From the very start she was professional, friendly, and a breeze to schedule with since we were so tight on time. The cleaning itself was beyond anything we have even done at this place. The carpets and hardwoods were pristine, the countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms were shiny as ever, and the house had that crisp, clean smell you don't get from just a quick tidy-up. (And this is a household with 2 dogs) One of the biggest surprises was how much attention to detail Haley gave to the little things most people overlook, like our baseboards were cleaned, and the shower stalls in both bathrooms were spotless, free of soap scum and water spot. I requested a quote without her coming to my home first due to my time constraints and when she arrived there were still a lot of things for me to finish up (there was a narrow path between an overflowing bin of recycling and parts of a bicycle/workout equipment). They started upstairs while I got the downstairs cleared out and spent maybe four hours to clean the roughly 1600sf and at the end of it my house looked amazing. They even cleaned the inside of my fridge (which needed it!) and organized my food :) Baseboards windowsills, and floors all scrubbed and clean and everything looking and smelling great. Then she said the charge was a lot less than the original quote. I wish they were able to continue to provide services for me once I move but I will be too far out of range. I have used a lot of companies to clean (I moved 9 times in 11 years for both move out and move in services) and this is by far the best experience I have ever had - both the cost and the service.
