They were able to get me in quickly, picked my car up and even picked up the receipt from my diagnostic at the dealership. They communicated when they were on their way to pick up my vehicle and checked in before headed to my house. They were SO agile getting my care up my long skinny driveway - it took all of 2 minutes, I swear it was like watching a surgeon. My car is black and i noticed several high swirls in the paint from there drying towels. Also my wheels were poorly cleaned, they had left over combined wheel cleaner and brake dust that would not come off after drying on. The level of detail on the cleaning is top notch, as they get every nook and cranny, pocket, drawer, under, over, you name it. We come here several times a year for our minivan, as it can get messy with three kids, sports, activities, and road trips. We have the nice WeatherTech floor mats throughout and they clean those too! During the winter, when the clean out the car and we let them know we're on the way to pick it up, they will let the engine run to get the car warm for us. We were also borrowing a relative's car while we were looking for a new vehicle. It was an Acura MDX that had a faulty trunk release. We even took it to the shop to see if they could fix it and they said it would cost over $300. When we brought the Acura to Expert Hand Car Wash, we let them know that the trunk wouldn't open, so don't worry about cleaning it. The owner said that they could get it open and it wouldn't cost extra. Sure enough, when we came to pick it up, it was completely fixed! No extra charge! We've had our cars detailed at other local shops and the pricing here is comparable if not less expensive... but for the service and the quality, it's worth every penny coming here. We also tend to tip generously because we are always impressed with the quality and speed.

From the moment I arrived, Jonathan greeted me warmly and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. He and his team are not only knowledgeable but also friendly and hospitable. They worked on several major issues with my truck and took the time to explain every detail along the way. Here's a quick breakdown of what was done: He replaced the rear brakes, rotors, brake hoses, and calipers. I had initially requested a brake fluid flush and fill, and to have my rear brakes and rotors changed, but the rear brakes weren't purging fluid. J and his team quickly got to work troubleshooting, inspecting the brake hoses, and discovering that they were clogged and that the caliper was seized. He sourced the parts and fixed the issue, all while showing me everything step by step to ensure I understood the problem and knew he wasn't making it up or anything like that. (He literally showed it to me) He also flushed and filled the fluids in both the front/rear differentials/transfer case. The engine coolant was flushed and replaced, and he even changed the spark plugs, showing me the worn condition of the old ones. He checked all the hoses and clips to ensure nothing else needed to be replaced and changed the serpentine belt, which was long overdue. Jonathan also took extra time to address the growing rust issue underneath my truck, showing me how bad it was and explaining a plan of action we could take to treat it and prevent further corrosion in the future, should I opt to bring it back to him. (I'm definitely going to come back for this) I was especially impressed with how honest and upfront he was about every repair.
