Glenda's team did an amazing job from top to bottom. They were thorough, efficient, and paid attention to the little details that make a difference. When I came home, the blankets were neatly arranged with bows, the bathrooms looked spotless, and even the toilet paper was folded into the cutest design (I had to include a photo!). What really impressed me was noticing the next morning that they had even cleaned out my shower drain, something I hadn't expected and didn't realize until later. Mr. Keith needs to be careful with the oven cleaner spray and the scouring pad on certain surfaces. Refrigerator has some scratch marks and so does one of my cabinets that was stained with grease splatters. I just purchased my microwave on July 13, 2024 and now it have discoloration splatters on the top of the oven. I don't know if I would hire Next Phase again In spite of the damage caused my cleaning task was made a lot easier.

We reached out to several businesses looking for a DEEP clean (including our regular cleaners) and Priti not only reached out immediately but made herself available the very next day. She worked 11 hrs each day for two days and cleaned literally everything ( blinds, baseboards, windows sills, light fixtures etc) as well as all other typical cleaning and brought our "construction zone" back to a home! After living in that environment for 2 months (length of flooring project) it's hard to articulate how we felt after job was complete!
