Tony was professional, prompt, and responsive to phone calls and messages. He knows his stuff when it comes to carpet cleaning and my carpets look and smell WAY better than they did before. I am very happy with the final results! The only recommendation I would make is to schedule an appointment directly with him instead of through Groupon. I can see how the Groupon would seem confusing to some people, even if things are detailed in fine print; with a business name like 'Whole House Carpet Cleaning' and 'a 5-room package,' the typical buyer on Groupon is on there to save money and probably is not aware that it costs additional money in order to sanitize each room. Us 'laypeople' who are not professional carpet cleaners probably oversimplify the process in our heads and are not expecting to pay an additional $100 when the service is actually completed. :o) I think Groupon is a great way to get more of a client base, but I'm not sure how many people would be repeat customers once that trust--albeit probably a premature trust based on lack of knowledge--is broken. I have a very mischievous toddler who covered herself and an upholstered chair with a full container of Vaseline. I tried lots of Pinterest hacks, and nothing worked- in fact, I probably made it a little worse. I called Whole House Carpet Cleaning and am SO GLAD I did. Tony was on time, knowledgeable and offered to clean an additional room while there (without being pushy) for a great deal. The chair he cleaned looks great (no more Vaseline) and the carpets are several shades lighter-we've been living in a cesspool of filth! The products he used left a pleasant orange oil kind of smell, and are safe for my kids and dog. It's just a matter of time before my daughter paints a couch with lipstick or something, but even if she doesn't, I will definitely be calling Whole House Carpet Cleaning again to do more rooms! read more

We have never run into any issues working together.
