The delivery did NOT happen and and the courtesy of a phone call was not even extended. She called an cancelled her order and will have her tank installed by a reputable company in the area. While she and I both know that this time of year is quite busy, a business that has any concern for existing or new customers would at least attempt to keep the lines of communication open and NOT make promises they cannot keep.
