in and said that they press operator identified these as needing extra work. I said that's not correct or if it was should have been identified when I brought in the items. She to give me a credit on my next order. I said no just reduce this bill as I will not be returning. Josh N. in his review hit it on the head when he said your billing is like a Rubik's Cube. I will spend about 800 to 1000 this year on cleaning. You have lost this business and I will let friends and family know about this. I do not like surprises that cost me this much, and I'm sure I speak for all Tide's customers. I will be going back to the little dry cleaning shop in Lebanon, even if I have to drive a few extra miles. read more

Love love love it take a white dress in and it comes back white not gray a little expensive but in this case you get what you pay for. Never been disappointed staff is wonderful helpful oh my . Going now to get a bed spread it always ready and on time. read more

I had given 2 pairs of pants to dry clean at Mason OH location. First the employee told me that they were searching for the pants- they found it finally after a 10 minute wait but they compensated for the wait with 2 $10 coupons and I didnt have to pay for my dry-cleaning- they were courteous and I found the service fantastic!
