Unfortunately I'm so disheartened that I have to make this review since I hate leaving bad reviews but this was absolutely terrible . I made an appt with tidy teammates after seeing their promotional code online for the first time . Booked my appointment stating that I work long hours ( I'm a nurse ) that I'm going to have my boyfriend at my apartment to let the cleaners in to clean while I'm not there . I explained I needed my drawers cleaned and the lady told me that the cleaner will come and give an estimate if it exceeds 140. Fine . Since I was at work I didn't get the message my boyfriend sent me stating the cleaning lady stated " she won't do dishes unless there's a dishwasher , she will clean the drawers" she also came in at 9:15 and left 2 hours later ( I paid for a base cleaning plus drawers which should be at like 3-4 hours according to Tidy teammates . I come home after work to no dishes clean drawers dirty and the bed not even made . I'm not sure what cleaning service that's almost 200$ doesn't include cleaning the dishes and making the bed ? Really upset . Will never use this company again read more

Don't waste your time and money calling this company. They made all kinds of promises on the phone, but did not fulfill any of those promises. Half of the crew was half an hour late. They did the minimal work and did not clean nicely. I would have to clean myself again. Such a waste of money. read more

Charged almost $300 for this "deep clean". I booked them for 5 hours. They only lasted 3 hours. Didn't clean in the oven or refrigerator. Asked to speak to owner, no response. Don't book this company! It's a scam. read more

This is the 2nd time I have used Tidy Teammates. With a small issue the first time they came to clean, Joanna was so helpful in rectifying the situation and offered me an awesome solution to fix the problem. I e-mailed her to have another cleaning and I loved coming home to a clean place. I am even more thankful that the person who cleaned worked out so well with my dog (whom I was concerned about as he is a puppy and a big dog). I called them the day of my move to my new APT since the cleaners we hired were a no show. The lady on the phone was great and accommodating, keep in mind this was the Thursday before July 4 weekend so they were busy. She had one girl Lorena come at night, she was here for 4 hours cleaning the new APT and I was satisfied, wasn't spotless but considering the price/accommodations i give this place 4 stars. If they had more people i think the Full job would have been completed but that was my fault for contacting them so late. Thanks for everything! read more

I didn't expect to leave a 5 star review and suspected the other similar positive reviews were fake. I spent way too much time searching for cleaning company for my apartment. I'm sure all of them would've done well. 1 bedroom apt that wasn't dirty just lots of dust and hadn't been cleaned good in a while. I decided on this company don't know why exactly. Sure enough the cleaning person arrived in morning 9 am at specific time and brought supplies. I didn't mind leaving her there without me and I came back at 2 pm and everything was really clean. The appointment was set for the following Wednesday (yesterday). Jennifer came to clean my house and spent 3 hours. I came home to the cleanest kitchen floor I'd ever seen!! The tile in the kitchen is about 25 years old and she made it look brand new. The bathroom literally sparkled and the entire house was just so clean!! I'm so glad I get Jennifer every week because the stress of working all week and trying to clean the house in my "spare time" was a bit overwhelming. Very happy with our cleaning! Cleaning was thorough and the two cleaners were very nice and professional. My basement floors were pretty dirty with dirt stuck to it and they scrubbed on their hands and knees to clean them. Worth the money, and would definitely recommend. read more

The young ladies from tidy teammates arrived within the scheduled arrival window, had me walk them through my home and point out any problem areas, and then they set right off to work. They were considerate, polite and very thorough (going so far as to use a toothbrush to scrub those hard to reach places). I'm hard to please and I was satisfied with their work. Even my children said they did a great job! And an added bonus - they finished early and the company adjusted the price so I was only charged for the hours worked!
